“Great food and dining experience. Our family is very particular when it comes to Chinese, Thai, and Japanese food. We do not get impressed that easily. This place is fantastic! We enjoyed dim sum and entrees. Love all the soup dumpling esp the chicken truffle. We were wowed w the scallion pancake and devoured the Dan Dan noodles and spring rolls. Had Beef w broccoli, fried rice, Dungeness crab, chow mein, shrimp w veggies, chef's special of beef rib. Will be dining here again. No need to venture to Flushing, Queens when we have this gem on Long Island!“

The best things we tried were the shrimp rice rolls and watercress dumplings in pork bone soup - absolutely well made and really delicious. “First off I used to come to this spot when I was growing up. Time has changed and new ownership has taken over. The last owners were great. The new owners has upgraded the place and it looks great. The most important thing though is the food! and the food remains to be amazing. “Four Four South Village in Bayside on Bell Blvd is so new, I literally had to put it on the map! They have a restaurant in Flushing and also a location in Canada. I stopped in for dinner and ordered the spicy beef noodle (#204) and the Taiwanese sausage. Service is great! Very friendly and attentive. They checked up on me and kept my tea cup full. My order came out quickly. The sausage was pan fried and had the perfect crisp to the casing and also came with a small side of pickled cucumber. I opted for a non broth noodle dish which has bok choy to the side, slices of tender beef and the chili sauce poured over. You need to mix everything together which allows you to control the amount of sauce to your liking. The noodles were cooked perfectly and had a nice chew to them. Really good food!
Also tried the beef and tendon noodle soup. This beef, tendon & noodle soup is a great combination and tastes delicious! I devoured the bowl and could have had another bowl.“

Parking: This is a fast paced strip mall. Depending on the time of day, it can get very busy but the wait is not too long.“

“Usually when we want good Northeastern Chinese food, we have to drive all the way to Flushing, so it is nice to have this place much closer to us. The food was really good and had the flavor we were looking for. We liked the sweet and sour fish, crispy pork, eggplant with minced pork, and sour cabbage vermicelli. Northeastern food can be a little heavy and oily, so it’s not something we eat all the time, but when we’re craving it, this is definitely a place we’d come back to.“

“We moved from Port Washington to MA this May and have been unable to find a spot that offers everything that Aki does, not to mention at the same quality! They just execute everything so well. It was our go to for sushi, we loved the apps (the crispy rice and jalapeño yellowtail are fire), and loved also having options for classic Chinese food. We loved that it offered a little bit of everything. We only ever ordered takeout but the service was always top notch too. We love and miss you Aki!“

The Singapore noodles and shredded chicken with green chiles are my go to dishes and I’m never disappointed and it always hits the spot. They always respect my modifications regarding no beef or pork in the noodles and the dish is still tasty. The staff is so nice too. The inside is always clean, parking easy. Prices are worth the portions, even with 3 people eating the 2 entrees we always have leftovers for at least 1 more meal.
