Who even came up with the vodka fritters ?? He deserves an award!! They are amazing!! The meatballs are sooooo freeken good … my favorite has to be the garlic knots. They deserve a Michelin star .. especially when they don’t overcook them and they are drenched in garlic and oil ..
pizza selections are many and delicious, my personal favorite is the chicken Marsala pizza slice !!
Today we can and actually sat instead of taking out, the server Samantha was such a pleasure. She was helpful, kind , funny and so good with our questions. Hers smile killed!!
The people behind the pizza counter are so nice also !!!
The seasonal drink menu needs some tweaking, but no one comes to a pizzeria for the craft cocktails ..

“I came in there over the summer with my wife and my grandson, Gerald. We were greeted by a young lady by the name of Brooke. Let me tell ya, she was a wonderful waitress to mi familia y yo! She brightened up out dinner experience and made the whole restaurant glow with positivity. I have never experienced such amazing service in my 73 years of life. I especially want to thank her for being nice to my grandson. he has severe autism and she was just a doll! She even sang him happy birthday (he was turnin 7). I tell ya what, if I hadn't lost so much money to these darn taxes, I would've left a $100 tip for this sweet girl. PLEASE give miss Brooke a nice raise. And give her my best wishes. “I have had Isabella’s pizza and hero’s before but never a pasta dinner. Now I know why. I did not enjoy it at all. I ordered lasagne with chicken parmagian and meatballs. The lasagne was mostly chicken, hardly any lasagne. The meat balls were good. I was’nt to crazy about the sauce. I will still get pizza from there but not a dinner.“

“Dinner was excellent! Extensive menu. Ordered from the pasta section of the menu gnocchi a la vodka with melted mozzarella on top. It was delicious. There was an unprinted kids menu that included good items like spaghetti and meatballs, lasagna, chicken fingers with fries, pizza, etc on the night we went. Chose the spaghetti and meatballs and it came with a large bowl of spaghetti and two giant meatballs. My portion was huge too. They were all about service. Very friendly and attentive team members. The restaurant was very busy, but the food came out relatively quickly and very hot.

The only reason I gave the atmosphere four rather than five star rating is because the front door area was so crowded and congested when we arrived that we couldn't get through the dense and unorganized crowd to figure out where the hosts and hostesses were to request a table. We had never been there before so we had no idea if that was a line for a table or takeout. Appears the front door has a take out order counter or area there. There was a back side door that we ended up using and found some hosts in the middle of the restaurant to ask for a table. To our pleasant surprise there was table readily available for us on the patio!“

“We are very happy with L'anatra. Love their pizza and we had them cater a party for us this weekend. They delivered to the door for free and the food and presentation was beautiful. “My family and I went to them since they first opened.. and when I say there was NOTHING that they made that was anything below amazing, believe me! From their pizza to pasta, to rolls and salads.. even their garlic bread. The hospitality they all provided, especially Benny, was enough to make you remember them forever.. then you add on their food? Forget it. Nothing holds a candle to this place and the family. They are SORELY missed! I have yet to find a salad/vinaigrette, or a marina sauce, from any other place that comes close to this place. I dream of that antipasto!! “Francesco’s is our favorite Italian restaurant because the food is fresh and delicious. The staff are always friendly, and Frank the owner is always onsite with a warm welcome. This is a true family restaurant, with “old school” charm that reminds me of all the wonderful Italian restaurants I remember growing up in Staten Island. This place feels like home.
And their catering is also excellent.“

“Baked clams were so fresh and fulfilling. They have a full clam in each half shell for starters but the stuffing and sauce was so original and flavorful I can't wait to get another batch. The chicken Francese dinner was a beautiful thing as well. I highly suggest Sal Anthony's if you are looking for some authentic Italian/Sicilian food. Fresh bread and wonderful fresh salad with the works as well and a nice balsamic. Pricing was fair as well. I could go on but I'll let you decide. Get in there you won't regret it.“

“Manager (Irfan)was rude and nasty, arguing with me over a burnt Gluten-free pizza and refused to change his gloves when taking the pizza out for an allergy for my son’s pizza he told me he rather use the red tongues and the red pizza cutter to pick up the pizza and put it on the Pan and told me that he’s not changing his gloves. I told him it’s for an allergy you have to. I am one of the best customers for Blaze Pizza. I’m in there every day sometimes. Two or three times a day. Weiss and Jen Are very helpful every time I go in there they always treat me and my family with respect considering my son‘s allergy All the other workers are great too, except for Irfan I was highly disappointed and very annoyed.

I’ve said this numerous times I believe since I moved to this area there’s no sense of even going anywhere else I’m a big pizza person the Sicilian in the regular or some of the best I’ve ever had the chicken bacon ranch is probably the best slice of pizza I ever had in my 56 years. The people are kind the workers are great it’s just no need to go anywhere else. Great deal on Tuesday and the slices are always huge, I’m shocked sometimes the size of a slice. My partner and I were looking for a quick bite and were not disappointed. The pepperoni pizza was classic perfection, and the boom boom chicken slice was a flavor explosion! As for me, the chicken roll with boom sauce on the side was great and a must-try!

The pizza is fantastic and gets the full 5 stars.The middleaged gentleman working counter, however should get 1 million stars.Someone in my car got sick as we pulled up to park, and left a little mess infront of the store, and may need urgent care.I went in and told him what was happening, and asked if he had a bucket, so I can clean it.He did not blink an eye, and insisted I take care of my matters, and he would clean it.He offered me towels, napkins, whatever I needed.His only concern, was for me to attend to ourself, and he would do the rest.I travel to St. James 2x per week for the unforseeable future, and I will be stopping in for lunch frequently.SIR, I didnt get your name, but I cant thank you enough.You are a model of what every human should be like.Thank you“
