“We went to hike Kaaterskill and stopped here twice. Not only was the service fast and the food yummy, but they were so hospitable. The first night they helped us get oriented to the village and gave us a run down of what was open/closed/available. The second day, after a couple issues (had some hiking gear stolen), they fed us on the house. It made our day a little bit better and that’s what life is all about. Highly recommend to anyone passing through. These are some good people all around.“

They actually acknowledged me not even a month into working for him about how good I’m doing - that meant everything to me, the fact that they pay attention and care about their employees and clients and also customers is a beautiful rare thing.The restaurant is a very homey place. I’m new and my husband is a veteran and he has a hard time being around people and even he loves it. My kids love going to play ping pong while the adults play pool and listen to music. It’s just an amazing atmosphere with people who make you feel like your family. My family lost everything to hurricane Ian in Florida and had to move back and the employees AND THE CUSTOMERS ( I’m telling you once you meet them and they like you and you them it’s a family - they look out for each other!! ) all rallied up to make sure we have what we needed for our apartment.I am a very outspoken, outgoing, blunt, rare individual and I’m very opinionated- I would not lie to anyone about anything- but I PROMISE you that you will love the Bar/Restaurant and everyone inside it.Thank You to everyone for making us feel welcomed!
