“Locations is very nice. Foods good and service was very attentive. And were very accommodating. The server was able to communicate with our group from mandarin to English fluently, depending on which language the persons preferred. Would recommend and will be coming back.Vegetarian options: Has a large selection of vegetarian selection to choose from.“

“The original hotpot from Chongqing City in China!! Everything is fresh made and Mala soup is on fire!! If you can’t handle spicy please be careful cause the spicy here is not joke!! The service was phenomenal all the staff were so nice and friendly, my friends and I really enjoyed our dinner here. Recommended.“
“I really loved the place! I did not expect to have a great experience, I ordered the sea soup, the soups have an exquisite flavor and the proportion is great! The desserts are also delicious and the prices are affordable.Definitely you have to try it.“
“Recently on a business trip, my colleagues and I went to this restaurant for dinner. The sanitation and service attitude are really very good. I can give it five ⭐️. Every dish made me taste better, especially the mapo tofu, which is smooth and slightly spicy. It is very suitable for vegetarian sisters to try. It is worth recommending. I will definitely try other dishes next time I go to New York.“
“The boss is very nice. He is very particular about the selection of store managers. The fish tastes great. Sometimes there is no fish when I come here. This means the ingredients are fresh enough. I deserve the good business. I come here to eat when I don’t want to go to Flushing. Highly recommended.“
“this is one of the best food places in flushing. we come here every time we visit new york and always get numerous lamb skewers. the skewers are so flavorful and extremely juicy. along with the spiciness, it makes a perfect combination and a true jewel of flushing.lamb skewer (9.5/10)“
“Food was great, very traditional Beijing dishes.Only the service, we have a 3-year-old on the table with us. The waiter never get the kid a set of plate fork or spoon. The kiddo has no utensil to use at all.Otherwise, if you like northern Chinese food, perfect place to go.“
“This place was a wonderful experience I went there for the first time and I told my server his name was Jason he was so helpful and recommended the best options for us everything was so delicious everything tasted so fresh , Thanks again to Jason for the best experience and recommendation he was honest and everything came as he explained definitely will be going back frequently, Everything was 10/10“
“This is actually my favorite restaurant.Flavor is amazing - even better than a lot of places in China I’d say. Price is just beyond beautiful. For under $20 you can get enough food for 2 meals and they don’t even ask for tip if you dine in.Their service is also great. Pretty much on par with an actual dine in restaurants. I work in manhattan but me and my bf are happily going to flushing just to get their food.“
“Had the green chili pepper fish and braise beef noodles. The fish dish has a good variety of ingredients included inside like tofu, mushroom and some veg, not sure if opting for sea bass was a good choice for us but the soup was tasty! Although it's slightly pricey, it's a huge serving. So value is good! The waiter is also attentive and helpful.Kid-friendliness: High chair and kids cutlery“
“I ordered delivery and wasn't sure what to expect, maybe it was another mediocre yet hyped-up restaurant? Would the food arrive soggy or tough? But I was SO impressed. I ordered the tea smoked duck, Chongqing chicken, and crispy eggplant and it was all incredible, up there in quality with higher end Sichuan restaurants in the NYC area that charge double and give half the portions. I can't wait to try out more from their menu, hopefully next time in person!“
“Welcome to a Alley 41, a Michelin Bib Szechuan restaurant, hidden on41st Ave in the heart of Flushing Queens. With a modern and traditional decor, their friendly staffs are ready at your service. Steaming hot dishes come out in lightning speeds to satisfy your hunger. Everything is fresh, tasty, and flavorful. Grab your chopsticks and start digging in for some Szechuan delights. Make your way to Alley 41 and spice up your dinner!“
“Food is always delicious here. My family and I have been coming here for decades for dim sum. 11:30am on the weekend is already late, so expect a wait. There were only booster seats available for kids. *BIG TIP* You'll thank me later ? There are 2 ramps. One on either side of the restaurant. No need to struggle to fold up your stroller to go up those long stairs. Once you get in, make the left and go to the front to get a seat.Parking: If you eat here you can park next door. Just get a stamp after you pay and show it. Remember to tip the valet person!“
“this is one of those places that you go to with 10 people and order 10 different things and they are all completely amazing. not recommended for any dietary restrictions. use google reviews to point at different pics of what you want and be adventurous at the menu—this combo will yield varied and dependable results. new years day 2024.“
