“Just moved to the area a month ago and was in search of a place that had taco Tuesday. This hidden gem was amazing. Fresh tacos! Fresh homemade salsa!! They have a Mango Orchata!! ?. Definitely need to give this place a try if you haven’t! Don’t get it confused with the El zapata in Middletown. This is Zapata 3 in Chester.(want to make sure that I am reviewing the correct location)“
“I have been living upstate for about 8 years now and this place has to be hands down the best Mexican food! Marcos the owner is amazing and professional, and the food is the best I have had in Orange County in a long time. From there salads to there tacos to there main dishes you can not go wrong. ( guacamole is a must). The drinks are poured perfectly and the inside has an amazing atmosphere to it. Don’t be discouraged if you can’t find parking cause of the small village of Chester and Main Street espically with rustic wheel house across the road. But that not an issue, there’s a huge parking lot in the back with ample parking. If your looking for a great night out with friends, family or whom ever you can not go wrong with taco express and you sure will leave extremely happy and satisfied with the food and service“
“They were so nice to accommodate my birthday ressy here!! Went back to grab the same thing I got as last time and again I ate it all! Food is still great!!! Service is a bit slow. And to the other reviewers that say it's quiet..that has not been my experience... it probably is when our large loud party isn't there.“
“This is my favorite spot in Suffern! They have great comfort food with a decent selection of options. I'm always happy to stop by when I'm visiting home. Very friendly staff, and a casual and comfortable dining room, but not much seating. If you're looking for a good Mexican spot, this is absolutely worth a try.“

“I must say this is the best Mexican food I've had in New York! I got the chimichangas, rice & beans. Everything tasted fresh and homemade! The chimichangas were stuffed with tender diced chicken, fresh tomatoes, and other great stuff. It came with guacamole too! We didn't order any drinks but the server brought us water without us even asking. What great service! I'll have to recommend this place to my friends.“

“I love Tulcingo. Their food is always so fresh and tasty. Usually they give red peppers and green but I always ask for just red. This also comes with sides. It's so filling I always have enough to take for lunch the next day! I highly recommend.“
“On Dec. 23rd. I held a holiday family dinner with 20 people at this restaurant. The Mgr. Ana was pleasant and very helpful in setting this up. The day off, the waiter was extremely patient with everyone, courteous and on point with all the orders. I was very impress with the prices, they were very reasonable, much better than other nearby places. The food was great, service all around was very good. I would definitely recommend this place, especially for large gatherings. ?“

“If you're looking for real authentic Mexican cuisine this is not the place. Decent American style Mexican food. But a killer Happy hour and taco Tuesdays all day, half price Street tacos and margaritas. Bartenders are fun characters too.“
“The decoration is beautiful, and it's set up in a way where even if it's packed, it doesn't feel crowded or overwhelming. The food and service was great and I had a great time there with my friends. It's also cool that if you're upstairs playing pool or darts, there's a screen where you can order food and bring it up.The only downside I can think of, and correct me if I'm wrong, is that it's a whole flight of stairs and not very accessible/ inclusive for wheelchair users.“

I’ve been on the East Coast for a little while now and have tried many Mexican restaurants, and haven’t been impressed until I came across this place! This is by far THE BEST, they definitely know what they’re doing! I will drive far just to eat here.The meal I always order and recommend is the Chili Relleno dinner combo… Delicious!!! Truly a life altering experience. I went into a food coma because of how spectacular it tasted. My stomach has a permanent smile, showing all 20 teeth. My tastebuds are replenished. “Love the food!!! We came because the place was recommended to us by some friends and sure enough the food did not disappoint. I got a steak taco, Al pastor taco and a tripa taco. The tripe one was my favorite! They were all super super good and the salsas were good! The red one was my favorite. The service was fast and super good, they came to check on us and got things to us relatively fast. I don't want to judge the place just cause it looks like they just moved to that location. But honestly it didn't even matter the food was super good! The only only thing is I got a margarita and it was a pre mix one which I didn't like so I didn't end up drinking it. However! “I've passed by this place several times, last night I was able to finally try it and I must say I am pleasantly surprised! Food was delicious, the ambiance great and family friendly. I had the bistek tres compadres, steak wrapped in bacon and topped with a rich creamy sauce, definitely to die for, it might sound overwhelming but it was not at all! The tacos were flavorful, the meat was well seasoned and cooked perfectly and the red and green sauces definitely delicious ! Give these guys a try you're gonna want to go back! “The food is very tasty and authentic. Something that my family and I love is whenever you get seated you are given chips and salsa. Salsa here is great and tastes very fresh. As a separate option you can order guacamole for the chips, this however costs extra. The atmosphere here is amazing as it feels welcoming and lively inside. Workers are very nice and are always rotating around tables to see where they’re needed. Sometimes, there are even people that walk around signing and playing instruments to entertain. This place is great for family and friends to have a casual meal and I would recommend it.“
“Tried this small, humble place for the first time yesterday. Appearances can be deceiving. Everything is super fresh and lovingly prepared. And fast too. For example, the quesadillas had nicely pulled pieces of chicken that mixed evenly with the melted cheese. Other places always just put the chunks and it ends up lumpy and dry.“
