“Insanely good food. I usually get the birria and pastor tacos - the birria is so rich and beefy with a delicious consomme sauce, and the pastor is sweet and flavorful. You get so many sauces with each order and they're all amazing and the prices are really reasonable. The quesadillas are great, too. The tacos are loaded - no skimping. Margarita's is wonderful!“

Flavours were delicious, very unique and the food was fresh and tasty f good quality . Service was great Brian was super friendly . The resto acoustics are a little loud but we moved into front part which was better . They even have a waterfront patio !“

“One thing I miss about living in Long Island are the Tex-Mex restaurants. Yes, they're not of the highest quality, and usually they're in a cheap location, and the horrible customer service is always a given, but I do enjoy the food every once in a while.

After searching for a Tex-Mex restaurant, I stumbled across Taco King. This location is actually pretty big with plenty of sitting space. My usual go-to dish at a Tex-Mex place is the Grilled Steak rice platter, so I decided to stick with what I like. I thought the steak here was excellent. It came with one flour tortilla, rice, beans, salad, guac, and chili. The quality and proportion was better than what I expected.

However, it was crazy expensive. I know I sound old, but I remember that only a few years ago, the same dish was about $8 or $9. Now it's over $17! I would gladly eat here more often if the price was cheaper.“

They treat you with respect and dignity. When you order triple chicken, they give you triple. They do not scrimp.

This is the only Mexican chain restaurant that I will go to. The other one's portions are disrespectfully small.

Everything came out quick, hot, and packed with flavor—the tacos were on point and you can tell the ingredients were fresh. It didn’t feel rushed or sloppy like some spots do.

“I love coming here. Great juices! Love it very much! ImThey have passion fruit juice, pineapple juice, coconut juice, horchata, and cantaloupe/melon juice etc.! 💕 It is delicious! My friend orders the Mexican hotdog and loves it. It comes with ketchup, mustard, mayo, pickles, onions, tomatoes. He said it is very good! My other friend orders the “ Tacos dorados” with chicken and they come with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese, and sour cream on top. My friend says these are very good too. Maybe could use more flavor he says but still they are very good! Photos are attached! They have a good Mexican steak torta which is a steak sandwich that comes with Mexican cheese, beans, guacamole, a sauce, lettuce, tomato, it is very good and I like it!!! The yellow lemonade in the photos with the steak torta is not from them. I also love their brown juice which is “tamarindo / tamarind” !!! Their other juices are very good as well !!!! 😋“

On top of that, the establishment was very clean.I have passed by this place many times and never stopped, even though their around the corner from where I live . I finally stopped, and I am glad I did. I had the pleasure of being helped by. Parang and Deep. I could not decide between honey chipotle chicken and grilled chicken., so Parang gave me a sample of each to try. I ended up getting both on my chicken nachos, which was so flavorful and tasty.. “My wife and I enjoyed Cinco de Mayo with dinner at Margaritas Cafe in Merrick. First, our server was one of the best we seen. Patient, not pushy and doing almost every job in a restaurant all with a smile on her face!!

My only issue is that there was a smell of sewage that may have been coming from a busted pipe close their a/c unit. Once they fix that, I’ll visit again.“

The quality and diverse selection of the food was second to none! Not only were our meat eaters satisfied, but so were our vegan and gluten free guests. Angelo and his staff were so attentive and accommodating. We highly recommend Cabo for anyone looking for a private party space but also for that nice dinner with friends. Great atmosphere and value. “Honestly, the food here is great. My go to is Honey Chipotle Chicken. Every bite is enjoyable, the portion sizes are large (and cost effective) and the staff are all great to their customers. The small talk doesn't feel forced either.

There's no eating in anymore but honestly it's good that way and I'm all for the business interests so they can keep things running smoothly and I can keep coming back for years to come.“
