“Went last night for dinner with the kids. I was unaware that it's under new management. The food was seriously delicious. The service was awesome, the hibachi chef Ken was fantastic!!! He had great energy & tons of tricks & flair!!! The kids LOVED it, and so did the grown-ups! So entertaining, great cocktails, had an excellent time. So much fun! Cannot wait to go back!“

“The sauce for the Filet Mignon Banh Mi was too sweet. The server explained that most American customers like sweet sauce. So I exchanged my sandwich for a Vietnamese Shrimp Summer Roll. The shrimp was clean and fresh, but the noodles were soggy.I will be back to try the Short Rib Banh Mi with a low sugar level. The service here was excellent!“

“All 6 handrolls in the set menu (salmon, yellowtail, crab, spicy tuna, scallop and lobster) were so fresh and a fabulous combination of beautifully prepared fish and warm rice! The perfectly poached egg in the creamy mentai udon is the best mentai udon I have had- much lighter but more flavorful than what you would find in Japan Village. This restaurant belongs on St. Marks Place in the city! May is so sweet… definitely excited to bring friends and family back the next time around!“

“Finally a good Korean bbq and hot pot spot on Long Island! Love that you can choose yourself all you can eat fresh ingredients which are constantly being added every few minutes. They are so clean and have hot foods and sushi as well. The desserts are delicious. I did both the Korean Bbq and Hot pot which were delicious. “So I'm in this shopping center often but this is my first time at Kirazu Sushi. There are about 3 dine in table plus a few seats at the sushi bar. I sat at the sushi bar with my husband. It was a busy night, lots of takeout orders and all tables filled. I really liked the vibe of the restaurant-fun music playing you want to sing along to. All other customers were returning customers, the owner greeted many by first name. Lovely waitress who was kind and the sushi chef was non stop making sushi for everyone. The staff running the restaurant said it was a busy night so the sushi might take a little longer. It wasn't an issue at all because it was so nice listening to the music they had playing on a stereo and we ordered and enjoying our night. Once the food was served, I thought my sushi was great. I'm a lover of a dragon roll and sushi sandwich and the sushi chef did a great job with the ratio of all ingredients and flavors. I was really pleased with my meal and so was my husband. “The food here is incredible. Everything is extremely flavorful, fresh and very well portioned. I’ve ordered a few different dishes, and all were very very tasty. My only issue is the last two times I placed online orders they corrected the total and charged me extra for “add ons”. I had zero add ons both times. So because they’re omitting something, instead of charging me the same or less, they charge more?? That doesn’t seem right.“

This comes with side of salad and miso soup.Perfect quantity for two people and we enjoyed every item in the box ( shrimp tempura, shumai, corn). It’s a hidden gem that more people need to know about. Godzilla and Kimmy are some of my favorites. Always a hard decision because everything is delicious.“

I always get sushi however one person I went with didn't eat sushi, but he loved the General Tso's chicken. They have a great assortment and diversity of selections on their menu. Their sushi is very fresh, beautifully presented and melts in your mouth. There are plenty of cooked options as well for people who do not eat sushi. The ambience is nice with a smaller sized dining room, and the service is outstanding. It's nice because the servers are on top of your meal/order without being on top of your table. We dined in and the wait can be a bit long depending on how busy the establishment is. There were a lot of people picking up phone orders. We ordered a bunch of rolls, some "otoro" fatty tuna nigiri and some apps. The sushi was decent, nothing amazing but wasn't low quality either. My favorite roll was the 73rd street roll which is topped with pieces of Mango and has a bit of jalepeno in it. The otoro nigiri was amazing though since the fatty tuna just melts in your mouth. Overall this a good spot if you are in the mood for sushi.“

Their sushi and food is consistently fresh and delicious. Picking up is fast and easy. The packaging for takeout is excellent and protects the integrity of the food and flavor. They are a hidden gem on Long Island. 100% recommend them to anyone.“

“My wife and I came to Nomiya for a Valentine’s date. The food was good, though there’s definitely good sushi in the area for cheaper. Service was pretty lackluster. Nobody checked on us during the meal, they cleared our plates but we had to wait 15 minutes and then flag somebody down to get our bill. It’s quite a small restaurant and wasn’t full at the time.“

“This is my go to spot! They have the freshest sashimi mackerel. When we need a fast sushi fix, we go here. I have never ordered from here and didn't have anything that didn't taste good. Wish it was a larger location to sit in and eat. You could before, but it's really small and due to COVID, you can only do take out now. Definitely a go to spot!“

“I love this place, their AYCE is at a great price (about $30 PP on weekends, cheaper on week days) and has a large variety of what you can order, offering different types of appetizers, soups/salads, rolls, sashimi/sushi, dessert and more!! Everything I've gotten so far has been fresh and delicious. Their servers are also very attentive, making it easier to get your food quick. They also have a full bar, but I usually get a Kirin beer.
