“I’ve been coming to Mr. Wish in Great Neck for so many years, and truly no one does it like them. I’ve even been to other Mr. Wish locations, and they just don’t compare to this one.

The staff here are always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient, and the entire place is consistently clean. Every boba drink I’ve ever had here tastes fresh, every single time. I especially love that they use real fruit in their drinks, and everything is prepared right in front of you.

They work quickly without sacrificing quality, the prices are very reasonable, and you can tell they genuinely care about what they serve. “We had Ralph's Italian Ices at our party, and it was one of the best decisions we made! From the moment we booked, they were incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. The owner was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went perfectly.

The employee who worked our event was absolutely wonderful—so kind and patient with all of our guests, especially the kids. Everyone loved the Italian ice, and it was a huge hit with guests of all ages!

To top it off, when a sudden downpour hit, they were so flexible and quickly moved everything inside without missing a beat. Their professionalism and positive attitude made a stressful situation so much easier.
