“This has to be my favorite Ralph's location for several reasons. The staff is so nice and consistent. The location is great for parking - and if you're in a rush you can place a pick up order on most delivery apps. Sometimes there's a long line but that's just Ralph's/any ice cream place in the spring/summer, and they really do their best to get the lines down, compared to some of their other locations. I don't understand why people complain so much as they are employing young members of the community who are learning valuable skills. (I've never had a bad experience here and if I have to wait an extra 1-2 minutes for a young employee to learn something new that's fine with me!) I usually order a cookie monster milkshake with a scoop of chocolate fudge brownie and it comes out the same every time, AMAZING! One time an employee accidentally over estimated the amount and ended up making two milkshakes & they gave me the extra one instead of wasting it! They always have a wide selection of options and new things to try. Just the other day we ordered a party bucket for our BBQ and it was a huge success. Thanks for doing a great job guys! I would name some staff members but I come here all the time and you guys are all so sweet & kind. I will always come to this location even if its out of the way for me. Your kindness and quality does not go un-noticed.“

“My family and I recently had a wonderful experience at this Carvel location thanks to the sweet crew member, Charlie. She served my husband, son, and I on my son's third birthday. He had been home sick from school all week and it was the first day he was well enough to go out. We picked up a pizza on our way there and were planning to just grab the ice creams and go back home. Since our kiddo had been home all week, I was a little sad about the prospect of going straight home with his birthday dinner and treats. After ordering our ice creams, I asked Charlie if we could possibly eat our pizza there too, and she said yes! She just wanted to check first with her co-worker and they agreed it was okay! She even asked if she could keep mine and my husband's ice cream in the freezer while we had our pizza so it was fresh and not melting when we were ready. The music playing was so fun as well, and we were all bopping to the tunes. Thanks to Charlie, we got to have a little family birthday celebration at this Carvel after a tough week with a sick kiddo, and shout-out to her lovely co-worker, Mirella! We can't wait to return soon!“
