The staff member was also very friendly and knowledgeable about Rita’s, and informed us about how they made the custard fresh every day. Rita’s is our go-to place for custard, and we’re glad we went!“

“I wanted cheesecake bites and had called over the phone to tell them to include it since uber eats didn’t have it as an option, however the man told me they ran out. After we got off the phone I guess he went to the back just to to double check and realized he had a little extra left and went out of his way to scoop out whatever was left in the back to give to me. He even went out of his way to write a note on the bag. Whoever this was, just know we appreciated it so much! “I really love this place! I mean, we don’t come here often, but tasting on ice cream served here once again made me remember how well it’s appreciated and respected. For one, the flavors are excellent. My brother was shocked to have 2 enormous balls of ice cream on such a small cone, but when tasting the brownie ice cream left him with a reaction similar to the one in ratatouille where the midget chef eats ratatouille and grasps the table cloth. Unfortunately, I could not take a photo of his ice cream but I did for my pistachio. I would love to come here more often.“

(S'mores and Brownie Milkshake) There's so many flavor combos to choose from. The young lady who works there is always friendly and the place is spotless. She's a master at that milkshake machine. While their product can't compete with what you'd find in Rome, it is legitimately gelato and not ice cream masquerading as such - texture is dense and a little chewy, with very intense flavor. “I've always loved Carvel. This location everybody is pretty cool. Always great times when I go there. My only problem with Carvel is that they STILL DON'T HAVE rewards points. Everybody wants rewards points, COME ON ALREADY CARVEL!! WE WANT REWARDS!!“

There is usually a long line at this location but the employees are pretty fast so the wait is never more than 5-10 minutes. It would be nice if there were places to sit inside the establishment.“

I think better stand up freezer to reduce floor space and make seating available would really improve the image of the place and for people who want to come there. “I teach at the local high school and we recently had Ralph’s cater our Junior Prom. They only required a few days advanced notice and provided a great price. Drop off and pick up was excellent; I had forgotten to ask for spoons and they went and picked them up for me!

In prior years, we’d paid 4x as much for an ice cream truck, but the kids liked the Ralph’s way more. They are great for individual orders but are also great for catering; give them a try!“