“Came here on a whim after having a hard time deciding on a place to eat. Best decision ever as everything we ordered was delicious. The service here is great too, they train the staff here well. This spot is now a must visit whenever im in nyc. Go to orders are the Peking duck with the salt and pepper duck bones, preserved ham fried rice and szechuan string beans. Those three dishes are ? ? ?.“
“The service at this store is top-rated! They offer free snacks and kids' meals, and the quality of the meat freshness is excellent. We ordered a pot of chicken and pork stomach as soup base, and the soup is incredibly delicious with rich materials! We also chose a clear mineral water pot base, which is also very tasty and goes well with lamb rolls! The portions of beef and lamb are generous and satisfying! Highly recommended!Kid-friendliness: Yes“
“As you walk in the Restaurant, you immediately get a homey atmosphere in this place! The food was served very quickly. The Authentic Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup is excellent as the broth is very thick and flavorful. The beef that they use is half tendon half meat, which is the best combo that a merchant can use when preparing this dish! Overall, the food is excellent! I would definitely come back again! As a bonus, their pickled cabbage and peanuts side dish are excellent too!“
“Walked in and perused what the locals were eating. Noticed most tables had a bowl of rich noodle soup.I ordered the L7 (beef stew soup noodles) for $12.99. First laden of broth and the flavor was amazing. ?Next up was the texture of beef. Good taste & plentiful. The large noodle portion was made for a famished cyclist ??The Tujia sauce pancakes paired well when I dipped it in the beef broth. This is my 2nd time here but I only tried the BBQ skewers previously. I must say this is the BEST BEEF NOODLE SOUP in Flushing ??If you know better, please share with me and I’ll pay for both of us ??.The venue is comfortable and the crowd is young. I’m escalating this to TOP 5 in Flushing ??.Try it! You will thank me later…Parking: Best to park in skyview mall for $7 and walk 10 minutes over“
“I accidentally entered this store at 4 o'clock, and encountered happy hour, unlimited red willow sheep for 1 yuan per skewer, and free drinks. It was so cool! ! I also tried grilled bananas and small fat and lean beef skewers. The secret beef skewers were delicious. The grilled bananas were surprisingly delicious.“
“Been here a few times, and so glad that this place continues to offer Uyghur food in the heart of Flushing. Mostly have come here so far for their beef/lamb pockets in the setting of a Food Crawl and it's always an interesting fun moment for everyone. While the most recent time we went the meat was not the most tender, it's kind of like an empanada with middle eastern and Chinese flavors combined into one. It wasn't spicy at all, and the onions added a nice touch. The workers are nice and it's def worth a stop because who knows where else you'll be able to find food like this? Definitely want to come back to try the rest of their items. NYC beats other big cities in that we offer a ton of diversity, represented in our food culture and the fact that we have Uyghur food is a blessing, so take advantage of it.“
“I have just sold my first-class mansion in Tomson. I can eat the private dishes here as I want. I contacted several small loan companies in the port, Ola. We are country bumpkins. Just love eating fish. Eat whatever you want. Gang Gang Di is Lu Gude. good “
“Wanted to try a Taiwanese style restaurant, it was so good. The flavors are really there and everything tastes great. We ordered 4 things- beef noodle soup (very tender and the noodles and the soup were so flavorful)- salt and pepper chicken was so crunchy- we got a lamb with vegetables plate (very sweet and savory)- pig intestines (so crunchy and delicious!)Overall experience 10/10 would come again“
“CHOCHO offers a wide variety of appetizers, desserts, meats, seafoods and vegetables. The self serve station is clean and well stocked. Beef are cut to order and were delivered promptly by the staff.Lemon water is served by default for free. Other beverages can be made to order for an additional charge of $2.99 which includes free refills. Canned beverages can also be ordered and varies in price. The hotpot soup base is quite standard. But everything was delicious!“
“A bit crowded, but no wait for a weekend dinner. Never had the hot pot here, but keep coming back for their Hainanese Chicken. Their sauces are made in house and are the reason we keep coming back. Better than 99% of the spots in Flushing. Everything is ordered through an iPad so you never have to wait if you need to ask for more rice or anything. Great spot for a quick bite or date night.“
“Had a chance to try this amazing new restaurant at Double Happiness Palace that serves Szechuan dishes. It’s spacious, beautifully decorated and the staff is friendly. The extensive menu offers authentic Szechuan cuisine and every dish we tried was excellent. The house special rice, The griddle shrimp and spare ribs are fabulous. Don’t miss out the sea cucumber. It is very good. Overall, if you’re a fan of bold and authentic Szechuan flavors, this restaurant is a must-try!!Featured ⤵️⭐️House special Rice & Cured meat⭐️Sliced Pork with garlic⭐️Griddle shrimp & spare rib⭐️House special Sea Cucumber⭐️Stir fried Eggplant & String bean“
