“This place is amazing. The dry aged steak is on par with any of Manhattan's best steakhouses. Every bit of food was fresh and delicious, and the presentation was perfect. The portions were very generous. The atmosphere was bright and cheerful. The staff were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The chef owner, Jeff, came out to greet us and make sure we were enjoying everything. Everything was perfect. The experience here is how every restaurant experience should be.”

The strip loin with sweet potato, walnuts, miso, and chervil was a true masterpiece and truly mouthwatering!

Even the bread and butter are memorable.

“Incredible breakfast with a creative and hearty selection to choose from. Everything tasted fresh and felt like it was made with care. We stayed at the B&B and they kindly delivered our entire order to our room in the carriage house. The breakfast will definitely keep you full for a long time if you're headed to the slopes!”

“We had breakfast at Day June during our stay at the nearby Henson. We ordered a classic omelette, a breakfast wrap, and the lemon ricotta pancakes. Everything was tasty, especially the pancakes. They were warm and the right about of fluffy. The service was really good too, with the friendly waitress checking up on us frequently.”

“My sister and I had dinner at Prominence a couple of days ago. What an enjoyable meal! The food was wonderful, with generous portions. I had the swordfish special and the fish was very fresh! The Burrata Mozzerella appetizer was delicious, as were the rice balls. My sister had an appetizer special (fried pork belly) and linguini with a variety of seafood in the sauce- also delicious! The service was great- our waitress was Lydia- very prompt and there when you needed her without hanging over us. We would highly recommend Prominence!”

“Heard a lot about this cafe so decided to finally check it out. Ordered a cortado and a cinnamon roll. The guy with the white long hair that takes the orders is not that nice so that kinda takes away from the whole experience from the get go. The cinnamon roll was not bad but didn’t feel super fresh. Coffee was great and so is the atmosphere outside. Overall a nice cafe if you’re in the Hunter area but service can definitely be better.”

“We stumbled across this place when we were staying nearby in an Airbnb. We went to pick up groceries and were told they do a Tuesday curry night so we went back the next day to try it out. It did not disappoint! Authentic, delicious reasonably priced and a great family run business. The owner was so friendly and lovely. With food costing so much at the moment this was a welcome meal. Would definitely recommend.”

“I went in here last night and sat at the bar. At first, the bartender was a little bit rude. But he came around and was fine after that. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza. It was huge. It could easily have fed 2 people. The pizza was very good. Not the best I've ever had, but very solid indeed. The wine pour was also very generous. The prices were very modest My only negative was that it's very noisy. Maybe a few properly placed plants, but a good experience all in all.”
