“I have always gotten the best service at this Dunkin’ Donuts. Karina, Rosa, and Jose are the ones that truly make the morning great. Speedy service and extremely friendly staff. I will say the way they treat you here is like family. Welcoming and they usually know your order before you even order. Now that’s what I call customer service.“

Would have been better if they had all the flavors they typically offer and you can tell that some of the ones they had left had been sitting there for a while. It’s bit congested inside for dine in, but ok manageable. I had been there many times and they never compromised on quality of food and service. A recommend this Dunkin’ to everyone“

“Beautiful location. Ample parking in their free lot. Store is small but beautiful. Spotlessly clean and well lighted. Three hard working employees; not a cell phone in use amongst them. My app order was ready inside 30 seconds. Tables and chairs in abundance, with a really nice view out the windows. Coffee was hot and fresh, doughnuts fresh and delicious. Place was active but not at all crowded.

“Probably the nicest DD I've ever been to. The place is always spotless, the workers always smiling, and the coffee always top notch. Even the donuts in their display case are pristine! It's almost too good to be true. They've even got a merchandise table, with tons of cool DD themed trinkets. Go check it out for yourself!“

“I ordered a lot and they forgot a few things. The guy behind the counter acted skeptically when I told him he had forgotten to give me some of the stuff I ordered. He never gave me a receipt so I could prove what I had paid for. Ultimately he gave me the rest of the order without much resistance, but it felt kinda shady like he assumed I wouldn't remember all the stuff I asked for. Sometimes it pays to be of a large and imposing size.

Wheelchair accessibility: I did not see any adequate wheelchair access. At least not from the parking lot where someone who might park actually try to enter the store from.“

“The customer service is always great! The coffee ☕️ is delicious. But lately, the bagels and donuts ? have been hard and stale. And the sit-down counter tops are always dirty. And this place keeps raising there prices which is crazy if they are going to serve stale food.“

“Not from this area but stopped in yesterday while visiting PC around 8:45am. The store is quite busy and seems regular customers because the staff seemed to know everyone. A couple of PC police were there for quite a while sipping coffee and chatting. Coffee was hot & fresh as was the food. Bathrooms were clean. “Not the fanciest shop but their food and their service is always great, and when we call ahead with an order it either is fulfilled perfectly or completely botched. But when we walk out with our bag of bagels and the various tasties that go along with it, we're happy 😊“

“Best Dunkin in Long Island! The guy at the front (I think he is the owner) is very professional and listens to ever specific requests especially when it comes to drinks. This Dunkin is the only Dunkin that has gotten my coffee right the first time and the food here is always fresh! I have a picture that I took of the donut they gave my daughter this around October! Very creative and the kids loved it! I don’t live near greenvale but I always take the drive down to get my morning coffee from here that’s how much I enjoy this Dunkin! Highly recommend this Dunkin for anyone who is in Long Island!“
