“I come to this bakery every week and I love their empanadas. I’m a very good customer but this week I noticed that the empanadas have changed considerably please whatever you did. Please change back to the original recipe because something definitely has changed. I probably use 60 empanadas a month thank you so much. “So I was on a mission to buy apple cider donuts. Two places I visited beforehand didn't have any so I found this gem. There is an array of pies, cakes, cookies and preserves to satisfy your sweet tooth. I was pleasantly surprised by the bevy of items that were offered. The cashier (sorry I don't recall his name) was pleasant and helpful. Most importantly I bought 3 apple cider donuts and a Bavarian donut. Next time I am out this way I'll be sure to pick up bread, preserves and soup.“

“I love this place, they always make great food, there pastries are amazing and they don't waste food, went in one day and they were give free bread to people who spent over $30. The staff is always friendly and never makes me and my partner feel rushed. I do wish they had a sweetened ice tea but not necessary everything over tried there is so good. I'm also a vegetarian and they give me no issues with substitute wish I appreciate. They are a 10 out of 10 if you ask me❤️❤️.“

“I recently stopped into Jerri’s Cakery & Confections in Eastport and picked up their rainbow cookies — and wow. Absolutely delicious.

The layers were perfectly moist, the almond flavor was just right, the jam was balanced, and the chocolate coating tied it all together. You can immediately tell these are made fresh and with care.

On top of that, Jerri herself was so delightful and friendly to speak with. She made the visit feel warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

So many times we’ve gone to places excited to order it, only to hear it’s not available. Not here! The sancocho was flavorful, comforting, and just like home.
