“Review by a half Colombian regarding authenticity… food was delicious, fresh and really big portion size. What I liked most is the picada in other Colombian places is usually all fried but here they grill the chicken and steak. The kids fries with mini hotdogs was also huge for a kid size and great priced, couldent recommend this place enough to all of you. I will def be back for more.“

These are not your average empanadas. I ordered the classic beef, and when they handed me the bag I could already hear the faint sizzle through the paper. One bite and I legitimately stopped in the middle of the parking lot — the dough is perfection. Golden, flaky on the outside, soft and slightly chewy within, with that ideal crisp edge that shatters just right. The filling? Juicy, perfectly seasoned ground beef with a depth of flavor that makes you wonder how something so simple can taste this good. “My brother moved by this spot like a month ago and I know this place OH SO WELL. ? I’m in Freeport and I haven’t found empanadas as good as Mamma Gina’s. When I tell you the food just hits every time, they’re honestly so consistently great.
Parking: It’s a small lot, so just take it slow turning into it.“

I gave it 5 stars because everything seemed good to me, although they charged me 3 fritters and only gave me 2 😅🤣🤣🤣

“My opinion of this place is very good. I was there for their 'Pan de Bono' which is absolutely amazing and they served them to me fresh out of the oven. Do not leave without trying them. It's a cheese bread bun. While we were there we picked up a variety of things and had her put it in the box. They had such a good looking variety of different pastries that we had to just try a bunch. I also heard they have great dinners there for a bakery. So now we have a new favorite South American spot.“

“When I first walked in I was not so sure of the place but then they brought out our dishes and changed my mind. Catherine was our waittress and she was very sweet and helpful. The food was really good, for reference I had the grilled chicken, with white rice, plaintain, and fries. The sangria was nice and sweet. Come and check it out. First time here and they won a repeat customer.“
