I can say that everything is totally fresh, deliciously juicy, the food is very delicious, the only thing I don't like is that there are not enough tables for the service public, only two, it is a little small if you want to eat in the place

I would recommend double crispy pork slices with sweet & sour sauce锅包肉, stir-fried duo 溜两段 and LanZhou noodles 兰州拉面(this is a Chinese northwestern local famous but still very tasty).“

“Expansive menu, very difficult to navigate if you don't speak the language. There are a lot of tasty items once you figure them out. It's a pricey endeavor, but worth it for the experience. Highly suggest the dumplings, considering it IS a dumpling house. Salt and Pepper Chicken is solid, and you can't go wrong with the variety of skewers. One thing to know is that they have two different prices for each item, regular pricing and "member" pricing. If you purchase a membership, everything is slightly less expensive... but if you're not eating there often enough, or with a large party - you're paying more than saving. Then you go there to pick it up (if you are not getting a delivery) and the place is immaculate. So clean and well kept and the atmosphere and energy is consistent with the phone call. My favorite dishes:
Olive with string beans, salty egg pumpkin (must get this), fried intestine (sometimes they over fry this), fish two ways (made in soup with tofu and veggies and then a separate dish where the meat is filet and there is no bone... delicious. This dish is $80), walnut shrimp (typical dish), Peking pork (typical dish).

The portions are generous & well-priced.
The quality of ingredients is very high.

I've become addicted to their saucy
spare-rib tips and lobster fried rice!

The perfectly cooked noodle soups are delicious too and brimming with bright, fresh vegetables, thick (I chose udon) rice noodles with good chew and
last, but not least, tender pieces of meat
carefully arranged & placed on top.

Nothing was too salty or under or overly seasoned or spiced.

Oh!
And I tried their substantial steamed
pork dumplings the last time we ordered
and they were fantastic!
Great satisfying chewy texture
to the wrapping with a savory-delicious hidden-treasure dob of pork filling inside.
The dipping sauce on the side had a subtle full-flavored tang to it and quickly became addictive! (Next time, I will definitely request an additional small container)

They sent me a freezer bag full of soy sauce , duck sauce and mustard packets which I think I’ll have for a few years.
