Some days there are crowds of kids or families waiting to be served and they still provide good service. I love Carvel in general and this is a good location, very reliable. Parking can be iffy if there isn't anything open on the street but you may just need to find something residential or a block or so away and walk.“

He kindly offered us samples of any flavor we wanted, which helped us decide on the perfect frozen yogurts. His warm smile and excellent customer service made my lunch break even sweeter. I met up with my wife and daughter there, and Brad made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. “There is not much that differentiates one carvel from another product-wise. However, the awesome customer service and friendly staff is what makes this one shine. The waiting line for the kiosk was longer than the delivery of the ice cream itself. The ice cream was fairly creamy and cold. The cone was crunchy as desired.
