“Firehouse seriously have the best subs. The veggie sub and the tuna sub are my absolute favorite. The chili is spot on and I refuse to believe someone’s grandmother isn’t in their kitchen making it. “Today was my first time visiting the new Jersey Mike’s establishment on Monroe Ave in Rochester NY. At the time we had arrived,there were only three employees behind the counter with a full line and lots of online orders coming in…however, the staff handled every customer with EXCEPTIONAL service as quickly as possible—while working together with such patience! and not to mention…the food was amazingly fresh, and delicious. “Outstanding customer service at this location. Mgrs Chad and Tom helped meet my needs in an emergency when friends were displaced by fire and sent to a nearby hotel. They did everything needed to accommodate on short notice and help me get a meal of subs to the displaced family of 6. Chad even included a personal note wishing them well in getting through this difficult time. We were all super impressed and the family in need felt cared for. “Ok so if I could eat at this restaurant every day I would ! I have lunches catered though them a few times a month & let me tell you the raving that goes on at the office every time they cater! I have used this restaurant before and during Covid and now and their quality never dropped! They are always on time if not early their food is delicious!! The owner is so kind and caring. I love this place its my go to not only for work but also home. I had them cater my daughter’s birthday party, my friends shower and work events !! “Excellent hidden gem within the Eastman museum complex. We didn't plan to have lunch while we visited the museum but after reading the eclectic menu for this restaurant we couldn't resist trying it and we weren't disappointed. Had a chicken sandwich that was a daily special along with their house chips and a pickled egg. All of the food was outstanding and full of flavor. Also had a stuffed cookie which was delicious. Highly recommend this hidden gem.“

“Of all the options for lunch in Rochester, NY (and there are hundreds), this is CLEARLY my go-to location in Gates. The store is bright and clean, including the tables, chairs, and restrooms. The rolls, cold cuts, dressings, lettuce, etc, are always fresh and delectable looking! And I love being a club member, where I accrue points for application in the future each time I visit. Nate does a good job, and the girls are ALWAYS sweet, friendly, and accommodating. They make it seem like they enjoy their work and meeting the customers, and that is no easy task! My favorite of them all however is Kayla, Jersey Mike's Director of Operations..I think I'm in love with her. If only I were 30 years younger!“

“I am embarrassed to say that I have never been in pita pit and they have been here in Rochester forever. I was pleasantly surprised to see such a nice CLEAN store! (Henrietta location) Everything shines in there! We recently ate inside at Chipotle nearby and NEVER AGAIN it was filthy. The food here is fresh and delicious and the service was speedy and friendly. “Again, this place was recommended by a friend from the area. When I walked in with a couple at the same time, they ordered with the cashier and I ordered at the kiosk. The kiosk was easy to manage. The staff wasn't friendly at all. No smiles or thank you. I also noticed some tables were dirty and an associate was in a booth watching something on her phone. I don't think she was on break because everything she had no customers she would do that.“

“There was only one worker that we could see in the restaurant. He did a great job job but was doing it also service was slow. Although the matter was an enjoyable experienceWheelchair accessibility: It was completely wheelchair accessible including the bathrooms. They had a barrier so that someone in a wheelchair could not have gotten up to the corner area to see what was being served. I don't know if they think they're helping out the covid situation.“

“Late night nirvana. The chicken finger sub was great. Thin chicken fingers bathed in buffalo sauce and stacked high on an amazing roll. Exactly what you want, exactly when you need it. “This was my first ever visit to Jersey Mike's. The restaurant was extremely clean. The choices of subs were impressive ?....many hot and cold varieties of subs. I got the turkey club with a rosemary parmesan roll ..mmmmm. The sandwich tech sliced all meat and cheese fresh for each sub (you can't get any fresher than that!) He was extremely upbeat, kind, efficient, and entertaining...very into his job. The "gigantic sub" was about 15-16 inches long!! Holy cow! However, the price was that of a large anywhere else. My sub was brimming full of deliciousness and fresh ingredients. They even have chopped cherry peppers ( which I tried for the 1st time and also loved) One of my favorite subs and sub restaurants ever now. You need to go to Ridge Road Jersey Mike's (just off St. Paul) in Rochester. Absolutely thee best!PS..they also have to "gigantic subs" for only $25 on game days! What?!!! “I came in for the first time for lunch with my family. I was surprised by how spacious the inside was. I ordered an Italian assorted 5" sub which is, Genoa salami and capicola. I added pickles, tomatoes, onions, black olives, and mayo. I also got a cup of baked potato soup, which came with a side of garlic bread. The service here was super fast which we appreciated during a busy lunch hour. I was surprised by how delicious these subs were! They held up well to Wegman's subs, which are my favorite. I also really liked the soup. It had a milder cheese flavor than other baked potato soups I have had, which I actually enjoyed. Overall, we had a wonderful lunch, and we plan to come back again soon!“

“After driving by this place for years we finally decided to try it out and WOW we've been missing out!! Ordering was easy via the slice app and our food was ready within 15 mins! The woman working there was super sweet and friendly and even took the time to label our subs. The bread was amazing and there was a perfect amount of meat. Very tasty! We will be back!!“
