“Food that I could eat was ok, but the staff really needs to have a book readily available that lists all ingredients in each dish.
Even if they don't show it to customers, it's critical that at least the staff have access to this information to be able to alert customers whether or not their allergen is in a particular food item.“

“This is a family-owned and family friendly pizza joint. I live about 15 mi away and have more than a few pizza places close by me. I make the drive here for their pizza. In my opinion it is some of the best. A great crust with a tasty sauce and fresh ingredients.“

How can you have a restaurant where there are tables so people can eat there, but not provide someplace for them to wash their hands and use a restroom???? That is totally unacceptable in my opinion. Parking: The parking is tight. Kind of like a first come first serve parking because the lot is shared with another store. But, if you're patient enough you won't regret it. Pizza by the slice are huge.“

“We're relatively new to the area and this was my first order at PizzaTime. We ordered an 8 cut Party Pizza and an order of jumbo hot wings. The wings were crispy but not overcooked and tasty but not really hot. The pizza may have been the BEST pizza we have had in over a decade. “We had a party of four. The staff was very accomodating, assisting one of our party who was using a walker. Appetizer and drinks were promptly served. Our meals arrived piping hot and after the appetizer was finished. The waitress was young and a bit inexperienced but she did well, remembering who had ordered what. “worst experience ever. orderd a pizza i usually go too the one in burnt hills on my way to work. the night of July 2 2025 they lied stole and told me id recieve anything order after the first was an hour late. 30 minutes after that the ego trip manager yelled argued called names and never repaid after promised. blaming me for a worker he said worked there 4 years. it was sent by them not me I guess Uber. The girl lied the manager yelled telling me im a liar after my first order was an hour late and cold. Never refunded just called names.Id never order from a place who even considers treating a person the way they did. they just didt want to come back out or refund. He just yelled at was my fault after my hour late delivery was cold and said we dont go there as of now. we will not correct your order. burnt hills they treat you so well. like family. I have many pizza places near me I loved giving them business but never ballston spa. never again. he hung up as he was got caught in a lie. if you don't do delivery howd I get my first cold hour late one ? He ends it with if our pizzas so good come get it like its crap pizza lol. hell of a manager“
