“Normally good service However every day is different. One day they allow oat milk in the frozen coffee but today gave my husband the run around saying they couldn’t because of nut allergies. Last I checked oats weren’t nuts. He had no issue yesterday getting this but today the manager insisted they couldn’t. I get this at other locations all the time without issue. Instead they put cream in it. What about those who are lactose intolerant? Makes no sense. I suggest more thorough training so all staff is on the same page. The app has oat milk as a choice for frozen coffee but not almond milk which makes sense because almonds are nuts. Please train your staff at the Hudson location so there’s more consistency.“

It's such a cozy place to take a nice break, grab an iced coffee, pineapple coconut energy drink, or some ice tea. The staff are super friendly and the drinks are really tasty. They also open an hour earlier than the other coffee shops in the village, which is a huge plus. HIGHLY recommend.“

“I went this past Saturday for my first time. Spacious place. Great iced coffee I got the special bee latte, chocolate chip coconut scone and a breakfast burrito with chorizo. But the breakfast burrito taking over 30 minutes I don’t think I would order food again unless placing in advance the place wasn’t so busy there was no one in line before me when I got there and 2 orders after me the one guy ordering after me got his food before me. I tried to be patient but after 25 minutes of waiting I finally asked the worker if maybe he forgot to send my burrito back he said no i said okay do you know how much longer it may be ? He said 5/10 minutes i was shocked. I kept waiting and considered trying to ask for a refund because that was a long wait in my opinion finally I got the burrito maybe after 35/40 minutes of waiting!! But yes it was delicious I just don’t think I could wait that long again for food.“

THE SALT ROLLS ARE TO DIE FOR.

Whenever I drive back from Colorado (we’re talking a 24hr drive) this is one of the places I look forward to the most. I come at least 3 times while here and I leave with a goodie bag full of salt rolls and [vegan] snacks from the vendors.

“I have enjoyed everything I’ve tried at Jenny’s Bakery so far. My first visit, I met a gal coming out and asked her what was good to get inside. She told me, “Everything," but she was particularly fond of the cinnamon twist bread and the melon bread. She said the cinnamon twist bread was better than the ones at bakeries in NYC. Sold! I picked up several pastries that were unique to me that day. Picked up some Korean (I believe) breads for my daughter and son-in-law and a cinnamon twist bread to go with my Lavender Matcha Latte. They did not disappoint, and they have the best Lavender Matcha Latte in the Rochester area. I stop in whenever I’m on that side of town. Last time in, I had a delicious breakfast sandwich with my Lavender Matcha. Yum!“

“Believe the hype! We went to the Penfield location specifically to try the Cuban menu. The restaurant was sparkling clean and the service was excellent. Four of us ordered different Cuban dishes, while my two youngest ordered off the kids menu. The portions were huge - even the fresh fruit side dishes for the kids! Everything was delicious. The whole time, our table was just a chorus of "Mmm!" while reaching over and trying food off of each other's plates. We will definitely be back!“

“Ok so people don’t understand how to rate an establishment on Google… people, your rating needs to be based on where you are and relative to that environment: if you’re in a mall looking for fine dining… guess what? You’re not going to be happy (generally speaking). Likewise, if you’re in an airport and want cheap, high quality food… guess what? You’re going to be disappointed.

Gusto is not cheap, but it is high quality, handmade food, with what seem to be high quality ingredients. Furthermore, the staff and ambiance/seating/atmosphere of Gusto is a 10/10 (for an airport). They do a terrific job here. Had the chicken pesto panini (and three beers) and it was fabulous. Will eat here again.“

“This is by far my favorite coffee shop on campus. They serve finger lakes coffee and light snacks along with shakes. I would advise against eating the food as I have noticed that it tends to sit in the fisplay case over night, sometimes for about a week before it "disappears" for new stuff. “I went there between 10:40am to 10:45am 7/23/24 with another person. We walk in and all the employees say hi, hello and /or welcome. They were very lively and welcoming. A recently discovered gem for me. I ordered the prosciutto and mozzarella croissant , herby artichoke danish, and a cinnamon roll. It was all outstanding.

The croissant and danish were as delicate a mother coddling her newborn baby. So tender, light, and just so incredibly wholesome. It makes you want to have a newborn baby in your hands, it's that good.

And don't get me started on the THICC cinnamon roll. They are double cheeked up and topped with a non traditional icing that is smooth, a bit fluffy and a little messy ? the actual roll is soft and tender, just like ... well you can use your imagination!

“Every Starbucks is different but a lot of places create a great environment, Pennfield on route 441 is the best one I have been too, followed by; Irondequoit, NY, and Mt Hope Avenue, NY route 15? However competitive places have been getting better and providing great coffee at lower prices.... Food is always consistent but prices are ridiculous for the portion size, so that's why I only rated it a 3. Buy a French press from Starbucks for home, with it's protective covering it prevents easy breakage by all glass units from popular brands.... I look at Starbucks as more of a treat.“
