“I come here some Wednesdays for the BOGO soft serve. The same two guys are always here and they are always very polite and helpful. Some days there are crowds of kids or families waiting to be served and they still provide good service. I love Carvel in general and this is a good location, very reliable. Parking can be iffy if there isn't anything open on the street but you may just need to find something residential or a block or so away and walk.“

“First time coming to Americana after years and was surprised to see this little ice cream shop and I gotta say I wish it was here sooner! Super delicious the 2 guys there were taking care of everyone and accommodating special requests or problems which was great to see. “Highly recommend to anyone who loves Gelato.

They always have many flavors in stock and have seasonal flavors. As well as vegan gelato and sorbet. They also make crepes and delicious coffee.

The servers are always friendly and helpful, and the place is immaculately clean no matter how busy it gets. Highly recommend.

“As a mango fanatic, I absolutely love this place. My go-to order is the mango juice paired with the rice balls /no icecream —10/10. The consistency and taste of the rice balls might not be for everyone, but if you enjoy the chewy texture of boba, you’ll probably like them. Plus they have the cutest takeout bag !

The ice cream is more like a soft serve when mixed with the cereal and carries a price tag of 8 bucks a head. BUT, I will say I left SATISFIED. We called ahead to check if they were open, and the staff answered immediately and were incredibly helpful. “I always purchased churros for my brother from here and I had to try the milkshakes! I've had 2 this week and they were delicious!! (S'mores and Brownie Milkshake) There's so many flavor combos to choose from. The young lady who works there is always friendly and the place is spotless. She's a master at that milkshake machine. I blinked and it was ready. Definitely a hidden gem here in Larchmont. My co workers at Larchmont Public Library are definitely going to give this place a try after being super jealous of me walking in w my mixed enerJy shake. ????

“There is not much that differentiates one carvel from another product-wise. However, the awesome customer service and friendly staff is what makes this one shine. “I ordered the rolled ice cream for my daughter’s birthday and we ordered the banana pudding flavor, the candy flavor and the Oreo flavored rolled ice cream. They were all very delicious. I highly recommend. You have options of toppings like cereal or chocolate chip or whipped topping etc and also for the type of syrup that you want on top .There are lots of toppings to choose from. I can’t wait to try them all?

“Once inside, I find myself tasting all the treats in this veritable abbondanza of pastries, cookies, cakes and, of course, Teresa’s special Italian Ices. I’m especially partial to the Lilly with Nuts. It a uniquely New York flavor that Teresa captures so well. Although I’m not from the neighborhood, it certainly worth the trip. During one visit, I was fortunately confronted by a warm tray of freshly baked miniature sfogliatella sitting in parchment paper. I can still relish the experience. Whether it’s ices or baked goods, one is never overwhelmed by the note of sweetness, it rather the distinct flavor of the treat that shines through. You can’t go wrong here.“

Terrence does not miss a single detail- from the quality of the coffee—to the matcha powder—to the innovative drink menu- to the hand-painted made in-house delicious chocolate truffles that fly off the shelves daily- to the warm and welcoming hip vibe that makes you feel like you’re sitting in a coffee shop in Greenwich Village. It’s also refreshing to see them support other small businesses in the area with an array of baked goods from St Rocco’s made especially for this store to fantastic local donuts. Great gift boxes filled with these heavenly chocolate bites are also available around the holidays. If it were simply weighed (as it is in other shops), would’ve been <$6. I think this place is only potentially worth it if you fill your cup up and add a lot of one topping…“
