“We had Ralph's Italian Ices at our party, and it was one of the best decisions we made! From the moment we booked, they were incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. The owner was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went perfectly.

The employee who worked our event was absolutely wonderful—so kind and patient with all of our guests, especially the kids. Everyone loved the Italian ice, and it was a huge hit with guests of all ages!

To top it off, when a sudden downpour hit, they were so flexible and quickly moved everything inside without missing a beat. Their professionalism and positive attitude made a stressful situation so much easier.

I can't recommend Ralph's enough for any event. Outstanding customer service, delicious treats, and an amazing team. We'll definitely be booking them again!“

“Very nice cookies that taste splendid! However the staff could be a little more enthusiastic (referring to the ones that have worked there for a while, I get it can be tiring to put on a smiley face for each customer that walks in, but you are getting paid to do it and it makes their experience 10x better!). So, there are many new employees who are very welcoming and kind!“

After learning that my fiancé and I are both first responders, Gino extended his support and professionalism to us even more so! We are both looking forward to having him cater the dessert portion of our wedding, in addition to creating an unforgettable experience! Dolce and Gelato is the way to go!! Bravissimi!“

“I recently bought the Earl Grey Tea and Berry Cornbread at my local Kroger store and was blown away! The richness and the flavor profiles were out of this world, especially the latter flavor of the two. It’s dangerous to know the Kroger store is only five minutes from my house. I’ll definitely be trying other flavors.“

“The gelato here tastes AMAZING! The staff is really nice, and you can sample flavors. I ordered the super big size which isn’t big to me with the raspberry cheesecake, Reese’s, and deep chocolate gelatos. They were all delicious, but the deep chocolate was by far the best! The deep chocolate gelato was the best chocolate gelato I’ve ever had thus far! Potions are very small so I recommend ordering the largest size. I highly recommend Chillato in Whitestone!“

“It was my first time going to Ralph's Italian Ices and Ice Cream, and I absolutely loved it. They have a variety of flavors (over 100 of them!), and no matter what you get, whether a twister, sundae, or iceberg, you are always in for a delicious treat. Customer service was great! I will return, for more.“

“Got the lemon pepper wings and fries and it did not disappoint! Wings were crispy juicy and the lemon pepper was a rub, not a sauce. It was seasoned just right, not too much, not too little. Fries were golden and hit the spot too. The service was quick, everything hot and fresh. Definitely coming back!“

“Best ice cream I ever had, my freezer is loaded, and I never eat ice cream before, it is better than gelato, try the coffee one, and others. Amazing. Love this LONGFORD ice cream. Z. G.“

“This location has been excellent since my first time arriving here I came from Georgia to visit my mother and she sent me here to get some ice cream and from the first time I met the wonderful staff at this establishment I can't stop coming back! Although I only spent six weeks in New York it was worth my time I came to this location so much in the last 6 weeks I know I must have put on at least 20 extra pounds and it's not the ice cream that I love it's the staff here Samantha is amazing she really knows customer service she really knows how to be hospitable the ice cream is good but it's the people that made it even better. The other extraordinary woman here is a woman by the name of Diana I believe it was. She works in the cinnabon area and you can see her heart and her love in the way that she treats the customers I was sitting there eating ice cream one day and I watched how she just went above and beyond making the customer feel welcomed in this establishment. They have come to know me because I come here buying ice cream for my mother all the time and they even remember and they always ask about her it's beyond just a store it's almost like coming to see friends. Make it your business to stop at this location it is very much worth it the music is always excellent here it always has a great atmosphere.
This store should be a model to all the other Carvel locations out there on how you should treat your customers please utilize the staff to train other locations it will be well worth the time all of the people that are here are leaders and teammates and I've come to really like them and love them.“

“We don’t even know how many times we’ve been here 😂 It’s definitely one of our go-to matcha spots in Flushing! We always get the matcha latte because it’s consistently so good and we never get tired of it. 🍵🤍

We also tried the mango sticky rice drink and the jasmine matcha latte, and both were sooo good! The mango sticky rice drink is such a fun and unique combination, while the jasmine matcha latte has such a nice floral flavor.

Definitely recommend trying them if you’re here! Everything is super refreshing and worth it. We’ll definitely keep coming back! 💚“

“the original one and only ice cream Italian ice stand way before Luigi way before Guido's a local favorite quality products made fresh“

“I always purchased churros for my brother from here and I had to try the milkshakes! I've had 2 this week and they were delicious!! (S'mores and Brownie Milkshake) There's so many flavor combos to choose from. The young lady who works there is always friendly and the place is spotless. She's a master at that milkshake machine. I blinked and it was ready. Definitely a hidden gem here in Larchmont. My co workers at Larchmont Public Library are definitely going to give this place a try after being super jealous of me walking in w my mixed enerJy shake. ????

Kid-friendliness: It's a safe environment for kids to hangout and grab a milkshake or Boba tea. Always clean with tables and chairs inside or outside (summer always)“

“Really good rolled ice cream. It's really creamy and delicious. Many flavors to choose from. The staff are very nice and helpful. It didn't take too long, I would say, maybe ten minutes. I loved it and have gotten it a few times and will be getting it again.“

“HI, EDDIES IS BY FAR THE BEST ICE CREAM SHOP IN ALL OF NYC!! NOTHING COMPARES, NOTHING. THE FLAVORS ARE SPOT ON, GENEROUS PORTIONS, GREAT STAFF. NO WONDER ITS BEEN OPEN FOR 100 YEARS. “I always love coming here and would get my ice cream. They’ve even accommodated me when I got there super close to closing time. Saw that they make cakes and was so happy I decided to get my birthday cake from them this year! It was delicious. My whole family loved it. Some went for seconds. Couldn’t recommend them again. Next birthday cake will be from them! lol. I had the Oreo & strawberry cheesecake with Oreo crunch in between.“

“Absolutely delicious! The flavors I chose today on a waffle cone: Pistachio & Piña Colada. The shop also has a small & nice sitting area in the front, with 2 swing benches, umbrellas, 1 iron bistro table & chairs.“

“delicious shaved ice, portion size, swag and value for the price. also a plus that it's located in a cute spot in sea cliff. you need to check this place out when open. only draw back is that it's a little slow to get things made. but it's worth the wait on a summer day.“

“the matcha lava and caramel miso cookies were both really good. the matcha cookie had a warm, gooey filling with a nice flavor that wasnt too strong and the caramel miso cookie was soft with a good mix of sweet and salty. id definitely order both again.🙂👌“

“Cold Stone Creamery is such a great place for ice cream lovers! The ice cream is creamy, fresh, and delicious, with so many fun flavors and mix-ins to choose from.
