“Went there today for the first time with my wife, I had the 10 West burger, so delicious, cooked perfectly and the burger was huge, just the right number of toppings and the bacon jam hit it out of the park. The sweet potato fries were excellent and enough for two people. The chips that come with the burger were also good. My wife had the regular burger with no cheese and an order of regular fries. She really enjoyed it and said it was cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly, the owner, Mel, greeted us, took our order and chatted with us while our order was being prepared. We were given a little disc that lit up and vibrated when the order was ready to be picked up at the counter. One of the best burgers around! A little pricy, but definitely worth it! We'll be going back for another delicious mouthwatering experience!“

“I purchased a personalized gift for my son’s girlfriend who was running in a half marathon. My husband and I couldn’t be there to cheer her on. So we sent a personalized gift down to her with my son. When I asked if it was possible to make it that same day, the owner was beyond helpful. He made sure my pretzel was ready to pick up by the day’s end, recommended great dip choices, and even had a little extra dough left over to include 2 hearts. My son’s girlfriend LOVED her gift!! Thank you to the owners of this wonderful shop…I WILL be back!!“

“I went to this location today…it’s rare to find a hot dog truck that serves you quality nowadays. The food was great. Chili was so damn good. And the ONIONS WERE FRESHLY MADE. Super delicious. I loved the owner. He was sweet and immediately went to work cooking. Fast and caring. I appreciate the culture he brings to his work. Like I said it’s rare to find that in the BX nowadays. Thank you. I will be returning.“