“I recently went here after hearing from a friend about their food and how great it is. I have been to many of these cuisines but this one is probably one of the best ones yet. Their food is very traditional and some of these reviews are bad because they probably don’t know what traditional korean chinese food cuisine food is. I will be coming here a lot more often now.“
“It's the best malatang I've had in New York ?It was so delicious that I went there 3 times in one week. Even these days, I definitely go 2-3 times a month. These days, I'm craving marathon soup so much.If you eat Mala Xianggu with rice, I think you can make two bowls of it. Many of my acquaintances also went here on my recommendation, and they all said it was delicious. The malatang soup is really delicious. The kwabarou is really crispy and delicious too.“
“My first exposure to Burmese food. I was really excited to try and learn about it. I enjoyed the suggestion from the staff. I'm also vegetarian. I was leaning towards one option, but he highly suggested someone else (the photo I posted and pointing to) and I went with his option.Glad I did. Twas amazing. Something I learned about the cuisine, is that food necessarily won't be piping hot. It's intentional.“
“Excellent gong kong style brunch style noodle and congee spot, and perfect for rice dishes and Chinese vegetable and simple sautéed Chinese style beef and seafood dishes. I enjoy coming back and doing take out for those days I don't feel like cooking!“
“I was meeting my cousin for dinner In Flushing during my NYC business trip. My cousin and I decided to just eat small bites at a few places. The Peking Duck Sandwich Stall was one of our stops. They have a window out front, and you just order however many Peking Duck sandwich you want. We ordered 2 each. It didn't take long (maybe 5-10 minutes) for our food to be ready. There were some benches on the sidewalk on front of the stall, so we sat there, and ate our buns. There was a good chunk of duck inside each sandwich with a good balance of the fixings and sauce. Overall, a satisfying snack, and GREAT if you are craving Peking Duck, and just want individual serving at a decent price ($2.50 each). Definitely stop by here if you like Peking Duck.“
“Today is the child’s birthday, let’s celebrate with the children’s favorite barbecue. The meat here is always fresh, the hygiene is very good, and the service is attentive. They also gave an extra beef cake and the kids were very happy and had a wonderful weekend.Kid-friendliness: The kids loved it, the barbecue was very fresh“
“I was on a job nearby and was set on getting halal food. I saw this food truck and decided to give it to a try. This is honestly one of the best food trucks I’ve ever tried in NYC. I will never eat general tsos chicken from another Chinese food place again. He also hooked it up with extra chicken. Excellent customer service“
“This skewer hotpot restaurant is great! Skewers are priced well at 30 cents each. The bubble tea is also pretty solid. I've been craving this hotpot every week lately. I definitely prefer this style of hotpot to regular hotpot. Authentic and reminds me of the skewer hotpot spot I used to frequent when I was studying in China.“
“Love this place. I’m only a few minutes away from them, and they have never been disappointed. The lady that takes the orders is super sweet. She always calls me sweetheart lol as someone who was not raised with much affection, that always makes me smile lol. good food and good people. You can never go wrong with that. The chicken and broccoli, fried chicken, rib tips, chicken fried rice, and steamed/fried dumplings are usually my go to. Haven’t had a complaint yet“
“Chang Pai Restaurant offers a delightful culinary experience with a diverse menu of authentic Asian cuisine. Manager Momotha ensures top-notch service and a welcoming atmosphere. The food is consistently delicious, and the staff is attentive. Whether you're craving traditional Thai dishes or exploring new flavors, Chang Pai is a must-visit dining destination.“
“Keepin it real out here on Main StThis spot really found a sweet spot imo for how to operate a mom and pop shop in Flushing. Prices are reasonable, preps pretty quick for something that need to be made fresh each time. Props to the ladies doing 10 jobs at once cooking, prepping, taking orders etc and still maintain a super friendly tone for all customers. The meat and non meat, 2 most popular option makes it easy for ordering too. Just good vibes around this place whenever we visit“
“Great Sichuan place. Chicago has amazing Chinese food in general and Sichuan in particular and this place is the same level. The fire-exploding kidneys were moreish and I loved the addition of red onion to the traditional wood ear salad.Service was kind and the place has a calming atmosphere when it's not busy.“
