The menu prices are absolutely OUTRAGEOUS though. Luckily they accept the coupons, otherwise we'd never go to Subway again.“

“Truly the best burgers, fries & shakes around. ? Never disappointed in a 5 Guys ? when u want a real burger that doesn't taste like fast food, they really hit the spot. All the melty cheese & the perfect saltiness on the fries. Both the Cajun & reg fries are addictive. Good thing they always give u cup in the bag & then dump alotta xtra fries in there so there's always plenty 2 munch on. May not b the cheapest burger in town, but so well worth it when u hav that craving. They fulfill it properly. And saving the best 4 last, the shakes. Omg the shakes. I get either the PB or the banana & yes they will mix the 2 for u if u want. Soooooo good? This time I picked the PB, of course with whipped cream. It's worth the trip, just 4 a great shake. I have yet 2 meet a 5 Guys staff that wasn't courteous & efficient. The Saratoga location was great. Quick service with a smile. I can't recommend them enough. I was thinking about 5 Guys all week long & once again, they did not disappoint ?“

“I wanted a burger, so I got the mushroom one. It was very messy, which I can usually deal with, but it was also very very salty and didn't have very many mushrooms. Don't really care for the nuggets. They seem kinda soft, like minced or pressed meat so I wouldn't recommend the nuggs

“Pizza is absolutely amazing in flavor ; sauce, cheese and sauce! Pizza is by far the best around. The staff are always incredibly polite both on the phone and in person. Thank you for always delivering quality food . There was an error with my order tonight and they corrected it immediately with a new order and a money credit. Great customer service with delicious food.“

“There have definitely been some good changes there! OG staff is great at what they do. Been going there for years, Takes care of customers best they can and every time I’ve ordered it’s been no issues. My favorite is the munchers and there homemade sauce!“

“Although a bit dated, it is what I expected. Staff was friendly, food was hot and ready when scheduled. The My Hut Box was awesome, cost about $9. Had a Personal Pan, 4 boneless wings and a 20 oz soda. A good value for lunch. Try the spicy marinara, adds a nice kick to the pepperoni topping.“

“Had to go to counter a few times for things like, extra sauce, a water, another burger..and each time 4 or 5 employees were milling around busy, but only one would look up and see you and come and help each time - "Kati" - which I thought was very exceptional! “We had heard the pizza was amazing, so when we finally had the chance to stop and get some we were so excited, only to end up disappointed. We ordered a white pizza. It had hardly any mozzarella on it and the cheese went no where near the crust as shown in the pictures. The crust tasted like a biscuit crust. In all honesty we ended up throwing it away. Left with the taste of extreme disappointment from our experience. To be clear, I can’t recommend this pizza at all!“

“Jake was our server. He was also our chef. He was a one man show and did it very well. We came in fairly late (9:30 pm). Shortly after us a table of 6 came in and sat on the other side of the room. Jake handled both tables plus the kitchen with ease. He never missed a beat. The food was served hot, excellent, and on time. We never had to ask for anything. He was right there offering drink refills, boxes for leftovers, etc… and all with a smile on his face, a joke to crack and a story to tell. We were taken care of from the time we arrived until we left. He was very attentive and kind.“

“Unexpectedly, this is the best pizza in Saratoga. The cheese is soft but doesn't fall off, the pies are sliced perfectly so the pieces separately easily, the sauce is not overwhelming, there is a good selection of toppings, online ordering was easy, perfectly cooked.The only thing is that it was unclear when ordering online how the order would be delivered (for me it was through Uber) so the ETA it tells you is incorrect.“

“This place is the only affordable option in the casino. We play it safe and order the cheeseburgers that were very good. At least the burger was big enough to tie me over for the rest of the night. The friendly staff is why we gave Lucky Joe's a four star rating. The only complaint would be that the mac and cheese was nasty, made in old oil.“

“My husband went in and ordered for us. The lady working in there was friendly and efficient. We ordered a salad, burrito, chips, and queso. Everything is fresh,hot,and delicious. Not to mentions the portions were generous. Give this lady a raise!!“
