I took home a side of potato salad that was home-made and shockingly good!

He went above and beyond and surprised us with a few extra perks on the house. His staff were courteous and set up and cleaned up so professionally. “Why didn’t I find this IHOP location sooner? I’ve always been skeptical about breakfast franchises - especially IHOP. I mean, how good can breakfast really be? But this location completely changed my mind.

The service was outstanding, and the food genuinely impressed me. The servers were warm and welcoming. Their signature pancakes were perfectly fluffy and paired beautifully with the butter and syrup. The omelette was huge, and the price was very reasonable. Even the coffee was great - smooth, not burnt, and they leave the whole pot at your table for easy refills.

I honestly don’t think I’ll be going to local diners anymore. IHOP has won me over for breakfast!

* One small caveat: I wouldn’t recommend the hash brown. It was quite dry and tasted like it had been cooked from frozen.“

“10 out of 10 would recommend! First of all, the venue is beautiful and spacious. All of their equipment is modern and adds that extra special touch. They included the 360 booth as well as the Photo Booth as part of the package and it was a hit the night of the party. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They accommodated and assisted with ALL of our requests. The owners were very professional and easy to communicate with. I can not say enough good things about DREAMS NYC. Super happy customer. “I was here from Atlanta with a few friends and we found this location on Google and decided to try it out. I was thoroughly pleased. The atmosphere was really nice. I felt comfortable to enjoy a nice conversation with my friends without super loud music but still having a true brunch experience.
The staff were friendly and attentive but not overbearing. The food was well seasoned and delicious and we didn’t have to wait too long to receive it.

“Total vibe before the Yankees game. We were in our St Louis Cardinals matching jerseys for our 5 yr anniversary. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. The twins were really nice and their bouncer, server, host added so much entertainment and a genuine touch.

The food recommendation, and I quote: 'look im Greek, so I know everything taste great". With that we order two beef gyros and two Bloody Marys *spicy*. The gyro was the best open faced sandwich I have ever tasted. The Bloody Mary did not disappoint, great flavor and wonderfully spicy.

If we ever have a chance to go to another Yankees game. We will be back.“

“I was in midtown Manhattan to see a live TV show, Gutfeld. I had some time before lining up outside the TV channel's building, so I stopped in for a quick lunch at this place. It is, apparently, open 24 hours, which is interesting given it's location right smack in the middle of midtown. I ordered some hot items from the hot bar, which is extensive. I chose the eggplant parmesan with rice. The food was good. This restaurant does not look to be the most hygienically pleasing, but, on the other hand, it was not expensive and the offerings I chose were tasty. The service was OK. One other note is that when I asked for regular water, they handed me an empty cup which I had to fill from a tap, they did not have any of those water filtration systems you see at many other restaurants, kind of a cheap touch.“

“Peters CAN serve up some delicious bagels... however they are very inconsistent. I come here for the convenience as it is located in my neighborhood. However, ordering here is a coin flip. Frequently I will be missing an add-on or will ask my bagel toasted and it will not be.
I suggest going to Slims or Utopia if you're in the area.

“This IHOP is better than the one on Ralph Avenue. It's bigger, it has more seating, the staff is friendlier, and they actually have different flavored syrups, which is the main reason I even go lol.
The food was good, will definitely be back.“

They seem as if they may be a bit short staffed, so the wait for food can be a bit long at times. Despite that, I strongly prefer this Ihop over others in the area.“
