The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. I would love to try more different cookies from this place. Absolutely recommend!Parking: Parking can be tricky. Lots of cars in a small space going.“

“Great place to visit, friendly respectful atmosphere with refreshing beverages. The blueberry lemonade tea is fantastic. Courteous to delivery people too and they understand the importance of the relationship that exists between the business and the customers- something that is most oftenly overlooked or outright ignored by other establishments. Whether you're in the area or have been considering a delivery from this merchant, I would highly recommend that you try them out as you won't be disappointed, customer satisfaction here is an A+ and it shows.“
“Absolutely the creamiest, dreamiest soft-serve custard in the Buffalo area. Native to Western New York, I relocated to California twenty years ago. I'm sorry to report: "soft-serve" in the Golden State is a poor excuse for the real thing. It's got no structure--your tongue cuts right through it in about three licks. Also, I'm pretty sure their cows aren't as happy as they claim to be. So, whenever I go home for a visit, PJ Cools is my first and final stop. This custard is rich, sweet, and silky on your tongue. The texture is similar to softened butter--it melts slowly in your mouth. One cone comes complete with a thousand pleasant memories. What's more, the interior of this place is an explosion of kitsch: old-fashioned cartoons and advertisements line the walls. If you live anywhere near this magic little shack, don't take it for granted. Grab the wife, the kids, your Mom, your Grandma and whoever else you can think of, load them in the car and get there before another second slips by.“
“Went there yesterday for the first time because I had envy seeing a friend get a gift box of these delectable delights! The lemon cheesecake was one of the most delicious cookies I’ve ever had. They are so huge that you could share it with three friends.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options“
“Delicious ice cream. Generous portions. I had the soft chocolate and it had plenty of chocolate flavor, unlike a popular chain where you can barely taste the chocolate. Husband loved his cannoli sundae. They have a big list of creative sundaes.“
“the decorations inside are also cute, love any led sign. friendly and fast service. i purchased cakes to gift to my friends and they all LOVED them. i believe i got an assortment of whatever they had that day (red velvet cookies, and cream are some i remember off the top of my head). personally i am obsessed with their banana pudding because i think it tastes just like the pudding from magnolia nyc. a little far of a drive but i would say it's worth it (from amherst) just for their banana pudding. i usually get to go but would recommend sitting down in one of their booths if you have the time!“
“Great chocolate! Beautiful, display, store and factory. Huge selection. This was an experience. Lots of fun. They've got dining in. Lots of seating. Lokked like a cafe separate but adjacent to the store and factory. TVs, a fireplace. Stunning architecture at the Wurlitzer in North Tonawanda. Plenty of parking. Very well managed. Outstanding service. On top of all that there's beer breweries on both sides of the store. It's really amazing!“
“Sweet Jenny’s is a staple for our family. We never have a holiday table without chocolate from here. Teacher gifts are a must. Summer ice cream trips making memories! Everything here is amazing, including the owners. If your visiting the Buffalo area this place is a must see, we always bring out of towners here! Thanks for being such an awesome part of our community!“
“Love this place. Excellent ice cream and chocolate. I highly recommend going here at least once.Kid-friendliness: It is a candy store and ice cream shop, of course this kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Good parking spots for wheelchair accessibility. Also a ramp to help you get in.“
“Came here for ice cream after walking in Reinstein park (they're right near each other, recommend doing both!) They have more Perry's flavors than I think I've seen anywhere. I got a large to share with my husband and the portion size did not disappoint. Staff was friendly too and they had plenty of outdoor seating.“
“I had accidentally placed an online order at a wrong location. I was totally stuck not being from the immediate area. Justin the manager understood my situation and handled it quickly for me.Customer service like this is RARE these days. That man deserves his kudos.“
“Just an absolutely beautiful storefront on Delaware avenue and Victoria boulevard. Smackdab in the middle of this lovely little village. This place has the best local candy/sweets by far, maybe even in the whole country. That sponge candy though!“
