“Loved our experience, can’t wait to go back! Wait and bar staff were so friendly and fun, bartender walked over to our table to offer drinks and mixed up a cocktail for us upon request. The food was all excellent - we had the Vincenzo (chicken cutlet fried to perfection), penne vodka, and the eggplant panini. Server gave us parting gifts of drink tokens and a little free dessert. You don’t get service like this most places these days. A delight!“

“Let me tell you about my recent trip to Jersey Mike’s and the gem of an employee named Kyle. First off, Kyle was rocking a bright blue polo that looked like it could single-handedly power a small town with its sheer energy.

As soon as I walked in, there was Kyle, bouncing around like he had just chugged five energy drinks. He greeted me with the enthusiasm of a golden retriever seeing its owner after a long day. “Welcome to Jersey Mike’s! Are you ready for a sandwich experience that’ll change your life?” I mean, who knew ordering a sub could feel like signing up for a new adventure?

Kyle launched into a passionate monologue about the “art of the sub.” “Our bread is baked fresh daily, and let me tell you, it’s like a hug for your taste buds!” He waved around a sandwich knife like it was a magic wand. I half-expected him to pull a rabbit out of the bread oven.

After several minutes of Kyle’s sandwich philosophy, I finally managed to order an Italian sub. But before I could finish, Kyle interrupted with, “Do you want it Mike’s Way?” I said yes, thinking it was some secret menu code. But really, it just means they load your sandwich with so many toppings it looks like a salad on a roll! Kyle acted like I just won the lottery.

While he crafted my masterpiece, Kyle got into a debate with a coworker about which cheese is the ultimate champion. “Provolone is the reliable best friend; Swiss is the wild card!” he exclaimed, arms flailing. Honestly, it was like watching a soap opera about cheese.

Finally, after what felt like a Broadway production, Kyle presented my sub with the flair of a game show host. “And here it is! The Italian sub, Mike’s Way! May it bring you joy, satisfaction, and possibly a small parade!”

I took a bite, and let me tell you, it was fantastic. But the real highlight was Kyle. I walked out feeling like I had just been through a motivational seminar disguised as a sandwich shop.

So if you find yourself at Jersey Mike’s, look for the guy in the blue polo who acts like he just discovered the meaning of life in a sub. You won’t just get a sandwich; you’ll get a full-on experience. Kyle deserves an award, or at the very least, a sitcom!“

“A family member suggested I use DiBella's to cater a casual Celebration of Life. Heather was so easy to communicate with and was extremely helpful figuring out what to order and how much. The food was delivered right on time, ready to serve and all was absolutely delicious!

“Outstanding customer service at this location. Mgrs Chad and Tom helped meet my needs in an emergency when friends were displaced by fire and sent to a nearby hotel. They did everything needed to accommodate on short notice and help me get a meal of subs to the displaced family of 6. Chad even included a personal note wishing them well in getting through this difficult time. We were all super impressed and the family in need felt cared for. They thought the subs were delicious as well. Thank you!!!“

“Again, this place was recommended by a friend from the area. When I walked in with a couple at the same time, they ordered with the cashier and I ordered at the kiosk. The kiosk was easy to manage. The staff wasn't friendly at all. No smiles or thank you. I also noticed some tables were dirty and an associate was in a booth watching something on her phone. I don't think she was on break because everything she had no customers she would do that.“

“Anissa is a phenomenal general manager here at Jersey Mike's!! She works ? very hard & make sure that myself & other customers are happy ? with ordering the cold or hot subs we ordered. The store is clean & the atmosphere ?? is very good. Kenny is also a hard worker & always greets customers with a smile ?. Anissa has a great group of employees who work hard to make sure online orders are ready, customers that come in the store to dine in or out are happy, & they keep the bathrooms clean!! My favorite is the salad ? ? bowls.“

“These are by far the best subs in Rochester, definitely worth paying a couple dollars more for! The service staff is always so friendly, you walk out blessed just from short conversations with them. “Great subs and other food. Consistently good. It is very difficult to figure out and navigate the online menu; each time they attempt to improve it, it gets worse. It used to be easy when they pictured each topping that you could click and pick. Recommended. We would order more often if online ordering/sub building were easier and more logical.

“Had a plate here last night. 2nd one I’ve had from them and they are amazing. Very well done. My first and all time favorite was Marks, right across the street, but I feel they have slipped over the last few years as have other big names in the area. “A huge shout out to DiBella's for helping me at the last minute for our dept picnic. Unfortunately our scheduled food truck broke down so I called DiBella's and Nick the owner quickly said no problem, we can do it. The subs were amazing and everyone enjoyed them. Again thanks to them we had delicious food at our picnic. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for our next event.“

“I stopped in to Primo Hoagies on Mt Hope this afternoon and was completely blown away by how delicious my Philly Cheesesteak was. Grilled onions and Cooper cheese, this is the way. I chatted with Pete and Team who were extremely friendly and helpful, and found out their bread is flown in par-baked by Liscio's Italian Bakery in Philadelphia, and baked off fresh every morning onsite at Primo. This bread is legit. I can't wait to stop in and try a different Hoagie. Those who are complaining about price should try Subway, Primo is on another level and you get what you pay for. Keep up the great work, and I'll see ya soon!“

“Join the BreadClub for occasional discounts and offers.These subs are very similar to Wegmans subs (DiBellas actually shared their process with Wegmans I believe). The bread is among the better for sub shops (not too hard on the outside, but not completely soft either). The ingredients (meats and toppings) are very good quality. It is a little more pricey, but it is worth it.“

“Even though the store was getting ready to close, they still made sure my kids were able to get subs. The fact that they recognized my kids from previous visits gives them 5 stars because most employees at other stores don't even bother to look up at you. It's healthier that fast food restaurants and because the staff here is so nice it makes it 10 times easier to convince my kids to choose a healthy option.“

“We got coupons in the mail & started to go here. The lady that made our subs 12/2022 was very friendly & outgoing. The subs were excellent. We used to go to Wegmans for subs, but their prices got too high. With the coupons at Subway, it’s a better deal for us.“

“I ordered three subs from DiBellas on East Ridge Road after work Saturday the 20th of Nov. around 3:30pm. I wish I would have gotten the young lady's name who made my sub's I would have let her no. Great Job Young Lady, thats what keep customers coming back.. she was very nice, thank you for being so understanding I was tired and all the staff who help including cashier was great, I ordered the meatball,, turkey, and steak, subs, they were delicious and service was great ?? quick and the atmosphere was very nice I will be returning.