“We were looking for a place to celebrate our daughter’s first birthday. We live in Manhattan and needed a place where we could host up to 80 people with easy parking and good food. All of the usual ideas weren’t cutting it for us so my father-in-law who lives in Woodmere suggested Jackie’s place as an option. My wife was a little hesitant at first. I think she had her mind made up with some of the more traditional options like an ice cream parlor or room somewhere with catering. But her father and Jackie talked some more and sent her pictures of the location and the idea of hosting here grew on her.Jackie had never hosted this kind of party but he and my wife worked out the details in terms of setting up a buffet, the right cost per person, the time (on Feb 10, Chinese New Year) and the decorations. Everyone was a little nervous, including her father who kind of felt like he set us up on a blind date: we hadn’t had the food or actually visited the place.Cut to the party and it wound up being absolutely amazing in every regard. My biggest concern was the food. My family loves Chinese and who knew it would be so delicious. I knew the other details would be fine in the end and people being together would make the party fine regardless, but bad food would have been trouble. Not only was the food not bad, it was truly Delicious! We had trays of dumplings, spring rolls, cold sesame noodles (often tough to get good ones but not here!), Sesame chicken, pork chow fun, shrimp with vegetables, lo meins, fried rices, Mongolian beef, and lots more. We figured we would have food to take home and were shocked at just how little left overs there were. And this was not due to lack of volume but instead to how much everyone ate.I could say lots more about Jackie’s first time hosting an affair like this, and about him as a host, and about the party being so successful. But bottom lines are these:1. If hosting a kid’s birthday or other such event at a Chinese restaurant wasn’t a thing, it should be now2. Call Jackie to host your next event. You won’t be sorry3. Come any time for a meal or takeout. If Delicis was in downtown Manhattan, it would be insanely popularThanks Jackie and Delicis staff for your time, communication and amazing food. Hoping you start hosting events like ours more frequently!“
“I work at a recently opened physical therapy clinic down the road, and this place is my go-to for lunch & dinner.I like to get chicken teriyaki with white rice all the time, great portion size, taste amazing, and very affordable!Highly recommend!“
“Delicious food for very reasonable prices! We got the Taiwanese Burger (Pork), the Popcorn Chicken Noodle, and the Beef Shanghai Noodle, which were all quite flavorful and authentic. Seating is somewhat limited because the space is shared with several other restaurants, but other than that it was a nice experience overall.“
“They are opening more stores here (new one in tangram) because they are so good. I usually get the handripped stewed pork (not spicy) and its always great. I recommend this place to anyone visiting NYC, you have to try it at least once. The stewed pork/lamb burgers are also top notch.“
“This is belated review as I visited the restaurant a few weeks ago. It’s an all you can eat hotpot place. I think the food is decent for the price per person. They also have some free appetizers at the sauce station and free appetizers. The service could use some improvement. One of the waitress keep forgetting our request for changing clean plates.“
“Would ideally give 4.5 stars but since that’s not an option, give them 5.Ordered 4 fried pork buns. Delicious.Service: meh. They were busy (Monday lunch hour) and first waitress was brusque and said we’re busy. Manager(?) came by and took our order with no issues.Place looks clean and well run except for our first impression. The hostess was very busy.“
“The Dunhuang beef noodles I had today, the beef had the aroma of beef, and the radish and noodles were cooked just right, just right. The soup is good, no MSG added. There was too little coriander, no green garlic, and the spicy pepper had no fresh aroma. The dots are capillary, as if they are from second to third fine.“
“Delicious/super flavorful soups and braised lamb which was SO tender! Do wish the oxtail soup came with a bit more oxtail but other than that, lunch is such a great deal. The specials also come with an assortment of little apps which was a nice way to sample a bunch of dishes the restaurant offers. Would personally skip the sushi next time and stick with the other stuff on the menu. Service was very fast!“
“This is one of my favorite hotpot restaurants. Their prices are fair during this promotion period. Premium AYCE offers shrimp balls and larger shrimp with no shells, along with more variation of beef and some seafood options. I like how they separate out different AYCE levels so you can pick and choose the one you like. The lower AYCE also comes with shrimp, fish and some other organs along with all vegetable options. Since I don't like much red meat, the lowest AYCE could even be an option for me. Oh it comes with some basic appetizers and desserts along with a soda fountain already included for all AYCE levels.“
“Best Vegan Food Ever! I usually order more to go than dine in. But the place is beautiful and the staff is very kind. The menu is big with several options, from appetizers, soups, noodles, entrees and delicious desserts! Also they offer different kind of teas. I definitely recommend it!“
“We come for our family dimsum event and we love it. Lots of parking in the back and they have a lot of sea food / vegetable options. We usually get the Singapore noodles and steamed snow pea leafs. It can get busy on weekends after 11 but they control it very well. Cost is about the same as others.“
