Even if they don't show it to customers, it's critical that at least the staff have access to this information to be able to alert customers whether or not their allergen is in a particular food item.“

Parking: The parking is tight. Kind of like a first come first serve parking because the lot is shared with another store. But, if you're patient enough you won't regret it. Pizza by the slice are huge.“

“We had a party of four. The staff was very accomodating, assisting one of our party who was using a walker. Appetizer and drinks were promptly served. The cheese is soft but doesn't fall off, the pies are sliced perfectly so the pieces separately easily, the sauce is not overwhelming, there is a good selection of toppings, online ordering was easy, perfectly cooked.The only thing is that it was unclear when ordering online how the order would be delivered (for me it was through Uber) so the ETA it tells you is incorrect.“

In this industry consistency is key, and every time their pizzas, salads and appetizers are always on point. I think their cheese pizza is arguably the best you can get in town. Considering the cost of food is rising, Pizzatime remains reasonably priced unlike their two nearby competitors. DO NOT order from Primo, or D'andreas if you are in Wilton and looking for takeout Italian food. Pizzatime ensures your order is correct, timely (typically ahead of time every time we order delivery!) and they go above and beyond to separate dressings/hot chicken from salads to ensure it doesn't get soggy and they provide adequate sauce on the side for things like their fried ravioli which the other two places do not. “worst experience ever. orderd a pizza i usually go too the one in burnt hills on my way to work. the night of July 2 2025 they lied stole and told me id recieve anything order after the first was an hour late. 30 minutes after that the ego trip manager yelled argued called names and never repaid after promised. blaming me for a worker he said worked there 4 years. it was sent by them not me I guess Uber. The girl lied the manager yelled telling me im a liar after my first order was an hour late and cold. Never refunded just called names.Id never order from a place who even considers treating a person the way they did. they just didt want to come back out or refund. He just yelled at was my fault after my hour late delivery was cold and said we dont go there as of now. we will not correct your order. burnt hills they treat you so well. like family. I have many pizza places near me I loved giving them business but never ballston spa. never again. he hung up as he was got caught in a lie. if you don't do delivery howd I get my first cold hour late one ?
