I will say the way they treat you here is like family. Welcoming and they usually know your order before you even order. Now that’s what I call customer service.“

“An adorable gem with the best mochi-donut I’ve had! The texture is amazing, honestly the first I’ve had to have a true mochi-like chewy consistency, yet perfectly balanced to be light and delicious! The variety of toppings in the rainbow pack were adorable and exciting to discover— you can tell these are individually decorated by hand with love at this family-owned store. Would have been better if they had all the flavors they typically offer and you can tell that some of the ones they had left had been sitting there for a while. When they come out fresh, they taste great and the flavors they have like Oreo, Uber, Cappuccino, Strawberry, and Matcha are typically good.“

“The Dunkin’ at hillside near to Bank of America is really a good place to visit for your breakfast fast and coffee. I liked the people over there. It’s bit congested inside for dine in, but ok manageable. I had been there many times and they never compromised on quality of food and service. A recommend this Dunkin’ to everyone“

“Beautiful location. Ample parking in their free lot. Store is small but beautiful. Spotlessly clean and well lighted. Three hard working employees; not a cell phone in use amongst them. My app order was ready inside 30 seconds. Tables and chairs in abundance, with a really nice view out the windows. Coffee was hot and fresh, doughnuts fresh and delicious. Place was active but not at all crowded.

“Probably the nicest DD I've ever been to. The place is always spotless, the workers always smiling, and the coffee always top notch. Even the donuts in their display case are pristine! It's almost too good to be true. They've even got a merchandise table, with tons of cool DD themed trinkets. Go check it out for yourself!“

“I ordered a lot and they forgot a few things. The guy behind the counter acted skeptically when I told him he had forgotten to give me some of the stuff I ordered. He never gave me a receipt so I could prove what I had paid for. Ultimately he gave me the rest of the order without much resistance, but it felt kinda shady like he assumed I wouldn't remember all the stuff I asked for. Sometimes it pays to be of a large and imposing size.

Wheelchair accessibility: I did not see any adequate wheelchair access. At least not from the parking lot where someone who might park actually try to enter the store from.“

“The customer service is always great! The coffee ☕️ is delicious. But lately, the bagels and donuts ? have been hard and stale. And the sit-down counter tops are always dirty. And this place keeps raising there prices which is crazy if they are going to serve stale food.“
