“The Washington St Tim Hortons is one of those places that reminds you how this chain is supposed to work. Service is quick, staff are friendly, and you’re in and out without aging a full year in the drive-thru.

Now, full transparency: every once in a while the Timbits taste like they’ve seen some things. Not always. Not even most of the time. Just often enough to keep you guessing.

That said, even on a slightly stale Timbit day, this location still runs absolute circles around the Brooklyn Square flagship. Faster, nicer, and somehow more functional which is impressive considering it’s not pretending to be the crown jewel of the area.

Fix the occasional Timbit situation and this place would be unstoppable.“

Orders are taken quickly, made correctly, and handed over by people who actually seem happy you’re there. A concept that feels revolutionary after visiting the Brooklyn Square location.

It’s kind of impressive how this little spot runs circles around the shiny new “flagship.” No attitude, no endless waiting, no existential dread in the drive-thru line. Just coffee, efficiency, and good vibes.

Proof that you don’t need a flagship store you just need people who care.“

“This location is a bit tricky to get in and out of, unless you're going through the drive thru. Traffic can backup onto the street and the drive thru lane blocks all parking.

Food is always delicious and well prepared here. Coffee is always fresh and tasty.

At times the service seems a bit slow, but manageable - just arrive early and be patient - this is a small footprint store. Ordering in the app doesn't really seem any more efficient than standing in line.

Occasionally, you get unfriendly service - I wouldn't say rude - just a bit rushed.

Overall, still recommend this location.“

“Just wanted to give one worker a shoutout, I think his name is Ethan. My grandpa passed yesterday and it’s been very hard. He made me laugh and smile for the first time since and it’s customer service workers like that who deserve recognition. Thank you“
