Zugibe Vineyards - Wine With A View. Wineries • $$
4248 E Lake Rd, Geneva

“We chose Geneva, NY because it is halfway between our two families and we both really love wine. Zugibe was on the top of my list from the beginning, but I was so happy that it was just as beautiful in person as it was in the photos. We had the whole venue to ourselves, which was so great. The views were spectacular, and we for to watch the sunset during dinner. The wine was delicious--we drank rose all night. Amy was so easy to work with and her staff were so on top of it. She was flexible with us doing our rehearsal two days early, and allowed us to drop things off at the venue well in advance, which was so helpful. There was not one thing I asked Amy that she did not find a way to make it work. We originally wanted to do the dancing outside in front of the pavilion (due to weather we ended up under the tent), but Amy was so helpful and willing to make that work. We had a perfect day at Zugibe.“

Everything from having food at our table from cocktail hour to allowing us to use their golf cart for photos! We can not say enough about this venue and all the people involved! They made our day magical and we can not thank them enough!“

White Springs Winery Winery • $$
NY-14, Geneva

“Visiting to hear Justin Williams share some music. Beautiful day. Nice to be able to be outside looking at the lake in the sunshine during the middle of October. I can't speak to the wine as I'm not enough of a conessiour to really say much. The NA homemade root beer was solid as was the hard cider. Beautiful property. Enjoyed the visit.“

Iron Heart Coffee Company Cafe • $$
623 Lerch Rd, Geneva

“Given the area, this place was a welcome treat. Their menu is clearly labeled and changes often. Nice outdoor seating. We ordered 2 salads, a Beyond Burger, a Big A** pretzel, artichoke hush puppies, and had fried sunchokes(!). Salads were great (tough to get a good salad around here), Beyond burger was delish, artichoke hush puppies were great if you are a fan of hush puppies, and sunchokes are a delight just for existing! Unfortunately, the pretzel was dry and bread-y. It was our least fave item and wouldn't recommend it.“

“A very nice lunch at this beautiful place on the lake. The place is so beautiful that it is itself enough to go.
The room is very "old fashioned" and traditional even if it looked a little worn out.
The food we had was of a very good quality although the servings were average to small. A bit pricey but it was evident it had to be so. Worth a visit anyhow!“
