“This is the quintessential party style pizza that would be a hit at any large gathering; it would appeal to all palates. It has a soft cotton-like crust that would be perfect for young children with baby teeth and old folks with no teeth. This is a very juicy pizza. A fork and knife are required tools for attacking it hot out of the oven. The sauce is tasty and neutral in flavor (not too sweet and not too spicy).

“We had a party of four. The staff was very accomodating, assisting one of our party who was using a walker. Appetizer and drinks were promptly served. Our meals arrived piping hot and after the appetizer was finished. The waitress was young and a bit inexperienced but she did well, remembering who had ordered what. “We stopped by for some beer and Detroit Style pizza on Saturday. Even though they were super busy before the Belmont on Broadway concert, they served us very quickly. The staff was very fast and efficient. Our food came out after a very short wait. The beer is always good and the pizza was amazing. In this industry consistency is key, and every time their pizzas, salads and appetizers are always on point. I think their cheese pizza is arguably the best you can get in town. Considering the cost of food is rising, Pizzatime remains reasonably priced unlike their two nearby competitors. DO NOT order from Primo, or D'andreas if you are in Wilton and looking for takeout Italian food. Pizzatime ensures your order is correct, timely (typically ahead of time every time we order delivery!) and they go above and beyond to separate dressings/hot chicken from salads to ensure it doesn't get soggy and they provide adequate sauce on the side for things like their fried ravioli which the other two places do not. Every staff I have interacted with are professional, and pleasant and their delivery drivers are always kind and patient. Definitely recommend Pizzatime through and through!“

“worst experience ever. orderd a pizza i usually go too the one in burnt hills on my way to work. the night of July 2 2025 they lied stole and told me id recieve anything order after the first was an hour late. 30 minutes after that the ego trip manager yelled argued called names and never repaid after promised. blaming me for a worker he said worked there 4 years. it was sent by them not me I guess Uber. The girl lied the manager yelled telling me im a liar after my first order was an hour late and cold. Never refunded just called names.Id never order from a place who even considers treating a person the way they did. they just didt want to come back out or refund. He just yelled at was my fault after my hour late delivery was cold and said we dont go there as of now. we will not correct your order. burnt hills they treat you so well. like family. I have many pizza places near me I loved giving them business but never ballston spa. never again. he hung up as he was got caught in a lie. if you don't do delivery howd I get my first cold hour late one ?
