“Classy, refined, exclusive and delicious. I almost don't want to let the cat out of the bag, but I also cant in good faith gatekeep such a great steakhouse. You can tell, a ton of care and attention went into developing a relaxing, enjoyable speakeasy environment. The steaks, sides and drinks were all excellent. They didn't miss a thing at this place. The host even chased us out the front door to thank us and invite us back when he missed us walking out. Wow. If you're in town, reserve a table. Just be careful who you tell!“

Paces is the way to go, first they got the best bartender in town glean and the manager Patrick the manager one of the best persons I’ve meet in a restarunt as well, both treated me with respect and like family !! “The food was delicious! The staff was all friendly and welcoming. I felt at home here. I'll definitely come back for my next big event. I got the rack of lamb, and the creamed spinach. They were both delicious and cooked perfectly. My fiancè got the cowgirl ribeye and the duck fat fries. I tried both his steak and fries and they were also delicious. Absolutely no complaints here. If yoh're thinking of going, stop thinking! Just go :)“
“Just picked up my burger at 8:30 PM waited about a minute For it to be brought Out curbside.. Just a basic burger, medium with fries. And let me tell you it was absolutely perfect!! Definitely cooked with love! Never a letdown for the last minute or go to!“
“Had never been here but an opportunity came up as we wanted to celebrate my pop's birthday. He loves a good steak and I had heard that this place was outstanding. The reports don't dissappoint. The service was excellent and the steaks were amazing. I loved that it was not too loud and clubby- very elegant but not fussy. Seared perfectly and cooked exactly to order. One person did not want steak and got the Chicken Parm- what a pleasant surprise he said it was one of the best he had ever had- Who would have thought that possible at a Steak House. The sides were ample and excellent for sharing- we got the mushrooms and onions and the brussel sprouts. The waiter was so thoughtful and brought out a dessert with a candle for my pop to celebreate his special day. That was super nice. I think this is my new favorite Steak House on Long Island...“

“Have been in the past, but recently visited for Valentine's Day. The appetizers were tasty and well sauced/dressed (clams oreganata and Caesar salad), and the entrées were excellent as well, both the short ribs and free-range chicken. Plenty of great speciality drinks as well as wine and beer selection. The ambiance is what I'd describe as formal comfortable with plenty of seating for a large amount of guests. Our only gripe was a 3% supplemental (credit card fee), especially since over 75% of restaurant diners pay with credit cards, and I haven't seen one of these in a while, though small enough to be rather insignificant. “Been coming to J & Rs for a while with my family and they got a whole lot of seatings for large parties. The food is up to par and the servers are pretty friendly and hard working. Really like this place for some drinks and decent steak. And of course their baked potatoes with a bit of butter is a delight. Check this place out when you get the chance“
“Dinner was great I had the combo dinner which was the filet mignon & shrimp scampi. Very good and both were cooked perfectly. Service was great, dinner was great. Expect for one "small" problem, no pun intended. I asked for two tiramisu's to go and when I got home, I was surprised by the tiny lil pieces of dessert there was. I just spent $123.00 + a $22.00 tip, so $145.00 and the tiramisu was $8 a piece for something smaller than an credit card. Wow, SMH. Very disappointing. I called the restaurant and the hostess offered me another piece over the phone lol. I wasn't about to drive, use gas to go a 1/2hr, to get another small pc of cake. Note to hostess: just serve a sufficient size of dessert to your guests if you're going to charge $8.“
“I had my daughter-in-law’s baby shower at Lombardi’s on the Bay. Not only was she coming from Colorado but we had a few out of town guests as well. I don’t think anyone left w/o complimenting the amazing atmosphere Including the beautiful, bright room and Peaceful water-view, the delicious food and the impeccable service. Will, the madre de did everything to make sure I was satisfied and comfortable. The staff did not disappoint! Chris & Louis went above and beyond to be sure nobody waited too long for anything. I’ve visited this restaurant before but now I will be sure to recommend it to anyone who wants an impressive, successful event. “Went here recently with my wife to celebrate our 20th anniversary. The host sat us right next to the door and told us that there was no other table. Luckily, our Server Nick came to the rescue and seated us in the middle of room, knowing that we were there for a very special occasion. Nick treated us well, but the other "meat carvers" didn't really care about serving. If it wasn't for Nick, I would've given the service a 2 stars. The meats were em excellent. And the salad bar had great choices.“
“I had a birthday party for my son for the first time two years ago, the food was excellent. I was really happy with the service. They continually stop by to make sure everything was OK, they sung happy birthday to my son and I have been back many times since.“
