“I became a regular diner to Riley’s a couple of years ago. Gotta tell ya, the food is as good as any high restaurant I eat at and I dine out a lot. Fun, delicious, quality menu that has never once disappointed on any item, ever. Yes it is mostly basic pub food but so are 50% of the restaurants on Long Island now and Fibbers is perfect and priced more than fair. Can’t remember the servers but the two ladies are always right there, refills on drinks, food on time and always with a smile regardless how busy they are. Come back soon guys! “Went to Grumpy Jack's to celebrate my granddaughter's H.S. graduation. We were a table of 22, seated upstairs. Our waitress, Joelle, was amazing. She was working the entire restaurant. The downstairs and our group upstairs. She was very pleasant, professional, and did a great job handling everything herself. The food was so good. There are so many food options on the menu, it caters to everyone's tastes. Definitely recommend going there and we will definitely go back. Looking forward to it!!“

“WOW! Their food is out of this world. It is so tasty. You will NOT regret coming here. I highly recommend this restaurant. It is one of the best restaurants in Central Islip.Try their "Asopao de camarones" (Shrimp Stew), or their " Cazuela de mariscos" ( It has shrimp, crab, lobster, calamares, clams), oh dear it was good!“

“We had a great experience hosting a party at Legends. Everyone from the children to my 92 year old grandma loved it. The staff was a pleasure to work with and it was so easy to put the party together. The apps and the dinner food was delicious and the staff was so kind and helpful. I definitely will be recommending it to friends!“

“Been eating at Applebee's all over Long Island for over 20 years. Definitely feels nostalgic eating here again, but I never felt compelled to leave a review until now.
Food is always amazing, definitely hits the spot. Late night half-off-apps, but we wanted to try some of their new items.
At the top, their new Bacon Cheeseburger Wonton Tacos were fantastic! I hope they stay on the menu.
Always wanted to try the O-M-Cheese Burger, and apparently all their burgers are cooked on a flat top. I prefer that vs grill, and the sizzling cheese plate definitely is a nice touch. Delicious!
Boneless wings are always good, a nice dependable standard. Love the Garlic Parm.
My all-time favorite, the Chicken Quesadilla. Still tastes the same as I remember as a teen.
Definitely don't skip this location, was super clean, food was great, and service was stellar. Big shoutout to Alex who exhibited excellent customer service the entire time. Management seems really tight there, will definitely come back.“

“Been here 2 times for lunch. I work right next door. Each time the service was very friendly, efficient and fast. I got a burger with Swiss, blue cheese. Their burgers 🍔 😋 are fabulous 👌!! They're not those kind that you have to try to open your mouth unreasonably WIDE to try to eat it. Got a side of sweet potato fries with their delicious maple mayo sauce. Only downfall is, whe you get them to go, they get soggy. I'd love to eat in one day. It's such a fun, lighthearted atmosphere filled with good music 🎶. Definitely a hidden gem in Bay Shore!!!“

“This place is where it’s at!!!!!!! The employees were really awesome, and remember my drink and had another ready for me before I could ask! The food is great and perfect menu for a good snack or a munchie when out at a place like this! It hit the spot! Manjaaaaa! The patio is great to hang outside and the place was clean too! I recommend this place to anyone and if you’re looking for a great happy hour spot or even to have an event deff hit this place up. I was there about a week ago and my friend talked me into going and I’m so happy did as I was not in the mood. Well we got there, instantly my mood went from soso to yoyoooooooo!!!!! Also there was a woman there who I can’t remember her name but she was deff a staple and possibly an owner not sure but she lit the room up and her energy was contagiously amazing! “As usual the food and drinks were delicious. Unfortunately the waiter was rude. He screwed up my order. Then came over and twice asked me to admit I ordered something I didn’t. The waitresses were nice as always. Nothing was done by him. He did not apologize. Did not even offer to comp a drink or something. Not that I was looking for something free. He didn’t care. Really sad. At least the waitresses apologized.“

“A typical Applebee's , food is always decent and the staff does the best it knows how. This Applebee's seems to be a hangout for a younger crowd . Although it was only 8 pm , one staff member was cleaning and VACUUMING a section while we, and other diners were eating. I find this a little annoying since the air is being polluted with who knows what from that VACUUM! Not a procedure that should be done while people are eating!“

“The food here is consistently good. Parking in the lot these days is utter garbage because of the patio dining (NOT dissing them for doing this, everyone is trying their best during Covid times). Try to park on the streets nearby and order togo if you can. We havent tried the soup noodles to go BUT their bosam is TO DIE FOR and we get the medium to split all the time. Its perfect for two people and comes with a delicious assortment of banchan.“

“I wasn’t much of an Applebees fan but perhaps I have changed my mind. Hubby and I had a lovely dining experience today after church. We ordered the 2 for $25 which had nice menu choices. I had the bourbon chicken and shrimp which was delicious. We had a nice booth and an awesome lady Arisha waited on us. She was super attentive with a sweet personality and smile. I think I will give Applebees another chance in my dining book.“

“Vinny was a great server at Applebee’s in Commack. Everything was brought out on time, and he consistently checked on us throughout the meal to make sure we had everything we needed. He was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Employees like Vinny make a dining experience enjoyable, and he deserves to be recognized for his hard work.“