“Our company orders takeout from here about once a month and we never have an issue, even when we order individual entrees and combo meals for our entire department of about 20 people. The food is good and the staff take great care to make sure the orders are correct. The woman who runs the line is sweet and her helpers work together seamlessly.“
“Coming here is a rare sweet treat! Our cashier is a rock star! She provided excellent customer service for us late night owls visiting here 15 minutes before closing time. I've had one of their speciality sundaes. It was divine! After closing, the cashier cleaned the counters and some signage. It's definitely amazing to see people taking pride in their work. Keep up the awesome work!“
“This is such a cute place, we tried the wine and Gelato pairing event and we loved it. The place has a chill vibe with beautiful decor and the Gelato is very tasty. This is a versatile Cafe style place offering drinks, small bites, and of course a lot of gelato choices. It has a nice amount of seating, both tables and at the bar. We really enjoyed our time there and can't wait to experience the next pairing event.“
“We went in with a large group of people. We ordered a couple peach cobbler funnel cakes, funfetti funnel cakes, fried Oreos, dragon fruit, peach, mango lemonades. The service was good, they got everything made in no time. Everything we got was good and not expensive at all. The only thing I didn’t like was that there were only 2 small tables and not enough chairs for us to sit and eat.“
“Ty made our first time here even greater than the 'without saying' famously amazing ice cream! We recently visited Anderson's and it was amazing! The ice cream flavors were delicious and they had a wide variety to choose from. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area! Especially the coffee bean, and Watsons sponge candy flavors. ?“
“I visited Forno E Gelato on 3/8/2024 to check out what they had since we were early for our reservation at Frank Primo's next door. The gelato case was well stocked and there were several enticing items in the pastry case. As I asked whether they made Italian almond amaretti cookies, Rachel, the owner came in and we had a pleasant discussion about them, she looked them up on her phone on the spot, and forwarded to the pastry chef for consideration. I recounted my fond memories of visiting my sister in Brooklyn and enjoying almond amaretti, which often entailed extensive negotiations for the last one! Anyway, I purchased pistachio amaretti and Grandma whites cookies for later, and consumed salted caramel gelato (made by Forno E Gelato) at the end of dinner at Franki Primo's. The salted caramel gelato was excellent, with a nice ribbon of caramel through it. It's my favorite flavor, so I have a lot to compare it against. Forno E Gelato's salted caramel was in the top 3 best ones I've ever had (in competition with Siena in Snyder and a place in Italy)! The pistachio amaretti were also excellent with the perfect soft chew and great nutty flavor. Grandma whites cookies were good with a slight anise flavor, and just not a cookie I would normally gravitate to or rave over anyway. I'll definitely be back for the salted caramel gelato, the pistachio amaretti, and (hopefully) some almond amaretti!“
“Amazing time at DQ. A nice young man, Noah, made my Dairy Queen experience delightful! I wasn’t sure what to pick but he suggested to me his favorite blizzard and it was great. Very satisfied with my experience, and his customer service was top notch!“
“Tasty ice cream and lots of options. When I visited Sweet Jenny's, I was excited to see all the options. Ordering happened at an outdoor counter and the pickup was a few paces down. They had a line, but moved quickly through it. I went for a one-scoop option of one of their chocolate specialty ice creams. The ice cream was rich and one scoop was enough. The only seating they had was outdoors on basic outdoor tables. The tables didn't have umbrella or shade, so we didn't stay for long. I'd say that this place is definitely more of a grab and go scenario, which is fine by me. I liked it!“
“Fowler's has the best chocolate and sponge candy in WNY! On a recent visit, we found the the décor and ambience cozy and delightful. A friendly, efficient employee helped us find the products we were looking for and the store had a great selection of candy in a variety of price ranges. We purchased Fowler's Chocolates dark chocolate sponge candy, chocolate bars in three different flavors, and chocolate suckers. Everything was delicious.“
“My first time at Crumbl Cookies and it was just as good as I had imagined it would be! The indescribable smell when you walk in is to die for, the staff were very nice and the cookie was delicious. Yes it is expensive but that is a known thing when you go, especially in CAD.“
