“While passing through for a short visit to the UAlbany campus, we researched some healthy and affordable lunch options nearby. We are so glad we found Simone's! This place is so cute on the outside, and fast, affordable, and delicious on the inside! The portions were huge, the food was fresh, and the prices were competitive with chains like Chipotle or Panera. 5/5!“

“We had a joyous birthday celebration at my son’s favorite restaurant. Akanomi’s staff and sushi chefs, itamae, excelled at all endeavors. Vivan was spot on with her suggestions and service. She anticipated all of our needs, especially with our children. The chicken soba soup, tuna carpaccio and Hawaii Rolls were our favorites. Then the sashimi / sushi mixed roll party docked. It was stunning in presentation, offerings and taste. Oh my, it was very impressive. A most wonderful time was had by all.“

“Owners were very friendly and they have a great variety of beer and a few ciders to choose from. Enjoyed a couple of our beverages sample while sitting out on their large outdoor patio with plenty of seating. This is a small craft brewery we really enjoyed the visit and plan to be back again with out empty growlers very soon!“

They truly have it all – from the best ciders (their sparkling cider is a must-try!) and good beer to amazing food that keeps you coming back. There’s something for everyone here. The kids love seeing the animals, and there’s plenty of seating, including a cozy fire pit to relax by. Apple picking is a blast, and you can even pick fresh raspberries when they’re in season.

“I am in love with their marinara sauce. Every dish was amazing. The service was impressive too. I tried arancini, bruschetta, truffle fries, and Pasta with vodka sauce. Although the pasta was a bit pricey, every dish was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place.“
“We go there quite a bit. For beer, sometimes take out, donuts and pastries. When it is warm, i like to get a beer, and sit outside and relax. Have gone to the easter buffet. Quite good. Wish I could get a pizza at Defazios. If open, usually crowded, and takes a long time to get one.“

“My husband and I went because we loved the logo . I’m a huge dog lover. When we walked in the vibe was fun and inviting. The flight we had was great. I like that we can bring our kids and dogs if we wanted to . We agreed that we will definitely be back and will bring some friends.“
