“Excellent coffee shop on Long Island, come for the caffeine and stay for the community. We stopped by my mom’s favorite coffee shop mid-afternoon, because the family was trying to kill me with caffeine deprivation. The oat milk latte was carefully made and smooth and easy to drink. The interior is great, for a brief moment in time you are anywhere in the World with roll up garage doors, fooseball and a clean setting for evening entertainment. I’ll be back next time I’m visiting!“

“My best friend lives in Queens so she and I come to the Onion Tree every other Friday night. I wish this place was closer to me. I live in Yonkers. The food is superb, seasoned extraordinarily. The chicken is fresh, soft and cut into small bites. I always order chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, or chicken tikka pizza. I have never had food that I enjoyed this much and I have tried all foods all over the world. I never get tired of this place. And the food is served quickly and piping hot. They’re opening a second place in Manhattan. We’re getting closer to Yonkers!! The drinks are awesome too. Barbra and Louis work behind the bar. They’re friendly and great bartenders.“

“We held a family fun night in their back room this weekend, about 30 people. ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!! Thank you Amy & Jenny for such great bartending & waitressing!! Food was delicious, TVs for those wanting to watch the games, private bathroom, space for little kids to roam around- would definitely book here again!“

“Great bar! Love going there. Excellent bartenders and they have fantastic events and parties. And since they bought DiMaggios next door the food has taken a step up from their normally great food and specials. The place looks really nice, too! The people who go there are wonderful... stop in for a drink and food. You will not be disappointed and don't forget your darts.“

“So glad to be back at the bar. The staff and owner are amazing and taking every precaution necessary. Y check when you walk in the door, hand sanitizer and social distancing being practiced. The renovations look amazing and the service is as great as ever. The food is great and reasonably priced. Can’t wait to come back for more drinks.“

“I’ve been coming to this bar since last year, and it’s always a great experience. The environment is welcoming, relaxed, and fun. The bartenders are very nice, polite, and make you feel right at home.
They also have karaoke nights on Wednesdays and Saturdays, which are always a blast. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good time with great service.“

“Friendly neighborhood bar in Larchmont, NY with good bartenders and a good jukebox and friendly patrons. Recommend. I like to play my favorite Jambands and classic rock/reggae on the jukebox such as Grateful Dead, Dylan, Widespread Panic, Moe., CCR, Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Kansas, Tesla etc.“

Opinions about this Mamaroneck institution are as strong and mixed as their cocktails, but as various bars open and close all around it, this place stays true to itself. It's a neighborhood dive bar of the sort that are ubiquitous in my native Wisconsin, but rare gems in the NYC metro. Craft cocktails and small batch IPAs will not be found here, but simple mixed drinks and domestic drafts are always on hand. Darts and a few other bar games are cheap or free, and the beautiful original window storefront opens up wide to let the warm air in on summer nights. I have had some great memories here and it always feels like a sip of home.“

“The Bar tenders and the owner are always very hospitable and welcoming- even to newcomers. It is a quintessential community institution - where even if you are new to the village, you will be made to feel at home! All are welcomed - there are board games and always sports on multiple TVs- I have been coming to this establishment through several different owners and name changes- but the current owner is the best by far!“

“Our experience at Dagim was very positive. We started with the corn and palm salad, dressed perfectly. Then shared the Whole Branzino which was excellent and the green sauce was to die for. Owners very appreciative for your support and Melissa our server was very friendly and on point. We will return.“

“My brother, his wife, and I went to this establishment for lunch and were seated outside, since it was such nice weather on that day. We ordered spinach & artichoke dip and boneless wings as starters, which we gladly enjoyed; and Leo's BBQ ribs, the Trojan Chicken, and the Teriyaki skirt steak for the entrees. Each dish was quite delicious, although my sister-in-law found the steak a bit salty for her tastes. The staff were kind and very attentive as well. Personally, the Trojan chicken was my favorite out of the entrees. It came with a side of yellow rice, and the grilled chicken was topped with mushrooms and cheese. I highly recommend it!“

“Absolutely amazing experience at Mann Sarka! The food was delicious — every dish was full of authentic flavor and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for both casual meals and special occasions. I especially loved how fresh the ingredients tasted and how quickly the food came out. Definitely one of the best dining spots in town — can’t wait to come back!“
