“I understand the reputation Elmo’s has when it comes to wings. They were cooked perfectly. Nice and crispy but still sauced just right. I do want to try and find just the right combination and they do their double dipped. I think finding just the perfect style to your own makes a huge difference. Also, not sure what it was, but their 7up was just hitting so tight that night.“

“Unfortunately they forgot my sausage in the seasonal special which made the dish very bland. They brought it out when I asked, but it took away from the dish. The shrimp was also overcooked and a little burnt. They did discount my meal (some Cajun pasta special feature), but I would have preferred the dish came as advertised. The other dish we got was great - the chicken pot pie. Highly recommend that in cooler months. Overall was a fine place that filled us up without breaking the bank while staying in the area.

“Went there before a play for dinner at Shea's Buffalo. This place is on the Chippewa bar strip, so we were not expecting much. Walking inside, it looks like a typical party/cocktail bar, brick walls, long bar, and tables opposite the bar with plastic chairs and Formica tables, so you are sitting in the bar. At 5:30PM on restaurant week before a nearby playing of Hamilton, we were the only diner's there (and only 4 others at the bar). Now the good part.... one of the best meals I have had in a long time!!!!! Waitress/bartender was prompt, attentive and friendly. The special for restaurant week that we had was $35 for soup/salad (I had soup), Duck with asparagus, yams, sprouts and and pie for dessert. This meal was fabulous! Perfect portion and perfect flavor. The caramel/peanut butter pie was luscious! On top of all this, we were there during happy hour, so $3 a beer. I highly recommend trying this place to eat, just don't expect a cozy, intimate atmosphere. You won't be disappoints, and you won't be broke.“

My only complaint is when table's are being cleaned, they use a spray bottle with Awesome cleaner and if you're close to a table being cleaned, you can taste it.“

“Someone knows how to cook !! You can tell by taking a look at the menu that someone has some kitchen skills. We stopped in a whim just looking for a pub/tavern atmosphere and were pleasantly surprised. Definitely coming back to try the weekly specials. Other hotels are running out of food and these guys are making breakfast and a dinner for everyone. It’s truly an amazing crew.
