“Appetizer was a crab cake. Winner! Had the wood grilled shrimp and grits. WONDERFUL! My lady had a medium rare burger which was excellent ! I also had the Hawaiian Pineapple Cosmopolitan! WOW!Overall I was very pleased and will definitely be going back!“
“Definitely our favorite spot on Long Island. Just celebrated Valentines Day there. It was their 3rd time doing it and our 3rd time attending. Everything just keeps getting better and better.Vegetarian options: 100% vegan so definitely suitable for vegetarians.Kid-friendliness: Kid menus has excellent options.“
“A MUST TRY! I’ve been coming here for the past couple months and I can’t get enough! Safe to say, the BEST BBQ I’ve ever had! My favorite is a full rack and ask to get of them deep fried. Super friendly staff give this place a shot you won’t be disappointed.“
“We hosted our daughter's first birthday here with 40 people on a Sunday afternoon. Working with Ervis and Gabriella was fantastic -- great communication and very flexible. The event turned out better than we could have expected. The food is AMAZING. Everybody is still raving about it and a few of our family members have already been back! Would definitely recommend hosting a small event here!“
“I went here for lunch on a week day with a friend. The staff immediately helped us with the door because I'm in a wheelchair. The place was pretty empty except for a group of old men in their seventies and eighties. I ordered the veal meatballs and the fig and goat cheese flatbread which was exquisite. They have a fantastic drink menu and their service is impeccable!“
“Stepping into Boleria is like being warmly embraced by a slice of Brazilian warmth right here in town. The ambiance is light and inviting, making it a perfect haven for anyone looking to work away from the office or home, thanks to the reliable WiFi.What sets Boleria apart for me, though, is the impeccable quality of their offerings. The coffee is nothing short of fantastic, a perfect companion to their array of delicious Brazilian desserts. The guava cheesecake is a standout, offering a taste of tropical paradise with every bite. And then there are the cheese balls – I must confess, I am absolutely obsessed with them, and for good reason; they’re a crowd favorite for their authentic flavor and perfect texture. But Boleria isn’t just about the sweets. Their traditional lunch offerings, like the freshly made soups and sandwiches, are a testament to their versatility and commitment to quality. Every dish feels like a labor of love, a piece of Brazilian culinary tradition served with care.I can’t recommend Boleria enough. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, do yourself a favor and give this place a try. It’s more than just a bakery; it’s a delightful experience that you’ll want to return to time and time again.“
“Made a reservation here for restaurant week. Apparently didn't need one. The place has its own parking lot with about a dozen spots. We entered the building which took us into the bar, which was bustling. The dining room was quaint, with some really nice booths and a fireplace that should have been lit. Our server was a good looking young man, pleasant, not overbearing with a sense of humor. We opted to include an additional appetizer of baked clams to our meal, along with the crab cake and winter salad, which I forgot to take photos of. My friend opted for the lamb chops while I had the branzino piccata. Yummy, although the menu never stated that the fish was served over a shrimp risotto. (I'm allergic to shrimp). Only 1 bone in the fish, so I was lucky. Our dessert consisted of tiramisu and rainbow cookie cheesecake. I was "fortunate" to get the last piece although not very cheesecake-y. All in all we had a nice dinner and will maybe return for another meal.“
“Delightful Italian experience! We started with sautéd calamari and the Ceaser perfect for the both of us. The penne a la vodka was aldente and creamy, and the halibut was perfectly cooked amazing with the potato and escarole combo. Exceptional flavors, friendly service a must try! True hidden “
“A lovely, sunny and delicious respite from the cares of the world... How wonderful to find a place that serves top notch vegan fare--both sweet and some savory offerings too. Loved the rainbow cookies, Jamaican Patty and the black cake. The layer cakes are spectacular as well. Coffee, tea, chai, cappuccino--just some of the hot drink offerings to go with your treats. The owners are most congenial and welcoming, serving you with utmost care and attention. The bakery is light and airy with several tables to dine at. Located across the street from the Glen Oaks library on Union Turnpike, there is ample street parking as well as the large parking lot located behind the bakery. There is convenient access to public transportation too: the Q36 and Q46 stop steps away. My family and I truly enjoyed our time at Rose Valley bakery and cannot wait to do so again!“
“Nice place, but waaaaaaaay over priced. $6 for carrots ? they're definitely taking advantage of the affluent neighborhood. Bought a small apple pie ($23) and it tasted good but it's like a jiffy pop popcorn, obnoxiously high crust so you can't cut a slice cleanly, definitely can NOT serve this to guests, impossible to plate (see pics) also a small 6" zucchini bread ($8.95) it was good.“
