“Some of the best tacos I've had in the US, especially de birria and al pastor tacos. Intense flavor, perfect sear, and juicy. Filling as well. The paletas were also great. Unfortunately the flor de calabaza quesadillas, the day's special, paled in comparison. They were pretty bland.
It's mostly a takeout joint with a few shared tables. The staff was friendly, and the place looks nice and inviting, but the Mexican mariachi music was too nagging for me.“

“Really great local spot serving a traditional fare of Mexican dishes. Currently on a plant-based diet, I found their vegetarian selection to be good and tasty. The veggie quesadilla is amazing! The green sauce on the enchilada is a little on the sour side, but all around not bad. Not many seating options but that's not necessarily a bad thing. You go in, look at the menu, order, and sit and wait for your order to come out.

“We always have a great time when we come here and it’s pretty much our go-to on a date night. The food is good a reasonably priced. The atmosphere is cute and fun. The margaritas are great and the service is always quick. The guacamole is always fresh and delicious. My kids love the quesadillas and taquito bites.“

“we had dinner at the bar tonight. The atmosphere and food was outstanding. The guacamole is fresh made and plentiful and the enchiladas with mole was delicious. Pepe at the bar was a delight to talk to and he makes a great margarita. Will be back soon!!“

“Shout out to Bubbakoos in New Paltz NY. I forget to hit submit on my online order so when I went in to pick up there was no order for me. When I saw my mistake they made my order right away. “The food was surprisingly good. Went for a late lunch/early dinner. I got the Mexican tacos, soft shell corn tortillas with grilled chicken. It was really delicious, not greasy, very clean. My husband got the birria tacos and really enjoyed them. We also got guacamole. We wanted margaritas but they don't have a liquor license yet. No problem, just know ahead of time.“

“The food was soooo good and authentic ! I had the milanesa torta and my husband had the barbacoa taco and consomé which was just what he needed missing Oaxaca ! Prices are great ! We got complementary chips with salsa and guacamole. The fresh waters are also super tasty and their ice cream is amazing!“

“We were on vacation in Poughkeepsie and ate here one night. We loved it so much we came back the next night! They make their own “agua fresca” (fresh fruit-flavored water in many different flavors.) I had Enchiladas Suizas which were fantastic (they had a kick to them too) and my husband had Carnitas Tacos which came with two different types of sauces. He said they were really good. And you can’t beat their prices, they are so reasonable. Is it any wonder we came back two nights in a row?“
