“I have went to many froyo store but this one takes the cake the store is always very clean and organized, the best thing about this store is the staff they are all very welcoming, one of the girl helped me open the door when I was having difficulty and they are very sweet to little kids always assisting them with amazing manners they are the sweetest and I can see that all the staff focus on cleanliness of their toppings and the way they deal with their products I definitely recommend this place
Kid-friendliness: The girls always help out my kids with the toppings and they are so well spoken to the kids they ask various types of questions. My kids loved them

However the staff could be a little more enthusiastic (referring to the ones that have worked there for a while, I get it can be tiring to put on a smiley face for each customer that walks in, but you are getting paid to do it and it makes their experience 10x better!). So, there are many new employees who are very welcoming and kind!“

After learning that my fiancé and I are both first responders, Gino extended his support and professionalism to us even more so! “Got the lemon pepper wings and fries and it did not disappoint! Wings were crispy juicy and the lemon pepper was a rub, not a sauce. It was seasoned just right, not too much, not too little. “My daughter had been talking about this place for a while, so I finally took her yesterday to get a sno cone. I was surprised to see a line outside on the pavement. At first, I thought we were going to someone's house where they sold sno cones from outside! Wasnt expecting a crowd lol!
I was skeptical at first, but the moment I tasted the guava-flavored sno cone, I was instantly transported back home, eating sno cones on the streets. It was incredibly nostalgic and absolutely delicious.
I also tried the plantain chips, but they weren't really my favorite.“

“The gelato here tastes AMAZING! The staff is really nice, and you can sample flavors. I ordered the super big size which isn’t big to me with the raspberry cheesecake, Reese’s, and deep chocolate gelatos. They were all delicious, but the deep chocolate was by far the best! The deep chocolate gelato was the best chocolate gelato I’ve ever had thus far! Potions are very small so I recommend ordering the largest size. I highly recommend Chillato in Whitestone!“

“The guy was the sweetest most caring person, he made sure to decorate my ice cream and put it in the freezer while prepping my other order of chocolate bread. “We don’t even know how many times we’ve been here 😂 It’s definitely one of our go-to matcha spots in Flushing! We always get the matcha latte because it’s consistently so good and we never get tired of it. 🍵🤍
We also tried the mango sticky rice drink and the jasmine matcha latte, and both were sooo good! The mango sticky rice drink is such a fun and unique combination, while the jasmine matcha latte has such a nice floral flavor.
Definitely recommend trying them if you’re here! Everything is super refreshing and worth it. We’ll definitely keep coming back! 💚“

“I always purchased churros for my brother from here and I had to try the milkshakes! I've had 2 this week and they were delicious!! (S'mores and Brownie Milkshake) There's so many flavor combos to choose from. The young lady who works there is always friendly and the place is spotless. She's a master at that milkshake machine. I blinked and it was ready. Definitely a hidden gem here in Larchmont. My co workers at Larchmont Public Library are definitely going to give this place a try after being super jealous of me walking in w my mixed enerJy shake. ????

“the matcha lava and caramel miso cookies were both really good. the matcha cookie had a warm, gooey filling with a nice flavor that wasnt too strong and the caramel miso cookie was soft with a good mix of sweet and salty. id definitely order both again.🙂👌“

“This has been my favorite (and local) juice shop for years now. They make it fresh and have no problem subbing veggies/fruits out for you. They don’t put any fillers in their juices like orange juice, etc. The staff that works there is always so welcoming and kind - they are the ones that put onto their rewards program. They even bring the juice out to you in your car or if you’re sitting at the tables outside waiting (in the summer months). I have not had their baked goods or ice cream/gelato but it always looks fresh & good (I am lactose free).“

The ice cream cakes are freshly made here and by far the best. Ice cream and shakes are also great at this location. Finally, the equipment is well maintained and sanitary. “We had Ralph's Italian Ices at our party, and it was one of the best decisions we made! From the moment we booked, they were incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. The owner was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went perfectly.
The employee who worked our event was absolutely wonderful—so kind and patient with all of our guests, especially the kids. Everyone loved the Italian ice, and it was a huge hit with guests of all ages!
To top it off, when a sudden downpour hit, they were so flexible and quickly moved everything inside without missing a beat. Their professionalism and positive attitude made a stressful situation so much easier.
I can't recommend Ralph's enough for any event. Outstanding customer service, delicious treats, and an amazing team. We'll definitely be booking them again!“