“We got 36 cupcakes ordered for my daughter's 3rd birthday and they were incredibly decorated and delicious. The butter cream frosting was light and flavorful and the cake was baked to perfection. We had a rainbow theme so all cupcakes had a rainbow frosting. We always come in the store for a quick treat and to get the best crumb cake in Westchester“
“I haven’t lived in this area for long but I have been in coming to this establishment since I moved here . They are super friendly and the food is fresh and delicious . Top tier especially for the late night vibes . Definitely have to try there “
“This long time favorite continues on with great service and delicious food. Parking during the day is hit and miss but that aside for those of us who love a local red table cloth Italian with Italians at the helm DiMaggio's is it. One tip try the Lasagna and you will be hooked for life. Large menu and it is all delicious.“
“So healthy, so delicious, 100% vegan. Great food, amazing service, Pureganic has never failed to impress me!I tried the Chocolate cranberry tart for the first time today and it was phenomenal. So good that i had to finally write a review about this place! I’ll be going there at least once a week for the rest of my life. I highly recommend the tacos, the sushi bowl, and all of the pizzas; but get whatever you want because this place really doesn’t miss! I wish i could give 10 stars“
“Very convenient location..Perfect spot for enjoying a cup of coffee..I ordered the crunch dessert and it was delicious!..loved it..it was a Nutella dream come true..but we also ordered the tiramisu and that was disappointing..the coffee powder was thick instead of a light coat so the first bites tended to be dry..there was a cream colored swirl topping that we thought was a soft cream..it wasn't..it was hard and very bland tasting..tiramisu wasn't worth the price..“
“Had the bacalao fritters as an appetizer. They had small shards of bone in them. We each pulled bones out of our mouths. My friend ordered the cod named after restaurant. Had bones. No where in menu does it tell you that their plate is BONE IN. Made meal unpleasant.I had lamb chops. I must say they were thinnest lamb chops ever anywhere. Usually they’re 3 double chops in every place I’ve had them. Here they’re 4 single chops so thin you can’t get them medium rare as I ordered. I’d say go but ask lots of questions.“
“Small place, but the cashier was extremely helpful and gave great recommendations. Enough options for someone to find something without it feeling like there's too many choices. Great for people with and without dietary restrictions (halal and vegan friendly)!“
“To start, they seat you with a tray of tortilla chips and 2 types of dipping sauces which were both flavorful and delicious. First we ordered the loaded plantain, then for tacos we got the cauliflower, chicharron and shrimp and we got the chicken burrito bowl and chicharron burrito bowl, all delicious. If this place wasn't so far from our home it would be a regular. Great place, definitely try.“
“The number 14 strawberry nutella crepe was very good. I got it with the $1.50 side of blueberries. not busy at all.Vegetarian options: there are nine separate vegetarian options on the menu to enjoy.Parking: there is street parking outside of the store, no specific parking lot.Kid-friendliness: kids are welcomed, there is a great fish tank“
“Staff is great and the desserts are always on point!! Must try the Crunchy cake! My family loves is! Our go to cake for any birthday or party we have! Cookies are delicious and the coffee was very tasty! All the employees had great attitude and the atmosphere overall was amazing! Definitely give them a try and I promise your sweet tooth craving will be satisfied!“
“First of all, if you have small hands, dining in, and ordering an Americano? Ask for it in a disposable cup! The cup is HUGE! It's cute, photo worthy...yet...HUGE! Please reference the photo I've posted if you don't believe me.. Anyways! If your map is taking you somewhere questionable, Le Pain Quotidien is located at the Roosevelt field mall right next to Neiman Marcus and Vince. There's plenty of parking during brunch time. If you're shopping, you can find them on the first floor near the entrance to the mall between those two stores. Le Pain Quotidien is beautiful inside and clean. There are plenty of seating and different tables to choose from. They have flowers on every table and I think that's quite lovely. You enter, seat yourself. If you're on the go, you can stand in line to order. The staff is very friendly. It can be busy. It took them quite some time to bring out our food. If you've never been there, I suggest taking a look at their menu beforehand. There were a lot of delicious choices so it took us a while to decide on what we want. We ordered the organic mini Dutch pancakes with berries to share, Chicken mozzarella melt tartine with avocado (extra charge), turkey bacon & avocado tartine with an organic egg (extra charge), and a toasted paris ham & Gruyère croissant. For drinks, we ordered apple juice, an americano, and an iced latte. Everything was delicious and full of flavor! I highly recommend the mini Dutch pancakes with berries. It was light and scrumptious! The dishes were quite big so I'm sure you can share. We didn't. We were too busy devouring it. We became very quiet when the food came out. I believe I was breathing in my food.. For those who are watching their calories, their calorie count is pretty low. I had a hard time looking for something that was over 500 calories.. That's why I added the extra side order of organic egg with my meal! I thought it was very helpful to see the calories on the menu next to the dish. It would've been nice if the macros would've been posted but I'm not complaining! I plan on coming here more often to try out the different menu items and to read. I'm not sure what the time limit is to stay there but I guess I'll find out and update this review!“
