I find that though everyone is always friendly you may find ingredients missing or scarce in the warm bowl or salad that’s been ordered. There may be a lot of turn around in employees so that could account for the discrepancy.“

“Homey’s Bistro is the place to go to in Glen Head. Across from the LIRR Parking is easy. They serve breakfast, amazing lunch and NOT TO FORGET, the donuts 🍩 and cinnamon rolls, which are massive. Three try one of their amazing iced espresso. They also have beer from a local distributor and started last week. They’re doing wine and crate trays on the evenings of Friday and Saturday. i’ll be going this Friday tomorrow to check that one out. I will give this place five stars friendly. They have their own pastry chef on staff, which makes everything fresh daily. Check it out.“

“Yummy food and delicious, flavorful drinks. I got the angus burger and my friend got the sliders and truffle fries. I really enjoyed the burger, the sauce was great, however, I didn’t taste any cheese in it. The fries were good as well. My friend got the autumn yuzu peach fizz cocktail and I got the el Diablo. The inside of the restaurant is relatively spacious, cute and colorful, and has chair, booth, and bar seating and several tv’s. The staff is kind and service is quick. I really enjoyed my brief conversation with one of the owners (Ro) about Ireland! We walked in today (Saturday) around 4:15pm and it wasn’t crowded, no wait for a table. “I have been to Saigon Table twice. Once with the whole family. We all enjoyed it and they are very safe for people with Celiac.

That night I met the owner Lynn N Lee. She talked about wanting to bring high quality Vietnamese food to this side of Westchester. Everything is made from scratch, including a beef broth slowly made from Pat Lafrieda bones. Her sauces are unique and delicious. My husband loved his Pho. The kids had delicious chicken and beef skewers and some rice noodles. She uses GF soy sauce and a great GF fish sauce as well.

I returned last night with a friend whose husband is a chef and she also loved it. I recommended the chicken soup because I had once picked it up for my mom and was blown away by the layered depth of flavor of the broth.

The place is simple and casual, yet thoughtfully designed. The service is warm and friendly, but be patient as they tend to receive a lot of take out orders and everyone knows that this is sometimes hard to balance.

I could eat the beef skewers every day. They are cooked perfectly medium rare and the marinade is insane.

“We had a wonderful athlete team party yesterday at Kiko Ramen in Manhasset.
John and his staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the event. They provided us with a private area for the team, while the parent guests were comfortably seated in another section.
They even created a special group menu that included appetizers, entrées, and drinks. It was an excellent experience overall. For anyone planning a gathering in the neighborhood, Kiko Ramen is definitely the place to go!“

“We love going to Foster—at this point, you could say we’re regulars. We typically sit at the bar. We especially love their specials, and I’m still thinking about the elk burger I had last year (please bring it back!).The oysters are always fresh and delicious, and the fried chicken is absolutely amazing. Recently, I’ve been loving the salmon with corn and shishito succotash and blueberry teriyaki. Honestly, everything is consistently fresh and delicious.

John, the bartender, makes excellent cocktails—many with fun names like Silence of the Lambrusco. He puts a lot of care into his craft, from house-infused ingredients to thoughtful presentation. He also always keeps you hydrated with their house water, which I truly appreciate.

Happy hour is a great deal and is available at the bar only, Wednesday through Sunday from 5:00–7:00 pm, and all night on Mondays. We love ordering the wood-fired Margherita pizza and fried chicken wings for $12.36, along with their house margarita at $10.30—delicious and affordable.

When we do get a table, the service is always spot on.

My daughter Victoria and I stopped by this Olive Garden at 1246 Old Country Road, and we had a wonderful experience. Our server, Ariana, was excellent—very attentive, friendly, and professional. The manager, Margarita, was also amazing and made sure everything was perfect.
The food was delicious and came out very fast, which we truly appreciated. We enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere and the outstanding attention we received throughout our visit.

Every time I go with my wife to visit our son who is at Hofstra despite trying to go to different venues to grab a bite before we head back to Jersey. We always end up at black label because the food is so good, the service is great the people are very friendly and the service is quick. “My wife and I have ordered from Previti for several years now thru Door Dash. the food has always been excellent. The other day I had a call from Previti. It was the owner, Joe. He told me that my mother had wandered in after having her car bumper come completely loose on Marcus Ave. She had no phone, and was shaken up by the whole ordeal. Joe called me for her, and gave her a cup of hot tea. I went over, picked her up and got her home. Later my wife and I returned to pick up her car. We decided to eat dinner there and take advantage of the pasta night specials. The lasagna and the rigatoni with meat sauce were both excellent. Thank you Joe and staff for taking good care of my mother, and providing us with an excellent meal! All the best!“

“From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, this restaurant was amazing. Monroe’s offers a cozy feel, with amazing staff and welcoming smiles. We started out with drinks and appetizers. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped guide us to delicious appetizer choices. I had the eggplant rollatini special and my dad had the clams orreganata. I order items with vodka sauce quite frequently and this was the best I have ever had. It was smooth and creamy with amazing flavor! The homemade focaccias bread was delicious and airy, the perfect piece of bread to soak up the remainder of the sauces from our appetizers (because it was too good to leave a single drop). For dinner I ordered the skirt steak, medium rare. The marinade was sensational, and the skirt steak cut like butter! It was cooked to perfection. Even the vegetables and potatoes it came with were delicious. My dad ordered the penne Ala vodka and added chicken cutlet to the dish. He couldn’t stop raving about it. We were so full after our appetizers and main entrees, but the dessert menu was too tempting. We shared a slice of the raspberry cheesecake and oh my goodness, if you like cheesecake, order this! They make it in house and it was the perfect sweet treat to end our dining experience. I paired it with a cappuccino. Monroe’s doesn’t disappoint, even to the last detail. Just to update: I have visited them 3 times since my first time and I have to say their pizzas are great! I take time out to drive miles to them just have their food because the service and the atmosphere it's always great they're so pleasant with you, they treat their customers like they're family that they haven't seen in a long time that they missed.
