“I’ve been coming to Golden Jade for a while now and the food is always solid. Definitely one of the better spots for takeout in the area. The Dragon and Phoenix is a standout with great flavor, perfectly cooked shrimp, and the General Tso’s chicken has the right amount of kick. Their Beef and Broccoli is also really good with tender beef, fresh broccoli, and not overly sauced like some places.

Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the food is consistently fresh and hot. It’s not really a place I’d go to for the atmosphere since it’s pretty plain inside and more of a grab and go kind of vibe. But if you’re looking for good Chinese food without the frills this place delivers.

“I'm working in the area and only have thirty minutes for lunch. This place is right up the road and has phenomenal Chinese food. I've ordered from here 3 or 4 times fornlunch and haven't been disappointed. The Gen. Tsos chicken is amazing and crispy and fresh and the rice is cooked perfectly. “Feng was amazingly helpful. Less than 24 hours before a bridal shower, the restaurant we had contracted with reneged, leaving us high and dry.

I called Oriental Kitchen and Feng came to our rescue. In a few hours he and his chefs had created and executed a carry out caterering menu!

The guests remarked on how flavorful, fresh and well balanced the food was. It reminded them of good old fashioned Chinese food, not like what's become commonplace. The homemade dumplings were a huge hit!

“Food is of excellent quality. Always fresh, never overly greasy like a lot of other places and very flavorful. Many unique menu options. The restaurant is extremely clean. Most importantly the owners are wonderful people with the wife being such a sincere and sweet woman. We have frequented them for years now after discovering them and will never go anywhere else. I read about the hardworking couple from the reviews. Very true.

The lady at the counter was very friendly and when I asked for seafood dishes next time, she suggested Shrimp with Broccoli.

I got the Scallops and Shrimp over Garlic Sauce and it was quite delicious!

“Quintessential pick up Chinese food. I've been coming here for years and everything is great. Any noodle dish is good and your classics are great. Chicken and broccoli, chicken lo mein, crab rangoon etc.  The staff is incredibly friendly and always smiling. The food comes out quick and hot. If you spend over a certain amount they throw in a bag of something small on the house. Typically pork wontons or donuts.“

“The best chinese food in Dutchess County. Always fresh always served and great quality of food. I've seen them closing this restaurant and they steam clean the entire restaurant.They break everything down at night and steam clean everything. It is the cleanest and best place to eat Chinese Food in duchess county. They have Dine In service too.