“Always love going here! The ambience is welcoming, and the service is exceptional. We went with two of our friends, and sat at a lovely table in the corner upstairs. The lighting and the atmosphere was excellent, and conducive to great conversation. The baked brie and Braz short ribs are always my faves and did not disappoint! our waiter was excellent, and attentive. Can't wait to come back!“
“Every dessert I've had from Saint Honore has been delicious. The interior is cute and cozy. The staff is always friendly. I highly recommend getting the box of mini assorted cookies. I have been gifted one for many holidays. My family and I finish them within one day! I keep returning just for those, but I also want to try everything on the menu. They also offer the cutest seasonal treats. It's one of the best bakeries I've been to.“
“As far as my husband and I are concerned one of the best, if not the best bakery. Been stopping by for years and never had a complaint. We had apple pie, chocolate babkah, various Danish, cookies. I love the chocolate cigars. Staff is always pleasant and helpful, no matter how busy they are. If it is a holiday, go early or reserve ahead of time.“
“Recently catered a lunch ordered a food package and was extremely pleased with the choices - the combination of food offered matched so well. Everything was so fresh and tasty and so nicely presented and the place that the lunch was catered for absolutely loved everything. The fruit platter that was part of the package was so delicious too- fruit was super fresh. I highly recommend catering from Fuel Your Body. The staff is always so friendly.Vegetarian options: So many options it’s hard to add them all here. Well balanced meals for protein for vegan and vegetarian options. They always have new menu items which are well thought out. Great combinations.Dietary restrictions: So many options for anyone with dietary restrictions. Gluten free- dairy free- vegan- etc“
“This is a quaint little convenience store located in the New Rochelle, New York area. It is quite convenient, it offers very high quality food and produce without having to go to a major store. The sushi is fresh and beautifully presented. They have fresh fruits, fresh flowers, gourmet cheeses, and variety of other delicious foods available for purchase. The parking is convenient and right outside the door of the store. I would most definitely recommend this store as a five-star high-quality family owned and operated shop. They offer cash and or credit and debit options for payment.“
“FANTASTIC PIZZA. EVEN BETTER SERVICE. I don’t normally write reviews, but these guys absolutely deserve one. I can’t believe I’ve been missing out on Pizza Piazza my whole life, I’ve lived in the area for 20+ years, and now I wish I could have those 20 years back. If only there were more spots like this around that truly cared about the quality of their food, and the experience of their customers. The gentlemen behind the counter made me feel like ive been one of their most loyal customers for years. I will be returning to try more items from their menu very soon! Or I might just get more pizza since it was that good!“
“Very low-key and cute place. I had their "Fancy grilled cheese" which was super yummy, not as filling as I'd like for the price but delicious nonetheless. Their vanilla latte w/ oat milk was SO good I wanted more, been thinking about it all day. I also really enjoyed their game selection. My friend and I stayed and played for a while. Will certainly be coming back.“
“this is the first time I'm here. Just happens to be Taco Tuesday $13 for three tacos of any choice all day. Happy hours are from 3 pm -6 pm. Drinks are half-price. the starter except for the AVO wing is only five dollars off. Everything else is half-price.The place is bright and lively. they play music. My server name is Alma. He is very friendly and informative.“
“Delicious food and we had the best service from Hima! Looking forward to going back soon and getting a burger! The wings and waffle fries were top notch! So happy to have delectable comfort eats that can be gluten free!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free“
“**Reminder to double check when they pack your to go online order. They forgot our $11 thing of small canolis**Got the chicken Verde has giant pieces of chicken & the sauce reminds me of Avgolemono/Greek lemon chicken soup broth which I liked. The veal marsala had big portabella mushrooms & 3 pieces of veal. Even the side of mixed chopped/green salad was big! Came out to about $60 (w 2 entrees & added tip) tho they forgot our $11 canolis we ordered & we lost the receipt by the time we sat down & realized.Parking lot was busy & same w inside.“
