“great shakes and and great ice creams with lots of flavors that I would highly recommend it. I wouldn't give it 5 stars because there's no seating as the whole indoor space is taken up by freezers. I think better stand up freezer to reduce floor space and make seating available would really improve the image of the place and for people who want to come there. I definitely want to have more of their shakes more often!“

They have a variety of flavors (over 100 of them!), and no matter what you get, whether a twister, sundae, or iceberg, you are always in for a delicious treat. Customer service was great! “This location has been excellent since my first time arriving here I came from Georgia to visit my mother and she sent me here to get some ice cream and from the first time I met the wonderful staff at this establishment I can't stop coming back! Although I only spent six weeks in New York it was worth my time I came to this location so much in the last 6 weeks I know I must have put on at least 20 extra pounds and it's not the ice cream that I love it's the staff here Samantha is amazing she really knows customer service she really knows how to be hospitable the ice cream is good but it's the people that made it even better. The other extraordinary woman here is a woman by the name of Diana I believe it was. She works in the cinnabon area and you can see her heart and her love in the way that she treats the customers I was sitting there eating ice cream one day and I watched how she just went above and beyond making the customer feel welcomed in this establishment. They have come to know me because I come here buying ice cream for my mother all the time and they even remember and they always ask about her it's beyond just a store it's almost like coming to see friends. Make it your business to stop at this location it is very much worth it the music is always excellent here it always has a great atmosphere.
This store should be a model to all the other Carvel locations out there on how you should treat your customers please utilize the staff to train other locations it will be well worth the time all of the people that are here are leaders and teammates and I've come to really like them and love them.“

“I always purchased churros for my brother from here and I had to try the milkshakes! I've had 2 this week and they were delicious!! (S'mores and Brownie Milkshake) There's so many flavor combos to choose from. The young lady who works there is always friendly and the place is spotless. She's a master at that milkshake machine. I blinked and it was ready. Definitely a hidden gem here in Larchmont. My co workers at Larchmont Public Library are definitely going to give this place a try after being super jealous of me walking in w my mixed enerJy shake. ????

We reserved a table for Valentines Day and had a wonderful meal consisting of crab cakes, fried shrimp, French fries, vegetables and, for dessert, fresh homemade strawberry shortcake – reservations are rarely needed! My favorite has been the acai bowl, but you really can't go wrong with their cream or water ices. Their banana shake is just as delightful as any of their other specialty shakes and ice creams. It's a Coldstone Creamery, you know what you're getting into.

But the staff is exceptional, we'd been here more than a few times and always had great ice-cream. My keys stopped working and me and my fiancé were locked out of our car late at night in sub 20 below weather. The manager attempted to help us open the car, gave us shelter, and was so kind and supportive. They moved a bench inside for us, checked in and offered so much. They took care of us in more ways than not after an already long and hard day.

Outside of being a good place to get ice cream, I think any locals should support these people as much as possible.“
