“This little bakery in Jamesville, NY has the best halfmoons, strawberry whip cream cakes and pastries ever. We order a box of half-moons whenever we go out to town to visit family. If you need a special order, the owner Francis takes your order, he is fabulous and very accommodating. They definitely deserve a 10 out of 10. Thank you, Pastry Palace Bakery.“

Not only was the service top-notch, but the conversation and overall atmosphere were just as great. Everyone on the team was friendly, welcoming, and clearly cared about making sure I had a great experience.

“Was invited for the Syracuse Duke basketball game. But before had a wonderful dinner at Joey’s Restaurant. Noticed Big Mama’s Cheesecakes, hm, interesting/catchy name. Make note this is one dessert that so many make, so many claim to have so called mastered etc it is extremely difficult to master. From my 33 years of experience & being a 3 star chef from Manhattan & serving the biggest names in any form of entertainment I have to express that in this crazy culinary business this cheesecake was well beyond anything I have ever tasted. Magnificent isn’t even enough to say. There is a famous restaurant in France named Les Papilles. Exceptional in bakery especially cheesecake. The cheesecake here in Syracuse is right there with Les Papilles. This is a complete lottery win for this area of the country. I’ve been around the globe and have visited many culinary gems, this is in my top 20. Absolutely brilliant“

“I recently transitioned my three year old to a GF diet due to severe gluten sensitivities. Today was our first stop at the TCC. The woman helping us was so patient and so generous in offering us samples. Her customer service was the best I’ve seen in the service industry. For that alone, I would return. My daughter and I got a chocolate cupcake, cannoli slice, cookie, and bread. We tried each the minute we got home and were completely blown away by the quality. They are some of the best treats we’ve had with or without gluten. I am so grateful TCC is around as we navigate this new normal with my daughter. Thank you for the kindness and treats!
