“They have plenty of people working there to wait on you so your waiting time isn't too long. A long time popular seasonal ice cream place here in Niagara Falls, NY USA.
They have a big menu on the wall with all kinds of ice cream flavors. There is sugar free, regular ice cream, soft serve ice cream & flavor of the week. The servings are huge even the small size.“

“Happy accident that we went to this place. Was giving the wrong ice-cream shop name and well I am thrilled that we went here. The service was amazing and the person serving my family was happy and seemed to enjoy being there.
The lavender lemonade was amazing; definitely would recommend getting that. The prices for the amount of ice-cream you get is very generous. You will not be disappointed stopping by this place.
A side note reading how the owner responds to reviews just shows the amazing character they are.“

“I go to Anderson’s on Sheridan almost every Monday or Wednesday for lunch. I’m a creature of habit and always get the same thing. Beef on weck, hot sauce on the side, large fry. As soon as I walk up to the register, the super friendly staff already knows my order and name! They’ve even carried my food out to my table for me on a slower day for them! I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly, food is great, service is quick, even when they are understaffed- nobody is ever just standing around. I’d recommend going to the Sheridan Drive Anderson’s to anyone! And order whatever you want! You can’t go wrong!“
“Chilly Billy’s came out for our daughter’s 1st birthday party! He was wonderful to work with and everyone loved the ice cream truck! Thanks again for everything!“

“This location is known for serving a variety of treats such as ice creams, Blizzards, sundaes, and fast food items. It's a part of the Dairy Queen Grill & Chill system, which has a reputation for its combination of hardworking people and great-tasting food and treats. The store offers amenities like credit card acceptance, mobile ordering, delivery, gift cards, and outdoor seating.Dairy Queen, one of the largest fast-food chains specializing in ice cream and frozen treats, has a rich history that dates back to 1940. The first Dairy Queen store was opened in Joliet, Illinois, by entrepreneur John Freemont "J.F." McCullough, his son Alex, and their friend Sherb Noble. They developed a unique soft-serve recipe two years earlier and decided to open Dairy Queen following its successful trial at Sherb's ice cream shop. The initial store in Joliet was primarily a place to buy ice cream and refreshments, with no seating for customers. Instead, people were encouraged to take their treats home or eat them on the go. This concept of a quick-service ice cream establishment was new and rapidly gained popularity.Dairy Queen began expanding through a franchise system just a year after its inception. By 1947, the number of stores grew to 100, and by 1953, Dairy Queen had crossed the borders into Canada with a franchise in Melville, Saskatchewan. In the 1950s and 1960s, Dairy Queen became a staple of social life in small Midwestern and Southern towns in the United States, often featuring in stories and memoirs about small-town America.A significant milestone in their menu development was the introduction of the Blizzard in 1985. This new product, combining soft-serve ice cream with candy mix-ins, was an instant success and became a hallmark of the Dairy Queen brand.Over the years, Dairy Queen has continued to grow and evolve. As of the mid-2010s, there were more than 6,400 Dairy Queen stores in over 25 countries, with the majority in the United States. The company became International Dairy Queen, Inc. (IDQ) in 1962 and was later acquired by Berkshire Hathaway in 1998.Dairy Queen's menu has also evolved over the years, from the introduction of malts and shakes in 1949, banana splits in 1951, to the Dilly® Bar in 1955. The Brazier® concept, which introduced an expanded fast-food menu, was launched in 1957. Today, Dairy Queen's offerings include a wide range of frozen treats, fast food items, and specialty items like the Blizzard and GrillBurgers.“

“My husband and I go here regularly because it’s SO GOOD. The ice cream quality is great. They make their own in house. They also have a vegan soft serve option that is delicious. My favorite is their rotating soft serve flavors! Strawberries and pistachio. Can’t go wrong with this place if you want some yummy ice cream!“

“The ice cream was delicious and it is made on site. I got the creme brulee and the biscoff which were both very good. They are reasonably priced and the staff were friendly. There a few tables inside to sit and some benches outside. They also have toppings but the ice cream was good enough without them. They do ice cream, milkshakes, and espresso/coffee. They also have some prepacked tubs you can buy.
Vegetarian options: All vegetarian
Kid-friendliness: No specific kids cup but they have single scoop options which I think is good
Wheelchair accessibility: First floor and completely flat“

“I had an amazing experience at Shake Therapy! I tried the Crazy Shake and the Strawberry Classic Shake, and both were absolutely delicious. The Crazy Shake was a treat for the eyes and the taste buds, with its fun presentation and indulgent flavors—definitely a showstopper! The Strawberry Classic Shake, on the other hand, was a perfect balance of creamy and fruity, with just the right amount of sweetness.
The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was upbeat and inviting. If you’re looking for a place to satisfy your sweet tooth with top-notch shakes, Shake Therapy is definitely worth a visit. Can’t wait to come back and try more flavors!“

“Went with a friend and ordered two scoops of a Perry's (less than $5) and it was the perfect cool down treat! The service was prompt and the staff professional. They also have an large food menu, but that will have to be for another visit/review. The parking lot can feel a little cramped, but it's a nice spot with outdoor seating.“
