“Bright and early in the morning Nyla was a ray of sunshine on this gloomy day. She took her time explaining the menu options. Walked us thru the process. Put so much love into our donuts and treated us like long time friends. Felt like hanging out in your best friend’s kitchen instead of picking up donuts at a shop. I will definitely be back!!“

“I found out about this place when going for Banh mi in the same food court. I tried their UBE tres leches ans holy holy was it delicious. How has this place not gone viral yet?? Suckered away in the back of the food court but all is delicious. The owner which was this very nice lady was so sweet and friendly. Absolutely loved all the different desserts they had to offer.“

“Their food is okay, but a few hours before close they had already run out of options. Would have been better if they had all the flavors they typically offer and you can tell that some of the ones they had left had been sitting there for a while. When they come out fresh, they taste great and the flavors they have like Oreo, Uber, Cappuccino, Strawberry, and Matcha are typically good.“

“These donuts are so tasty ! They are flavorful and light and fluffy. Can’t wait to try more. I tried the strawberry flavored one and it tastes just like a strawberry shortcake ice cream!!! I also tried the Oreo flavor and that was delicious as well. Pictured donuts that I did not try, but heard was delicious.“

“I haven’t tried this location yet but I personally got to try the one in Upper East Side and it heartbreaks me that people are downing the donuts, they are sweet to perfection but some people are rather used to diabetic sugary stuff like other places that add TONS of sugar and make sweets unejoyable, ima be honest I hate having snacks or sweet treats but this company’s donuts is the only exception other then that I like to keep my diet completely healthy. A 5 star place that the price suits the product“

“Wow, I was surprised but it was pleasant inside Dunkin. Considering that it is located in Brownsville and believe it or not, Brownsville Brooklyn is coming up. Well Mother Gaston still is not my recommendation for anyone who wants to just go hangout or go for a stroll, there are still many drug dealers there. I live in the neighborhood so I feel I can go anywhere. All in all it felt as if I was somewhere else.“

“The service was very slow. One employee taking care of a customer that was very slow to decide what type of coffee... This wasn't the customers problem. Meanwhile the line is getting very long and they're only keeping one register open.Definitely don't go to this place if you see the line is longer than two people because for some reason they don't know how to operate two registers at the same time“

“I've only been here a couple of times, but both times, the men behind the counter were quite friendly and I didn't feel rushed when choosing my dozen donuts. The prices are very good and the donuts themselves are even better (if you are used to franchise donuts you're in for a treat). I often go by there when shopping across the street and there are usually since locals there, eating, reading the paper, and chilling.“

One small objection: covid crisis ended 2+ years ago-PLEASE stop wrapping the hamantashen and cheese danish in plastic!!! “So the other day I wound up on the wrong A train. I planned on getting off at the Conuit station and cross over to the other side to correct my mistake. As I was walking to go towards the steps, I noticed that there was a new gas station or new to me and it had a Tim Hortons and Pizza Hut. So I decided to go check it out and grab me some Pizza Hut and just call an Uber instead. Which worked out just lovely for me. This location seems to be fairly new and very clean for the most part, the place is very spacious clean and has a variety of things to choose from. I was very impressed with a Service, and that made my selection from the Pizza Hut section. The snacks section was endless as well. I chose a personal pepperoni and a plain as they were two for $8.I also noticed that they make sandwiches as well. Next time I will check out their big shop to see what they offer. This time I was unable to do so because my Uber showed up quicker than I expected.“

“I think Dunkin Donuts is one of the Cleanest fast food restaurant. Out there. Great job better trained people who make you happy with a smile.“

“It's a takeout place, but it's your typical Dunkin donuts, they have all the usuals. They are attached to Key Food Supermarket and inside a strip mall so there is always plenty of parking. The lines are usually 3-5 people deep but they work pretty quick. The wait times are not too bad. I would recommend this as your morning stop if you're into Dunkin or you can grab something on your way out after shopping.

“Coffee is always served fresh and the food is cooked the way I wanted to be cook. The only problem on this store is the homeless people outside who would curse you if you don’t give them tips. The management should do something about this because it is a problem for customers. Overall, service and food was great and served quickly.“
