“My wife and I arrived in Tarrytown for a family wedding too late for lunch and several hours early for an 8 pm welcome reception, so along with my sister and her husband, we decided to go out for some light eats to hold us over. The receptionist at our hotel recommended Pete's Saloon.
We loved it immediately.
The vibe was a step back into the past. In a good way. It's a welcoming place -- the kind of local bar and grill where regulars gather for good food, good friends, cold drinks and (from the looks of the drum kit set up in the back of the room) some great live music.
As for the food, it definitely hit the spot. My wife had a bowl of french onion soup and I had the fried chicken sliders with a tangy Korean BBQ sauce and tater tots. My sister had the baked potato soup while my brother-in-law had the fried chicken sliders with Buffalo sauce. The beer was cold, our server Kim was intentive and friendly and the experience was a great start for an enjoyable weekend with family and friends!“

“Tuck’d Away has the BEST brunch in the area. I never had a more diverse brunch in my life. the entire staff is very attentive and professional. Michael is the best owner in the world I ever met - so fun to be around and cares about the community. Jason is a very fun and friendly bartender and Stephanie and the serving staff always make it feel like you belong. Halloween was so fun and I loved how he had a costume contest- that Mcdonlads Girl is VIP - she won. Oh and tinkerbell was cool too 🤣👍📸“

Bartender said they do have but she could make me a hot black and p I urge over ice. Was Fantastic. And the prices..mich better than I expected being in Fort Lee. Place was excellent all around. You could do much worse then spend so time and hard earned cash here“

“I love a good wine with my meal. That being said outside of a high end restraunt I have been no place in the area where the house sommelier picks the selection of wine like Saints and Scholars. You would have to buy a bottle if even then to get the quality of their house serve alone. I could write a book on the menu, not a bad choice to be found, but I will stop here. If you adore a good glass with a beautiful dinner/ brunch with exceptional service. Look no further.“

Friends had a alehouse burger, said it was alright, needed more BBQ sauce but his parmesan fries were amazing,other friends said their burgers were great and fries were amazing. Drinks were great. But the bad stools were uncomfortable to sit on but other than that, was great visit. Would come back.“

“My family and I come here all the time, and we absolutely love it! The pizza here is hands down better than anywhere else around, and I honestly stopped getting it from other places. I’m also obsessed with the chicken cutlet caesar wrap!! I always ask for breaded chicken, and it’s perfect every time. I do wish they had more seating inside for a bigger vibe to hang out with friends, but even so, the place is super cute. Service is always very nice too! Highly recommend!“

“My brother & I went last Wednesday evening to celebrate my birthday. Our server was so wonderful ( & I am so sorry I do not know her name!!). I had a shell steak ( took a chance) that was amazing! Arrived at our table a sizzling 1 1/2 thick thing of beauty with a massive baked potato and veggies. Exactly as I ordered. The soda bread was warm & fresh. My brother could barely finish his burger that had to be at least a half pound of meat, perfectly cooked. Even the coffee was delicious. We split the chocolate cake, (to die for) that the server generously said was on her for my birthday. The atmosphere was cozy, uncrowded, quiet enough to talk, and the prices are very reasonable!. This place is a hidden gem & I will be back!“

Not to mention the empanadas - I ordered the chicken ones and honestly it was one of the best I have ever had- I had to commend the chef Alejandro -for his expertise in the kitchen ! “Delicious as always. I went yesterday, with a friend and I got to say, your prices have gone through the roof! I mean doubled by $8-$10 per meal. We also got there at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon, the dead of August, we wanted a hightop table. We were told that they were reserved and That people would be coming in within the next 45 minutes, and they didn’t wanna have to switch us again. By the time we left at 7:30 there were still 2 high tops available/empty. I’ll still be back because it’s a Broadway but those two things definitely bothered us“

“Great atmosphere, the music was awesome 👍🏽, excellent 👌🏽 customer service, the prices are great and the food portions are large when compared to the price and other restaurants. I had the wings, steam fish, vegetables and more and everything were properly prepared and delicious. I was surprised that the food and drinks cost less than most other restaurants. Overall this was indeed a great experience and I will be going back for more.“

“If you are looking for great drinks, and food at a great price on the Island, THIS IS IT!!! The bartender is freaking AMAZING!!! We went to celebrate my friends birthday, she was skeptical at first, but the bartender turned it up. I only had Jack & coke and I can swear she put half the bottle in those drinks😅😅 LOVE EVERY SECOND I WAS THERE!!!!“
