“went on a Friday night, sat on the patio around 630 pm. . And we had the patio to ourselves Had wonderful service from both the owner Dave and our waitress Bree . We tried the blt dip and spinach artichoke dip , fish fry , and shaved steak pizza . Food was delicious that night and even reheated the next day was amazing !!!!!!!! Love Love Love the unique way the French fries are cut and cooked !!!!! we did a tasting and left with a LOT of wine and cider!!!! There are some renovations happening there (not in the restaurant part ) so go check it out !!“

“I love Carbones. Their pies and wings have never been bad. Plenty of toppings, wings a good size and cooked prfectly. This time I decided to take advantage of their sheet pizza and wings deal. I ordered over the phone, the lady was very nice and had to unfortunately tell me that deal is only honored with a physical copy... it's 2025... the owners need to do away with that. That being said... their sheet pizza is not good. At all. Their dough is super thick, bready and feels store bought. The toppings didnt reach all the way to the crusts on any side so the outside pieces had very little to no toppings. The wings, I split half mild, half garlic parm. I basically just got 50 dry, plain wings. Was very disappointed in the party size preparation and will most certainly not be ordering wings in large quantities or anything bigger than a large pie.“

“I ordered the Buffalo Bills pizza for the playoff game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. First off, they contacted me when the game was rescheduled and offered accommodations so that I could get the pizza and bake it myself as they weren’t open on Monday when the game would be played. THEN called back again to let me know they were going to open on Monday after all and scheduled a time for me to pick up my pizza. Awesome customer service and only outdone by the delicious pizza!! “I had a review show up on my page a while ago. I followed up by following their page on FB. Today I couldn't put it off any longer "A LARGE CHEESE PIZZA FOR $12.00" are you kidding me. typically I like to add some toppings when ordering a pizza but I wanted to see what the bare bones have to say and by the way when they say large they mean it. It reminded me of the way it used to be instead of the large size other shops typically offer today which don't come close. I went to pick it up and when I entered the shop it immediately presented a very nice "Vibe". There were several pizzas ready with a variety of toppings for purchase by the slice. The room smelled amazing. The environment is welcoming and clean. I spoke with the woman at the counter who may have been the owner and I meant to ask but was engaged with other questions since it was my first visit. The pizza was cooked perfectly and was so flavorful I truly did not miss having other toppings added, although I am anxious to try them with my next order. As a result, I ate more than I should have and had to force myself to stop. Still we all know how nice it is to have some leftover for later. If you have not tried them yet, don't hesitate. I also notice so many other great items on their menu. Oh well so much for my weight goals.“

“I need to make you aware of a wonderful diamond in the rough on Rochester’s west side. My wife and I visited this quaint Lower Manhattan style eatery with my brother-in-law and his wife. This unassuming place from the outside pleasantly surprises once you enter with its quaint bar area, blacked out ceiling and twin open kitchen stations. First litmus test is the quality of bread with a full complement of spices to prep your own dipping oil. Check! Special of the day, Seared Halibut on a bed of risotto, didn’t disappoint, nor did my samples of homemade Rigatoni à la Bolognese (just like Mom’s Sunday sauce) or the Chicken Milanese! Completed the meal with an ample slice of homemade Ricotta Cheesecake with Berry Compote. The owner checked in with us several times. The table service was perfect. The glass enclosed wine cellar in the middle of the dining area completed an impressive ambience and dining experience. Run don’t walk to this most pleasant gastro treat!“

The Salted Caramel Truffle was delicious and the kids portion size was humongous! I am ow experiencing a food coma.

My partner had the Chocolate Chip in Cake Cone and he loved it.

“I grew up in Greece. Worked for a pontillos that was near the mall. I have bought pizza from this place here in spencerport since 2006. Tonight a mishap happened. As a business owner myself I understand mistakes happen. We are human after all. They corrected the issue extremely fast I was very happy about that. Wasn't expecting anything else but it was a nice gesture for sure. Pontillos does a great job and will clearly continue seeing my order. Thank you for the stellar service at all points even during mishaps. Happy new year and if I could give 10 stars I would. Great service, great people, great reputation, great follow through.“
