“Ordered a meatball hoagie it didn’t have hardly any sauce on it. I ask for more and was charged $2.50 for a 2 ounce plastic cup of spaghetti sauce. I have been there numerous times food is great. Just not happy that I had to pay for sauce that should have been on it !“

“my once-estranged son told me the essex pub was a good place to get coke so i went to check it out but when i ordered some at the bar the bar tender told me they only have pepsi products which was fine i guess but it just did'nt hit the spot so i got the pbr instead and things got a littel better

“decided to try this place one afternoon for a late lunch... new favourite place in buffalo I think! been here a few times since, gets busy at the usual times but certainly worth the wait. owner and staff are a real treat :-)

“I absolutely loved my time at Green Buffalo pub! Great food, lots of fun and they were supporting a very good cause on this night.The owner was on hand in house having fun making sure everything was running smoothly. One hell of a great guy.It was all about a local business supporting women ran local businesses specifically. I highly recommend this little pub if you are anywhere near Lancaster stop by and say hi!“

“Came here on a wing night (75 cents per wing - with a minimum of 10 wings). Happily ordered the butter parmesan and although they had a nice selection of sauces, they were kind enough to make the honey barbecue sauce even though it wasn’t a selection. The blue cheese is house made and it’s DIVINE! We dipped our fries in it and were pleasantly happy. We also ordered the caesar salad and again, blown away by the freshness and taste. You won’t be disappointed, NYC native approved.“

Parking: Parking can be hit or miss depending on time of day.. either way you will not walk far unless you're just super lazy..“

“I hosted a baby shower at Magruders yesterday and everything was phenomenal! We had beef rollups, and baked chicken, which was beyond delicious!! Along with homemade mashed potatoes, corn, pasta, salad and rolls. Shannon was perfect from helping plan the event to making sure everyone was happy the day of party. If you’re looking for a place to host your next event 10/10 recommend here!! Everyone waved about the event“

“The food here is tremendous (wings are on par with Bar-Bill and they have a great fish fry), but one word of caution - do not expect to be able to order meat on Friday’s during Lent. Long time regulars are probably well aware of this policy but we were caught a bit off guard. Given that they were absolutely packed with people ordering the fish fry, it makes a lot of sense, just something to be aware of.“

“It was a minute before our waiter came to our table. He apologized straight out which was admirable. Dylan was an amazing server and was very attentive to all our needs. We have been here many times and it has always been a great experience. We started with the Jalapeño mozzarella sticks. Then my wife and I both got chicken sandwiches. I had the Glen falls chicken sandwich which was excellent with a large portion. My wife got the Buffalo Chicken sandwich which she enjoyed. My son had the Main Street burger and my daughter had a kids grill cheese. We were very happy with the food and the excellent service provided by Dylan- he deserves employee of the month!

“We had a date night in the area and I had heard of Squire’s so we thought we’d give it a try. It’s a quaint place with a dining room on one side and a bar down the other. We stopped on a Saturday night around 6:00 and the dining room was full so we sat at the bar. Rick was running the bar and we was fantastic. Such a nice and helpful guy. It was a pleasure to meet him. I had the pot roast special with fries and gravy while my wife had The Warrior which was a classic Beef on Weck with 5 wings. I couldn’t have cooked it better myself ! Everything was perfect. After our visit this place moved up near the top of places we like to visit. Cozy, casual and quant place to get great food, great service and a glass of spirits !“

“It's a very chill atmosphere. It's cleaner than a dive bar, but eclectic with decorations. They have stage space but it's small and cozy and not usually too crowded. You can see the owner in and out of the kitchen. She was very nice to her staff.
Kid-friendliness: It's a bar. No kids please.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are steps into the place, however call ahead and I'm sure they would make arrangements, so that you feel welcome. It's the vibe that I get from the people there.“

“Hands down amazing food. we stopped in after a long day of shopping and I am so glad we did. the service was great. the food was honest to God phenomenal. so good that we all shared bites to appreciate how yummy our food was. My dog was accepted at outdoor seating and I was even allowed to take her out in the field for some fetch after we ordered. Don't drive by... STOP in and grab a bite... you won't be disappointed!! Oh and GO BILLS!! ❤️🤍💙 🐃“

“This place was in my hotel, Millennium, and it was a great experience!!! The food was actually tremendous. I had a drink, a shrimp cocktail, a couple of wines and the chicken parm. Everything was great!! My server, Hallie McKinnie, was absolutely the best and nicest server I can ever remember!!! Food, ambiance, service were again, top notch!!! This was better than a lot of restaurants I have eaten at. the shrimp cocktail was the best also!!!! Very cool place. they could up their wine list but that's not a big thing here in Buffalo...... IT was very good!!“

“We just left Canal Club 62 where we were celebrating my mother’s 70th birthday. This place was beyond amazing. The food was delicious and the service was out of this world. Kayla was our server and she needs to be recognized as one of the best. She was funny, friendly, and very attentive. We would’ve been happy to have her join our table! But the entire staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant!! Ask for Kayla!“

“TRANSIT ROAD location. Horrible experience. Pizza is not good at all. OVERBAKED, TOO MUCH SAUCE....and we asked for light sauce and light bake! Nachos were good but not good enough to make us return. Manager was told about our pizza and did nothing. Just a crappy meal.“

“I understand the reputation Elmo’s has when it comes to wings. They were cooked perfectly. Nice and crispy but still sauced just right. I do want to try and find just the right combination and they do their double dipped. I think finding just the perfect style to your own makes a huge difference. Also, not sure what it was, but their 7up was just hitting so tight that night.“
