They really aren't interested in clearing the lobby as quickly as possible.I felt as though i was interrupting a mass coffee break. I received eye contact from more than one staff member, and as fast as they acknowledged me, i was ignored just as swift.They were one employee who was more than helpful and welcoming. I am disappointed in myself for the fact that i failed to get his name.He was carefully packing the bags for online orders, and he flagged a disconcerting cashier, and i was then able to place my order.He was a well-spoken tall African American gentleman who took pride in his position. I just say his attentiveness was impressive.Whatever this gentleman puts his mind to will have a positive impact on society. Thank you for making my lunch enjoyable!“

“Bike Cafe is a great spot for coffee and yummy snack. I’ve been there a few times and everything is delicious. One of our favorites is the prosciutto sandwich as well as the avocado toast. The affogato, the matcha latte and the chai latte are all great. The almond croissant and is also a yummy sweet treat. The service is great (we ♥️ Zoe) & the atmosphere is cute. Will definitely be back.“

We always enjoy dining here. The food is consistently delicious, and the staff is warm, attentive, and kind. The customer service is excellent, and the atmosphere is welcoming every time we visit. This has become one of our favorite spots, and we will definitely be returning.“

“Great service over all. Only con is that they clean everything but the seating area and the station with the straws and sugar packets. They are usually almost always filthy whenever I come to this location and in all my time I've been here the seating area is usually not full anyway. This place could also use a little more seating, there is only 1 table which is small and 4 chairs and the last one can't even fit under the table while the door is right next to it. Management should encourage workers to sweep up the bits of trash from the restaurant floor and clean up the tables when there aren't any customers to show a bit more cleanliness. Otherwise this Dunkin is cleaner than some others I've seen, even though I've seen cleaner, and I usually never have any issues with rude workers or mistakes with orders.

Dietary restrictions: There are dairy free options for drinks containing milk (Almond milk)

Parking: Parking is somewhat difficult considering this Dunkin Donuts is located at a plaza on Route 9A and they share a relatively small parking lot with the rest of the other stores at the plaza. You may have to park at the other plaza across the street which has a lot more parking.“

“Love this coffee shop/bakery in this converted old train ticket /waiting station. Their are still some announcements as trains pull in. Noticed some people working on their laptops. saw some families. Parking is a little tough and you have to pay metered parking via an app or coins. Once inside it is totally worth it. I highly recommend this place.“

“I had a coupon for a small amount of money at Dunkin’ Donuts, and I decided to go to this Dunkin’ Donuts franchise as I was driving to a specific nearby location. The service and the food were great. My food came out pretty quickly. This café was located next to a gas station, but the parking situation was not the easiest when this facility was very busy.“

This Dunkin was beautiful and obviously pretty new. It was the largest, cleanest, most well stocked Dunkin I’ve ever seen or been in. And, the staff was extremely friendly. Parking was plentiful and it looked like they had a great drive thru operation. Wish I had taken pictures. Too bad I only get up to that area twice a year. ☕️🍩☕️🍩☕️🍩“

“I’m glad there’s a Paris Baguette open up in Yorktown. It’s good to see more options. My only pet peeve is that I find there’s a difference between that store and the corporate store in Montvale. I wish that some of the items that you can have made at the corporate store were made at the Paris baguette store in Yorktown with the same quality. Otherwise, than that I look forward to them improving and growing in the area.“

“I've lived in Nanuet for seven years and only just now did I discover this place. The wife and I stopped in because she googled Bubble Tea and discovers this place has it. I came in d instantly knew.... its time to EAT! The Loco Moco meat is serious and I could lick the plate to sop up the last of the gravy. The pasta salad isn't that grocery store swill that tastes like a pile of mayo with pasta and celery.... no! This place serves its own comfort food pasta salad. #Legit! “The service here, especially at the drive thru in the morning is impeccable! Everyone is warm, welcoming, and highly efficient. Today I went inside since the drive thru line was so long and was so impressed by the smooth operation and rapid process they have where they all proactively divide their tasks to get the food and coffee out as quickly as possible. By the time I walked out, the long line was gone! Awesome work Dunkin team 😁“
