“Delicious as always. I went yesterday, with a friend and I got to say, your prices have gone through the roof! I mean doubled by $8-$10 per meal. We also got there at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon, the dead of August, we wanted a hightop table. We were told that they were reserved and That people would be coming in within the next 45 minutes, and they didn’t wanna have to switch us again. By the time we left at 7:30 there were still 2 high tops available/empty. I’ll still be back because it’s a Broadway but those two things definitely bothered us“

“Tuck’d Away has the BEST brunch in the area. I never had a more diverse brunch in my life. the entire staff is very attentive and professional. Michael is the best owner in the world I ever met - so fun to be around and cares about the community. Jason is a very fun and friendly bartender and Stephanie and the serving staff always make it feel like you belong. Halloween was so fun and I loved how he had a costume contest- that Mcdonlads Girl is VIP - she won. Oh and tinkerbell was cool too 🤣👍📸“

You would have to buy a bottle if even then to get the quality of their house serve alone. I could write a book on the menu, not a bad choice to be found, but I will stop here. They were also quite willing to accommodate me by making a delicious vegan dishes which I greatly appreciated. The staff is friendly and customer service is excellent. I would definitely recommend Bar 141 for drinks, dinner and the live entertainment.“

But besides dishing out the best fish & chips in the county from a takeout window, next store, in a spare but charming space (with real flowers on every table) the brothers up the ante by serving Michelin star-worthy fish with a Mexican flair. We tried the tasting menu, 8 courses of inventive, beautifully presented fish dishes, sourced internationally. “My brother & I went last Wednesday evening to celebrate my birthday. Our server was so wonderful ( & I am so sorry I do not know her name!!). I had a shell steak ( took a chance) that was amazing! Arrived at our table a sizzling 1 1/2 thick thing of beauty with a massive baked potato and veggies. Exactly as I ordered. The soda bread was warm & fresh. My brother could barely finish his burger that had to be at least a half pound of meat, perfectly cooked. Even the coffee was delicious. We split the chocolate cake, (to die for) that the server generously said was on her for my birthday. The atmosphere was cozy, uncrowded, quiet enough to talk, and the prices are very reasonable!. This place is a hidden gem & I will be back!“

“Great ambiance as soon as you walk in. I like how they have a cafe like setting when you first walk in but they have a beautiful bar and dining area inside. Great for a girls night or date night. The churrasco was delicious and perfectly cooked. Our calamari was a little greasy for me. I did enjoy the chicken empanada better than the beef ones. I liked the sauces. Their rice that came with the steak was also really good. Limited parking but there is also street parking. Good service, greeted right at entry and our waiter was attentive all evening.

The drinks were really good. I had the cantorito and highly recommend if you like some sweetness. Hubby had the spicy marg and it was also good if you like mezcal.“

She is kapampangan so she cooks very well! Their food here taste like her cooking. We highly recommend crispy pata, Kare-kare, bulalo, pakbet, pancit bihon and egg rolls! Been here 3x (January, Feb and March 2024).“
