“A friend of mine and I had a lovely experience at Laffa Bar and Grill. The outside tent was spacious, the food is plentiful and delicious! I also like the changes they made indoors. It has a very nice ambiance. The Owners are warm and welcoming as well as each of the staff. Service with a smile..how refreshing! The Owners told us they deliver to our town in West Hempstead and cater! Looking forward to going back soon! Keep up the good work everyone!“

“Honestly a great place to spend time in and hangout with friends while enjoying the items that Sobol has. And if you don’t want to handout then takeout is a great option also. With it being affordable and delicious it makes it an easy pick for when I want to go and have one of their bowls or smoothies. Would recommend to others“

“Capri is absolutely fantastic! The food is amazing, the service is warm and attentive, and everything came out so quickly.

We started with the fish tacos, mozzarella sticks, and tuna tartare—each one was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. For the main, we had the rigatoni pasta, cooked perfectly and full of rich flavor. I also got the strawberry iced tea, which was refreshing, delicious, and a true 10/10!

Overall, Capri is a true gem. Delicious food, awesome service, and such a pleasant dining experience. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!“

pizza is 6.2 solid and crunchy (upon request). However, it has a very strong metallic smell from the cheese. Perhaps it’s old or of lower quality. I’ve had pizza in many countries outside the US, and they use real cheese without any artificial preservatives or ingredients.“

Ever. Burgers are out of this world as well as the home made fries. Treat yourself it’s the best. I requested the genuine apple strudel for dessert( not canned apples or some oily dough ) , hope that comes to fruition.“

Their off-the-menu iced teas are delicious, as their paninis, salads, sandwiches, baked goods, et al. “I was in a super rush to get to the airport this morning and I had a family of eight to feed before I get there I called Moshe at the Giant bagel store and gave him the order over the phone and 10 Minutes later the food was waiting for me all packed in bags and boxes Moshe and his wonderful staff even his wife came to the rescue I can’t thank them enough. I have ordered and eaten at the restaurant dozens of times, taken out probably twice as much (and eaten 5x as many times at other places that ordered from Carlos and Gabbys) and ordered innumerable times to be delivered through Uber Eats. Amazing menu options, tasty food and I am getting hungry just writing this review.“

Shabbat Flyer says "Delivery Orders by 12:30pm" Called 12:24 and would not deliver since driver already left! If orders should be made by this time, taking in consideration the time to make the food, the delivery driver should not be leaving till at least 12:45!“

“One of the best places to get a bite to eat and get a coffee! They have açaí bowls, Korean corn dogs, and more! Such an amazing place and did I mention it’s KOSHER!!!!“

“Chosen island is a fixture. Well so many of the kosher eateries have come and gone over the years, chosen island has been here for the long haul, and hopefully is here to stay. It has a lovely classy ambience. The food is always fresh and delicious. The wait staff is attentive. I highly recommend the Steak Kew and get it done rare/medium rare. But really you can't go wrong with anything. Consistently good food. I've never had a bad experience there. Also, the prices are reasonable. Main courses start in the 25 to 30 range.“

The gentleman who works at the counter (& has been there since I first discovered this restaurant) is so friendly & efficient. I usually order seasoned fries & a turkey burger with toppings and sauces chosen from the toppings bar.“
