“Got breakfast: the sandwich was perfect, the hash brown was good, but the latte was horrible.I ordered a medium gingerbread oat milk latte with one shot of espresso. The drink I got was barely warmer than room temperature, and only half way full, with a quarter of that being foam, no syrup, and what looked like cows milk instead of oat milk due to the foaminess- I honestly think whoever was on the drink bar at that time gave me steamed milk leftover in a pitcher they had lying around from another person’s order ☹️After I ate my food and discovered how horrible the latte was I went up to the counter to ask for it to be remade, which was possible because I ate in.The person who remade it for me, (wish I’d gotten their name), did a great job!The latte was hot, I could smell the syrup in it, and there was enough milk in the cup that when I picked it up a little spilled out of the lid.I really appreciate that second person taking the time to make my drink correctly!Dietary restrictions: Non dairy milks, though make sure you emphasize that you’re lactose intolerant when ordering, otherwise the employees may not think it matters to give you what you order.“
“Tim Hortons for the win! We were driving to NY for vacation from Illinois and went through the drive thru. We asked if we could make a sandwich gluten-free, and the server said, "we can make anything gluten-free." I've never been more blown away! We don't have TH in Illinois, which bums me out. We will always stop at TH when traveling east! Thanks, Canada!“
“9:30 am on a Sunday. Drive thru was packed, there was a line out to the door and everyone was being served with a great sense of urgency. I received my meal before I could put my jacket and bag down at a table, and everything was perfect. The workers were calm, collective, and were showing great teamwork through the rush. Two thumbs up“
“Over night guy takes his sweet old time and has people waiting 15 minutes or longer for a simple coffee. Line can be all the way down to big lots. Most of the time it's not even worth the time to sit in the line. Still going to give it 4 stars because service during the day is really “
“Tim's never disappoints me. They're frequently busy, but quite efficient and the food is consistent. When I bring my very well behaved service dog, they offer him a "pup cup" with whipped cream and some broken donut pieces. Rare treat which he only gets a taste of because of how much sugar is in it, but he loves the attention. Comfortable atmosphere inside.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access from parking lot. Pull away chairs allow the wheelchair bound to pull right up to table and it's a good height to sit at.“
