“We had a great experience today at Bright Leaf! Weather was amazing and we just ordered a glass of beer and a Chardonnay (Oaked) plus a charcuterie board prepared by Rebecca. We asked for someone to take a photo, and Taylor was right there to do it.. We were pleasantly surprised by the owner Mike sitting down to visit with us, and talk all about his and Donna’s experience finding this property. Mike brought out a pizza for the two of us to share. I would highly recommend Bright Leaf Winery for your next visit to Cayuga Lake!“

It is family owned and the customer service was amazing they were willing to explain the history of the vineyards, they had a couple of unique grapes that made some very good wine. I was so impressed I joined the wine club before I left. Oh the views from the porch were beautiful.“

The ciders—especially the Ithaca Punch and Pommeau—were outstanding. We loved having our tasting and picnic lunch inside the barn, where we got to unwind with the view of the garden, chickens, and bunnies. It truly made this visit one of the highlights of our family’s second annual winery and cidery tour in the Finger Lakes. I highly recommend stopping by, and I wish the team continued success in all their future endeavors.“

“What an amazing place. We had the best time with Russ. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, funny and just made our day. Unfortunately the deli was closed, but Russ referred us to Aurora Brewing, next door, who had a fabulous fire pizza. Delicious. Hard to pick a favorite wine, they were all absolutely wonderful at Long Point Winery!!!!!“
