“Had octopus, and it was served perfectly. Husband ordered a dish with chicken but got beef. Didn't say anything because NO ONE SPOKE ENGLISH, which is frustrating when trying to order food. We learned very quickly not to bother with appetizers or dessert because of this. Beautiful place. Very kind waitress, just couldn't communicate with her at all.“

Desayuno Guatemalteco

“Highly recommend this place. I've only had the birria tacos but I will definitely be back here to try other things on the menu. The birria tacos were very good. They do not have an English menu but they have a QR code to get to an English menu. The location is a bit out of the way from the heart of Main Street but it is definitely worth the trip.“

Sabor Latino Deli •
192 Old Country Rd, Riverhead

“American Deli Latino is fantastic! I go there at least once a week, and bring home the most delicious food. There are a few tables there and they have a market in the back. Their online menu only shows you a fraction of what's available and it doesn't represent (at all!) the array of spectacular home cooked dishes. Some of my favorites are the shrimp ceviche, beef or chicken soup (loaded with yucca, corn and delectable broth), tamales, roasted pork, stewed chicken, and yellow or white rice with black beans. It's also the quickest home cooking you're going to get - everything is ready to be packed and if it's there it's freshly made, no matter how late in the day you go. They're usually open until 9pm.Go there! See all the dishes for yourself and enjoy!“

“Cabana Latina is a charming restaurant in the heart of latina , offering authentic Alsatian cuisine. The cozy atmosphere and attentive service create a pleasant dining experience. The menu features classic Alsatian dishes that are prepared with care, showcasing the region's culinary traditions. While the prices can be a bit high, the restaurant is a wonderful choice for those seeking a taste of Alsatian flavors in a delightful setting.“

Three Diamonds Restaurant Latin American • $$

“Food was delicious! I had seafood soup which had varieties of seafood. My husband had pupusas revueltas which were good as well. We went around 8PM and is not a family atmosphere as there are many men drinking and loud music. Tables are scattered everywhere- in every angle. The tables behind me and aside of me were 8 inches away lol a little comfortable...But other than that, the food is delicious !!!!“

“The food is good, the prices are at the level of an average restaurant but the facade of the place is ugly, it looks like an abandoned place, be careful with that,Wheelchair accessibility: It doesn't have one, it's a very steep staircase“

Tropicana 15 Oz

“Such a consistently delicious authentic place to enjoy wonderful Ecuadorian food. It feels like one could be coming in for a lunch break at the hacienda as the place often has a line of patient workers who get to select a variety of generously served foods waiting attractively in steaming serving trays and served happily by devoted group of ladies. English is understood but the experience here is really one of Spanish immersion. The seating area consists of two simple tables with benches and a couple counters with stools inside, and a pleasant outdoor area with simple dining tables, under trees. My favorites include the large chicken breasts, the large tender bead steaks, rice and beans and plantains. Also many other genuine Ecuador specialties. Tasty hot sauces are available. This is not a fancy place. Five stars for friendliness and consistently delicious food at fair prices.“
