“Filling in the donut I've got wasn't the best. It seemed to just be like syrup. The service was okay but she was occupied with some kind of a delivery order. Only one person behind the counter. The atmosphere is bright and clean appearing pretty nice.“

“I went yesterday to pick up coffee and tea and the service was horrible. First, the person that greeted me at the counter (a manager) was not friendly or welcoming. Did not get a thank you and have a nice day! There were two people in front of me complaining and waiting for someone to acknowledge them so that they could get their order CORRECTED. I was warned not to use this DD and now I know why. I'd rather drove an hour away to another DD than to use this one again.“

“I have been too many Dunkin Donuts and most of the items generally taste similar to other stores, so I'm doing this review based solely on customer service. The staff on duty were Jay lllCiara l and they were super friendly, very professional and they went above and beyond. In between ringing orders they made sure the store was immaculate and never once showed a negative attitude. They are an asset to your company and hopefully you recognize it.“

“I stop for coffee and ham/egg/cheese on a biscuit several days a week. The coffee is delicious, so is the Raspberry Lemon hot tea! Just as important, the entire staff is personable, genuine, and it’s always a pleasant and perfect experience. Jeff is a wonderful human being. He was very supportive with a fundraising campaign I am very passionate about; one that will help youth in our community. That showed me how much Jeff and Sweetwaters West Main matters for Smithtown!“

“Been here a few times now, and now that i moved to NC I was back for the holidays, I decided to take my uncle tonight and wow wow wow it never disappoints. As soon as I walk in, im almost brought to tears because it feels like home. *cues Frank Sinatra* youre greeted as soon as you walk in, everybody having warm BUT LOUD;) italian conversations at the little tables. I asked the woman which gelato she preferred and she said amaretto cookie, and so I said okay ill that one:) ! And the boss/owner intercepted and said, everyone has their own taste and took it upon himself to scoop a sample of it and I like how despite how everybody is in the fast lane and next next next (outside this place) he took the moment to go above and beyond and thats the italian way. It made me smile. Amongst the decadent gelato, the ambiance, the hospitality is what puts the cherry on top. And btw my uncle said a lot of the gelatos hes had have been ice chips but this one, perfecto. Dolce far niente. Like sitting in the car, together, reunited for the holidays, enjoying gelato. Tasting the gelato, but more, tasting a memory far richer than I could've asked.“

“I frequently visit this location on my way to work. I LOVE Felix. He is the most thorough Barista. He always repeats my order back to me and asks me to check the screen. In fact he now knows my voice and my order which I’m embarrassed to say is pretty lengthy and not easy to remember. They have NEVER gotten it wrong it is always on point, hot and he always remembers I ask for a small straw. He’s pleasant, kind and even if they are busy, he takes the time to chat. In the world these days everyone is so uptight, miserable, rude and always in a rush it’s very refreshing to have a man like Felix wait on you and be genuinely friendly and pleasant!“

“I love this Dunkin at the DOLLAR TREE PLAZA! It is located close to my grandchild’s daycare so after I drop him off I sometimes treat myself to their deliciously-made lattes. The Dollar Tree is an added place for “Grandma decompression” with lots of crafts items and school/office supplies also.

“Whether you dine in or order pizza to go, you will be happy you went to Mama's. I love coming here on pasta nights (Monday and Tuesday) for the (very reasonably) fixed price meals that include soup/salad, entree, dessert, and wine. There's always enough to re heat for lunch the next day. If you have friends from out of town that want to try real long island pizza you should order from Mama's. I moved away and I cry every time I eat their za. The servers are so hard working and friendly. Shout out to Christy!! She's killing it!! Ps - pasta nights get BUSY so it would be smart to make a reservation.“

I’ve been adoring this place from afar since I moved away from Long Island in 2016, but I always make sure to stop by when I’m back home.

As if the creative menu and specialty drinks weren’t enough, the whole atmosphere is Soul Brew is just awesome. They display local art for sale! They’re always playing great music (and now they host open mic nights, I hope to catch one next time I’m on the island!). The staff is so kind and helpful.
I love walking from my husband’s parents house and grabbing the latest seasonal drink to go, as well as meeting up with friends and grabbing brunch and catching up.

I was also lucky to have my bridal shower at Soul Brew! They catered a delicious dinner and served up some seriously tasty drinks as we celebrated. The two women working the event were just incredible and SO gracious as I herded all my ladies out at the end of the night.

Soul Brew is the local coffee shop I wish was way closer to me (and not across the country 😅)…but I’ll be a fan girly for life! 🫶🌈☕️“
