They did everything needed to accommodate on short notice and help me get a meal of subs to the displaced family of 6. “Again, this place was recommended by a friend from the area. When I walked in with a couple at the same time, they ordered with the cashier and I ordered at the kiosk. The kiosk was easy to manage. The staff wasn't friendly at all. No smiles or thank you. I also noticed some tables were dirty and an associate was in a booth watching something on her phone. I don't think she was on break because everything she had no customers she would do that.“

“We went on 8/14/25. I tried the Abruzzi. Roasted pork, sharp provolone, broccoli rabe. But I had them throw on the roasted red peppers, which normally come on the Nellie. This is usually served as a cold sub but I asked them if they would toast the entire thing. I couldn't wait to get home. When I unwrapped that bad boy, the 1st thing I noticed when I bit into it, was the warm, toasty crunch of that bread. Then I got the porky goodness of the meat. Followed by the ever so slightly garlicky flavor of the broccoli rabe. And then the sweetness of those roasted peppers. I read some negative reviews right before we came here. Almost didn't come here because of them. All I can say guys, is I am so glad we decided to try Primo Hoagies for ourselves. Oh yeah, my partner got the Italian Diablo. He loved it, as well. I couldn't decide when I first walked in. I figured I'd get something different next time I come. But I am pretty much in love with that Abruzzi!! 💟“

“I ordered three subs from DiBellas on East Ridge Road after work Saturday the 20th of Nov. around 3:30pm. I wish I would have gotten the young lady's name who made my sub's I would have let her no. Great Job Young Lady, thats what keep customers coming back.. she was very nice, thank you for being so understanding I was tired and all the staff who help including cashier was great, I ordered the meatball,, turkey, and steak, subs, they were delicious and service was great ?? quick and the atmosphere was very nice I will be returning. If your looking for a great spot for a small meeting, family oriented, or a quick take out service. this is it.Thank you DeBella's ❤️

“We are a tried and true family of Dibella's fans. The food was great as usual. As walk it's our only complaint was that the staff was working super hard on incoming mobile orders, but not on those of us waiting in line. I'm sure that's a company policy. Absolutely no shade thrown at the employees there that day. The orders were printing as fast as they were being collected. This is a shout out to management. Might need a dedicated lesson for walk in orders.“

“Even though the store was getting ready to close, they still made sure my kids were able to get subs. The fact that they recognized my kids from previous visits gives them 5 stars because most employees at other stores don't even bother to look up at you. It's healthier that fast food restaurants and because the staff here is so nice it makes it 10 times easier to convince my kids to choose a healthy option.“