“Very good food and service. Has free soda refills.Vegetarian options: Many options without meat, no clear sections for vegetarian dishesParking: Large free parking lot, always a couple spots available even at the busiest timeKid-friendliness: Crayons for kids, good kids menu. Always a decent number of families with young kids and they try to seat those families in the same sectionsWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking and ramp. The front door is not automatic but there is always a staff member nearby who can open the door if needed. Within the diner, most walkways and seating areas (2 out of three rooms) are wheelchair friendly“
“Although I wrote a review last week... It warrants ongoing review. I am in Pureganic 1-2 times a week. Yesterday I picked up food I had ordered for at least the week and I'm sure longer Since eating food from Pureganic I feel stronger, healthier and have a general sense of well being. The food, the service and being in that space is like getting a big hug. The most delicious plant based food I have ever had....“
“Scarsdale Pastry Center is awesome. We needed two cakes and pastries done for birthdays in our office and not only did they look amazing they tasted even better! Everybody who I was in contact with, helped me immensely and took care of any needs I had. I would recommend them every time and will continue using them in the future.“
“Texas roadhouse is always my go to restaurant when I am on the road traveling. Their steaks are always perfectly cooked and I have never had to wait even during rush-hour because there’s usually a stool at the bar I can get in quickly in order and have my meal in front of me typically less than 15 minutes.“
“Food was delicious. Everyone in the office seemed to love it.My only comment is to label the tin pan covers or plastic salad with a marker on the outside cover. When we ordered for 8 people, it made it difficult to figure out what each person ordered.. Other than that it was a perfect lunch perfect and will eorder again.Parking: easy to find spots in the lot“
“In the area, wanted a quick lunch take out of soup and sandwich. Looked to be a nice, family run walk in, walk out place with a good rep. Took out both creamy chicken and chicken barley (both very good) and chicken pesto wrap also good. Service quick and friendly. Would have liked more soup choices considering the name. All in all hit the spot!“
“Food was good. Staff was nice. My only negative feedback is that I ordered spaghetti and they broke it into small pieces. That really irritated me. Each piece was an inch long, making it hard to stay on my fork. Breaking spaghetti is like a sin. The baked clams could of been more crispy on top but they weren't bad. Don't know if I'll order that again. Fried calamari with marinara sauce is tasty.“
“This place is a slice of nostalgia for me. The inside is very much a bar, which is why they serve (and specialize) in bar pie. Service has always been decent, nothing to complain about, but nothing stand-out either. The pizza is thin and crispy. It eats light, even with toppings. My favorite topping is probably their meatball, which they thinly slice. It goes great with their sauce. Don't get me wrong though, a regular cheese pie is great too. It's also only 270 calories. You can't really beat that. There's some debate over whether it's been open since the 30's or 40's. No matter how you look at it, it's been around for a long time and a long time for a reason, a very solid bar pie.“
“The shroom latte with coconut milk and banana bread is the best pick me up! The coffee is Way better than Starbucks. The tonics are all natural and help with the sniffles. Great service and very clean. Clean and healthy food! All I can say is we need more Green &tonic locations. One in Mahopac or Yorktown heights please!“
“Nestled in the heart of Mamaroneck, New York, Frankie and Fanucci's is a culinary gem that promises an unforgettable dining experience. During our recent visit, we were treated to an array of delectable dishes that showcased the restaurant's commitment to quality ingredients and impeccable craftsmanship. We began our dinner with the Meatballs & Ricotta, a savory delight that epitomized comfort food at its finest. The beef and veal meatballs, paired with Brooklyn fresh ricotta and pomodoro sauce, melted in our mouths with each flavorful bite. Accompanied by Tuscan bread, this dish was a perfect harmony of flavors and textures that left us craving more.Next up was the Arugula Salad, a refreshing palate cleanser that dazzled with its vibrant colors and bold flavors. The combination of radicchio, radish, shaved parmigiano, and balsamic vinaigrette was a symphony of freshness that invigorated our senses and set the stage for the culinary delights to come. For our main course, we indulged in the Di Parma wood-fired pizza, a true masterpiece of Italian cuisine. Topped with mozzarella, arugula, and prosciutto, this pizza was a tantalizing blend of savory and tangy flavors that danced on our taste buds with each savory slice. And for those with dietary restrictions, Frankie and Fanucci's offers gluten-free pizza options, ensuring that everyone can partake in the culinary experience. But the highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the Truffled Spaghetti, a luxurious pasta dish that exceeded all expectations. Made with mushrooms, cream sauce, ricotta, truffle oil, and chives, this decadent creation was a symphony of flavors that left us in awe of its richness and complexity. To top off our unforgettable dining