“We had Ralph's Italian Ices at our party, and it was one of the best decisions we made! From the moment we booked, they were incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. The owner was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went perfectly.

The employee who worked our event was absolutely wonderful—so kind and patient with all of our guests, especially the kids. Everyone loved the Italian ice, and it was a huge hit with guests of all ages!

The food doesn't try to imitate meat, though some of it tasted like sausage and could pass. Instead it is full of flavor without things like cheese and excess salt, which is generally bad for you. It's seasoned with real herbs and spices, not fatty sauces or butter. It has the kind of ingredients I would eat if I were a rich athlete or hired a personal chef: healthy and tasty.
