“Filling in the donut I've got wasn't the best. It seemed to just be like syrup. The service was okay but she was occupied with some kind of a delivery order. Only one person behind the counter. The atmosphere is bright and clean appearing pretty nice.“

“I have been too many Dunkin Donuts and most of the items generally taste similar to other stores, so I'm doing this review based solely on customer service. The staff on duty were Jay lllCiara l and they were super friendly, very professional and they went above and beyond. In between ringing orders they made sure the store was immaculate and never once showed a negative attitude. They are an asset to your company and hopefully you recognize it.“

“I went yesterday to pick up coffee and tea and the service was horrible. First, the person that greeted me at the counter (a manager) was not friendly or welcoming. Did not get a thank you and have a nice day! There were two people in front of me complaining and waiting for someone to acknowledge them so that they could get their order CORRECTED. I was warned not to use this DD and now I know why. I'd rather drove an hour away to another DD than to use this one again.“

“Ryan, the owner, makes an amazing Vietnamese-style iced coffee. He mixes sweetened condensed milk with half and half—it’s creamy, slightly sweet, and super smooth.

My favorite flavor is hazelnut, which is brewed fresh from the bean, and the roasted flavor really comes through.

On top of that, his customer service is superb. He always greets me by name and starts making my coffee the moment I walk in—I don’t even have to order it. He treats every customer like a friend, which makes the whole experience even better.“

Just as important, the entire staff is personable, genuine, and it’s always a pleasant and perfect experience. Jeff is a wonderful human being. He was very supportive with a fundraising campaign I am very passionate about; one that will help youth in our community. Maybe I am being a little biased because when I walked into the store, the spinners were playing. I am a huge fan of the spinners.

However, the service was friendly.
I was not rushed.

“Cute little tea shop located in the heart of Babylon village. The customer service was pretty good, kind and courteous young lady.
I ordered the mango citrus blossom, it wasn’t too sweet or too tart.
They gave us the option to sing karaoke while we did our facials. There were some sweets that we could’ve purchased and the shop next door is connected to it which was cool to peruse around it.“

“I had lunch at Soul Brew today and had a great experience. I’ve eaten here several times before, and the food and service are always good, but today really stood out. Our server, Nina, was so sweet and attentive, super helpful when it came to ordering. The playlist was off the hook, and after the crowd cleared out, the staff behind the counter were dancing and having a great time while cleaning up. It’s so nice to see people who work hard AND are genuinely happy to be there. It creates such a positive, welcoming atmosphere for everyone.“

“I have ordered here three times within the month the food is so good! I brought a half tray of chicken parm to a gathering and everyone loved it. My husband and I split an entree and a sandwich over two meals the following weekend. Again today my parents wanted to bring dinner over to my kids and I so I suggested La Pizzetta and they loveddddd it. We had a pizza, two rolls and a hero and had so much left over. The food is made to order without a doubt. The garlic bread chicken parm hero, eggplant pizza and Seafood in Creamy Pomodoro are new recent favorites!“

I love coming here on pasta nights (Monday and Tuesday) for the (very reasonably) fixed price meals that include soup/salad, entree, dessert, and wine. There's always enough to re heat for lunch the next day. If you have friends from out of town that want to try real long island pizza you should order from Mama's. I moved away and I cry every time I eat their za. The servers are so hard working and friendly. Shout out to Christy!! She's killing it!! “Went for a good hot chocolate. So many places do not use milk for their hot chocolate but Starbucks was well made and frothy. In addition, we were treated to a complimentary sampling of mango dragon fruit punch that was ordered and not picked up! The Starbucks employee was very generous to offer those abandoned beverages.“

“I love this Dunkin at the DOLLAR TREE PLAZA! It is located close to my grandchild’s daycare so after I drop him off I sometimes treat myself to their deliciously-made lattes. The Dollar Tree is an added place for “Grandma decompression” with lots of crafts items and school/office supplies also.

Parking: You will never have to look for a parking spot.“

“Mothersday 2025. Went into the starbucks for the 1st time ever. I have only ever been through the drive-through on a rare weekend morning with my wife. When it was my turn at the counter, The guy asked me if I’m having a good day and I showed him a picture of my wife and said do you know this woman and he said yes and I said yes I am having a good day and then I said do you know her order and he said yes and I said now I’m having an even better day And then he noted. He should probably leave out the espresso shot as it’s the weekend. Turns out he mailed that too five stars.
