“Came in last week to try Haitian food for the first time. A coworker from Haiti recommended this restaurant specifically.I got the oxtail stew and it was amazing. Tender meat in a flavorful sauce. And it comes with a weeks worth of delicious rice and beans, Plantains and baked mac to boot.Stopped in today for the fried pork and it was the best food I've had in a long time. Love the spicy pikliz!The restaurant itself is small with a few tables but has an extremely warm welcoming feel. Staff are some of the friendliest people I've ever seen.“

“The food from this place is INCREDIBLE. I usually order the large oxtail platter and large j*** chicken platter. Both come in very full containers. The meat is flavorful and comes off bone easily! Rice and peas is delicious and also very flavorful. There is typically a line when I go during lunch time, but the food comes out in 10-15 minutes. Jr is very friendly and I definitely feel like I'm contributing to a family business. Reasonably priced for the quality of their meat and food.“

Rice & peas + the stewed cabbage were also cooked well and tasty. Large portion will easily feed two people for a reasonable price. The older gentleman was lovely and provided great customer service. “I first called to make sure that the restaurant was opened and a lovely young lady answered and I found her to be very knowledgeable about the food being served and various items on the menu and she kindly provided me with the address, upon arrival I was greeted by a women behind the counter however she was on the phone with a customer placing an order and she acknowledged me while on the phone I patiently waited and once she finished she apologized and kindly took my order, I just knew by the atmosphere and the awesome customer service, that the food was going to not disappoint, my order consisted of the Rasta Pasta DELICIOUS ??