experience, we indulged in the Tiramisu, a classic Italian dessert that was nothing short of perfection. With its luscious layers of mascarpone cheese, espresso-soaked ladyfingers, and delicate cocoa powder, this dessert was a fitting conclusion to our culinary adventure at Frankie and Fanucci's.Throughout our meal, the service was impeccable, with the bartender Dave going above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. His attentiveness and expertise added an extra layer of enjoyment to our evening, and we left Frankie and Fanucci's feeling fully satisfied and already planning our next visit. In conclusion, Frankie and Fanucci's is a culinary destination that delights the senses and leaves a lasting impression. With its exquisite cuisine, impeccable service, and inviting ambiance, this restaurant is a must-visit for anyone seeking an unforgettable dining experience in Mamaroneck, New York. We can't wait to return for more delicious pizza and memorable moments!“
“I came here never knowing Hicksville had so much halal options. Being from England where it has the worlds best halal options in the west this place was close to home And exceeded my expectations. Bobby was such a sweetheart He got my order right they took their time to make sure I had the most delicious pizza ever! After Ramadan this pizza hit right! I will be back next week to cater a large order“
“My better half and I ate at Villa rustica again recently. Our experience was as expected as usual the food was outstanding. The service was very good and the overall experience satisfying. The dish I had was fillet off, so DiMartino. If my memory serves me correct. The soul was egg, battered, as in franchise including the lemon sauce and it was covered with olives, tomatoes, capers, and peppers. It was absolutely delicious. I certainly would recommend the dish for those who liked it here too Lenten obligations. My better half had the stuff so with crab meat, shrimp, etc., she always tells me how wonderful it is and there is always enough for her to makeit last more evening. The only thing I would improve at this wonderful establishment is the lighting. It's very bright and the furniture could probably use an upgrade. But who cares about that when the food is always off the charts? Delicious. Highly recommended.“
“You can sit indoors and enjoy your crepe with a very nice atmosphere as the place has a very nice decor. The crepes are ok. Far from an authentic crepe but they do have a nice variety for either savory or sweet crepes. Definitely try the yogurt cream choices if you’re craving a sweet flavor. The staff is very nice and “
“Dortoni is definitely the best bakery on LI. My family has been using them for many years and for many reasons. Their cakes, pastries , breads and cookies are absolutely delicious and consistently fresh and absolutely GORGEOUS.They are the only bakery I would even consider using for any special occasion cake.Angela- in the East Norwich location is the best. She’s extremely professional and helpful. She’s patient and very talented. She knew exactly what I wanted for my daughter’s engagement party. One of the most important cakes of my daughter’s life. I’m extremely detailed oriented and she was point on, with all my requests. Not only with design, decoration, but also with recommending different options. She showed me pictures of cakes, monograms and spent time looking at my cake stand for presentation and offering her professional opinion. All of which I appreciated. I knew when I left the bakery- that I left it to the professionals to make it perfect. Thank you Angela and thank you Dortoni for being so great!!“
“Walking in you know you're in an Irish bar. The bartenders all are friendly and welcoming. Went 3 nights in a row and was made to feel like a local the first night. The menu is just the right size, and the food was great. The potato skins were the appetizer of choice. I had the bangers and mash the first night, a bacon cheese burger one night and the cheese steak sub special an other night. All were delicious with the bangers and mash being my favorite and a pint (or two) of Guinness was just what the doctor ordered. Patti, Melinda, Miles and Shannon will take good care of you. Tell them Moose sent ya. Sláinte“
“I ordered something pretty basic on the menu which was the "Cheeseburger Deluxe" medium temperature, and you know something it was absofreakinlutly delicious cooked to perfection Char-Broil flavor the lettuce and tomato and the onion ring and the pickle all fresh... The coleslaw was extremely disappointing very bland they use white cabbage which had no flavor whatsoever...I make coleslaw for a living and I use green cabbage always... I will go there again and again to go get a wonderful meal..?“
“Billy & Pete's Social hosted my fiancés 30th surprise party last week & it was an absolute BLAST. Not only was the space perfect, the staff phenomenal, and food fantastic. The event manager Nina, and her team couldn't have been more accommodating to work with.I had multiple people reach out to me the next day complimenting Billy & Pete's and how attentive the workers were/how great the food was.Nina was an absolute pleasure/GEM to work with. She ensured a perfect party, helped my mother set up + made sure my fiancés granny was in good hands. We all had a fantastic time, I couldn't be happier with how the party turned out!Thank you guys!“
